11-10-13 | St. Louis Rams v. Indianapolis Colts -9 | Top | 38-8 | Loss | -110 | 89 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Indianapolis Colts.
The St. Louis Rams sit at 3-6 SU and ATS after a 20-28 loss at home to the Tennessee Titans. Kellen Clemons completed 20-of-35 passes for 210 yards and one TD. Zac Stacy continued his hard running with 127 yards and two TDS on the ground. Stacy also added over 50 yards in the passing game. The Rams lost the game on the ground, allowing four running TDs to the Titans. The Indianapolis Colts came from behind to take down the Houston Texans in Texas on Sunday night to move to 6-2 SU and 5-3 ATS. Andrew Luck completed 18-of-40 passes for 271 yards and three TDs. T.Y.Hilton had 121 yards receiving and caught all three of those Luck TD passes. It was the first game the Colts played without leader Reggie Wayne and the team showed some rust after a bye week. Look for the Colts to come out firing at home here versus a Texans team without its head coach Gary Kubiak and starting running back in Arian Foster. Houston is just 2-5 ATS as an underdog and 1-3 in road games. Look for the Colts to cover the spread here and get a big win in a divisional game. AAA |

11-10-13 | Seattle Seahawks -6 v. Atlanta Falcons | Top | 33-10 | Win | 100 | 89 h 14 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Seattle Seahawks.
The Atlanta Falcons sit at 2-6 SU and ATS after a 10-34 loss at Carolina. Matt Ryan completed 20 of 27 passes for 219 yards, one TD and three INTs in the loss. Tony Gonzalez had six receptions for 81 yards and a TD in the loss. The Falcons rolled up just 219 yards of offense. The Seattle Seahawks sit at 8-1 SU and 5-4 ATS after a 27-24 OT loss at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Russell Wilson completed 19 of 26 passes for 217 yards, two TDs and two INTs in the win. Marshawn Lynch rushed for 125 yards as the Seahawks had to crawl back into this game after falling behind early. The Falcons have been ravaged by injuries on the both sides of the ball and especially on offense. Atlanta has lost two in row and failed to score more than 13 points in each game since the loss of star WR Julio Jones. Now the team plays Seattle, one of the toughest defenses in the league. Seattle meanwhile, not only is looking to bounce back after two mediocre wins, but also has also has revenge written on its |

11-09-13 | UCLA -1 v. Arizona | Top | 31-26 | Win | 100 | 150 h 57 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on UCLA.
UCLA sits at 6-2 SU and 5-3 ATS after a 45-23 win over Colorado last week. Brett Hundley looked much more like himself in the victory as he accounted for 345 yards and four total touchdowns to lift the Bruins win. Meanwhile The Wildcats sit at 6-2 and 4-3 ATS as well after surviving what could have been an embarrassing loss on the road against California last weekend but pulled out the 33-28 victory. The win was the third straight for the Wildcats, who are suddenly 6-2 overall and tied with UCLA and USC for second in the Pac-12 South Division. There is skill bursting on each side of the ball for both of these teams. Hundley getting back to normal is a big boost for UCLA but he may have some issues against a vastly improved Arizona defense. Barr could really be an important player in this matchup if he can neutralize Denker's mobility and Carey out of the backfield. This will be a tighter affair than last year but one UCLA will still win. Take UCLA to win this one straight up. AAA |

11-09-13 | Colorado v. Washington Huskies -27 | Top | 7-59 | Win | 100 | 148 h 43 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Washington.
Colorado is 3-5 SU and ATS after a 23-45 loss to UCLA last week. Even though they still allowed over 400 yards in the loss to UCLA, the Buffaloes did a decent job of slowing down one of the better offenses in the conference, letting up just 18 first downs. However, the Buffaloes have had very few games to feel good about on defense as they are letting up 467.5 yards of total offense. The Washington Huskies sit at 5-3 SU and 4-4 ATS after snapping a two game losing streak with a 41-17 win over California prior to the bye week. Keith Price looked like himself again. Price completed 20-of-32 passes for 376 yards and two touchdowns. The Huskies finished with 642 yards, but perhaps more importantly Sankey and Price looked much more comfortable. This spells the sixth try for Colorado to earn a win against a team from its conference. The first five attempts have been miserable failures as the Buffaloes have been topped by an average of 31 points per game. Their most recent 45-23 disappointment against No. 16 UCLA actually is the closest they have come to a conference victory. This is going to a blowout of epic proportions. Lay the points with the home team. AAA |

11-09-13 | Orlando Magic v. Atlanta Hawks -6 | Top | 94-104 | Win | 100 | 28 h 10 m | Show |
This is a 10* "ASSASSIN" on the Atlanta Hawks.
The Orlando Magic (3-3) is coming off a 89-91 loss to the Boston Celtics at home last night. Aaron Affalo had 25 points and five assists while Jameer Nelson added 14 in the loss. The Magic shot just 39 percent from the floor in the game. The Atlanta Hawks (2-3) come off a 107-109 loss at the Denver Nuggets. Paul Millsap had 29 points and 10 rebounds while Al Horford also chipped in 21 and 12 in a losing effort. The Magic have surprised people early here but note the team is 0-2 on the road. The Magic will try to avoid a 15th straight loss away from home Saturday night at Philips Arena, where they've lost eight straight meetings with the Hawks. The spread isn |

11-09-13 | BYU v. Wisconsin -7 | Top | 17-27 | Win | 100 | 143 h 14 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Wisconsin.
BYU has been red-hot, reeling off five straight wins to improve to 6-2 SU and 5-3 ATS. The latest win for the Broncos was a Friday night 37-20 win at home over Boise State on October 25th. Taysom Hill threw for 339 yards and three touchdowns, and ran for 69 yards and another score. He completed 27 of 41 passes to lead the Cougars. Hill dominated from start to finish. In the first half, he threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns, ran for a score, and had 306 yards of offense. Wisconsin is also one of the hottest team in the nation after a 28-9 road win at Idaho. James White ran for 132 yards and a pair of late TDs while Joel Stave added two touchdown passes for the Badgers. Hill has the potential to give the Badgers fits, much like Ohio State's Braxton Miller in a Sept. 28 loss, but in the end UW's two- headed monster at running back will be able to dictate the tempo en route to a solid home victory. Lay the points with the home team here. AAA |

11-09-13 | USC v. California +17 | Top | 62-28 | Loss | -110 | 143 h 45 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on California.
USC seems to found its foothold with the departure of Lane Kiffin. The Trojans sit at 6-3 SU and 4-5 ATS after last week |

11-09-13 | Missouri -14 v. Kentucky | Top | 48-17 | Win | 100 | 140 h 48 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Missouri.
Missouri is 8-1 SU and 7-1 ATS after a 31-3 beat down of Tennessee at home last Saturday. Maty Mauk threw three touchdown passes and ran 114 yards on 13 carries for the Tigers. Mauk threw touchdown passes to Dorial Green-Beckham, L'Damian Washington and Marcus Lucas in the first half and Missouri totaled 339 yards rushing with a 6.3-yard average. Missouri did not commit a turnover all game long. Kentucky is 2-6 SU and 4-4 ATS after a 48-14 pounding of Alabama State. Jalen Whitlow ran for two touchdowns and passed for two more while passing for 186 yards in the win. Isaiah Crowell had 86 yards rushing and a TD in the win. The Wild Cats did end a five game losing streak but we can |

11-09-13 | Auburn -7 v. Tennessee | Top | 55-23 | Win | 100 | 140 h 47 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Auburn.
Auburn is 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS after a 35-17 win at Arkansas last week. The win for Auburn came largely behind the running of Tre Mason, who finished with 168 yards rushing and had four rushing TDS. Nick Marshall was responsible for 177 yards and had one throwing TD in the win. Tennessee is 4-5 SU and ATS after getting destroyed 3-31 by Missouri last week. It was not a good day for freshman QB Joshua Dobbs who was intercepted twice and lost a fumble in his first career start. These are teams going in different directions. Auburn has a belief that it can make a case for an SEC title still and that is going to be major motivation going into this game. Tennessee has lost two straight since winning outright as an underdog to South Carolina. The Volunteers allowed 339 rushing yards last week and is not a good sign when about to face a team like Auburn. This won |

11-08-13 | Louisville -27.5 v. Connecticut | Top | 31-10 | Loss | -110 | 125 h 7 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SCORPION" on Louisville.
Louisville bounced back from a big time loss to Central Florida to crush South Florida 34-3 to move to 7-1 SU and 4-4 ATS before the bye week. Teddy Bridgewater completed 25 of 29 passes with no interceptions, throwing for 344 yards and three TD passes. Dominique Brown had 125 yards rushing in the win as the Cardinals bounced back with a strong defensive effort. Connecticut moved to 0-7 SU and 1-6 ATS after a 17-62 blowout loss to Central Florida. The Huskies are averaging just 293.7 yards and 16.4 points per game on the campaign, ranking near the bottom of the AAC in each category. The Cardinals come in as the mighty favorite in this one for a reason and I actually think the spread is not big enough for a game that is going to be major blowout. The Cardinals come in with revenge on their minds after losing an OT shocker to the Huskies last season. Louisville cannot afford any more hiccups this season and need a blowout to be considered higher in the polls for next week. Louisville is 10-4 ATS as the road favorite and Connecticut is just 1-3 ATS at home this season. The Cardinals are just better than the Huskies in every phase. Expect very little intrigue beyond the opening kickoff. Lay the points. AAA |

11-08-13 | Toronto Raptors +9 v. Indiana Pacers | Top | 84-91 | Win | 100 | 26 h 9 m | Show |
This is a 10* "O/U ELITE INSIDER" on the Toronto Raptors.
The Toronto Raptors (2-4) look to bounce back off a 90-92 loss at the Charlotte Bobcats. Rudy Gay had 20 points and five rebounds while Jonas Valanciunas had 12 points and 10 rebounds in the loss. The Indiana Pacers (5-0) is coming off a 97-90 win at home to the Chicago Bulls. Paul George had 21 points and six rebounds while David West added 17 points and 13 rebounds in a dominant performance for the Pacers. The Pacers are the best team in the NBA to start the season but look for the team to suffer a letdown here playing a |

11-08-13 | Brooklyn Nets v. Washington Wizards +2 | Top | 108-112 | Win | 100 | 26 h 7 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SITUATIONAL DESTRUCTION" on the Washington Wizards.
The Brooklyn Nets (2-2) took down the Utah Jazz 108-88 at home on Tuesday. Brook Lopez had 27 points and 7 rebounds while Deron Williams added 10 points and 8 assists in the win. The Washington Wizards (1-3) earned its first victory of the season with a 116-102 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday. John Wall had 24 points and 9 assists while Marcin Gortat added 19 points and 12 rebounds in the win. The Nets are the favorite here despite being 0-2 on the road this season. The Wizards have played three of its first three games of the season on the road and will be anxious to get a home win. Washington is 2-1 ATS versus the Nets the last three meetings in D.C. Grab the points with the home underdog here. AAA |

11-08-13 | Miami Ohio v. Notre Dame -17.5 | Top | 62-74 | Loss | -110 | 26 h 5 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Notre Dame.
Miami Ohio draws a tough assignment taking on 21st ranked Notre Dame in hostile environment on Friday night. The RedHawks best player in Senior Will Forder returns to the team and is the RedHawks' top returning scorer and rebounder, having averaged 11.6 points and 5.6 boards last season. Notre Dame is looking to get rid of the stench of an embarrassing 76-58 loss to Iowa State in last tournament play. The Fighting Irish return two veteran guards in Eric Atkins and Jerian Grant who should be big factors in this game. Miami Ohio went a dreadful 9-22 last season and shouldn |

11-08-13 | Air Force v. Army | Top | 79-68 | Loss | -110 | 20 h 6 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Army.
Air Force and Army meet in the first game of the All-Military Classic in Lexington Virginia. Air Force is 27-30 all-time in season openers. The Falcons are 20-8 at home and 7-22 on the road (including neutral games). Last season, the Falcons opened with a 76-65 victory over Army in the first round of the All-Military Classic at Charleston, S.C. The Black Knights are 76-35 in their previous 111 season openers. This is the sixth time in the last eight seasons Army has opened away from West Point. Army returns five of its top eight scorers from last season, including sophomore Kyle Wilson. While Air Force won last year |

11-07-13 | Oregon -10 v. Stanford | Top | 20-26 | Loss | -115 | 102 h 50 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Oregon.
The second ranked Oregon Ducks sit at 8-0 SU and 7-1 ATS after whipping by UCLA 42-14 on October 26. Byron Marshal ran for 133 yards and three touchdowns while Marcus Mariota threw for 230 yards and another score in the win. The Ducks racked up 555 yards in total offense compared to 283 for UCLA. Stanford is 7-1 SU and 4-4 ATS after a 20-12 win over Oregon State. Tyler Gaffney ran for three touchdowns on 145 yards. Stanford totaled just 276 yards of offense as quarterback Kevin Hogan completed just 8 of 18 passes for 88 yards. It was the type of defensive game that the Cardinal like to play. This game will likely decide the National Championship aspirations of the Ducks and they know it going into this game. It was Stanford that ruined the Ducks chances last season of getting the big game. The Ducks to this point have been a spread covering machine and really bully teams on the score board. The Ducks are perfect 10-0 ATS as a road favorite the past three seasons and will be looking to gain major revenge here. Can the Cardinal limit the big play capability of the Ducks? I don |

11-07-13 | Washington Redskins -1 v. Minnesota Vikings | Top | 27-34 | Loss | -124 | 25 h 10 m | Show |
This is a 10* "CASH TSUNAMI" on the Washington Redskins.
The Washington Redskins 3-5 SU and ATS come off a 30-24 win over the San Diego Chargers. Robert Griffin III completed 23 of 32 passes for 291 yards. Alfred Morris rushed for 125 yards including a TD while Pierre Garcon had 172 yards on 7 receptions. The Minnesota Vikings played better but still fell to Dallas Cowboys 23-27 to move to 1-7 SU and 3-4 ATS this season. Adrian Peterson led the team with 140 yards and a TD. Christian Ponder finished 21 of 37 for 236 yards one TD and one INT. The Redskins have played a lot better of late, winning two of three and threatening Denver for a half. RG3 hasn |

11-07-13 | Oklahoma v. Baylor -13.5 | Top | 12-41 | Win | 100 | 100 h 21 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Baylor.
Oklahoma sits at 7-1 SU and 4-4 ATS after a 38-30 win over Texas Tech, handing the Red Raiders their first loss of the season. Blake Bell was sensational, accounting for 293 yards of total offense for the Sooners, throwing for 249 yards and two touchdowns. Damien Williams had 97 yards and two TDs rushing while Jalen Saunders added 157 yards and two TDs receiving. Baylor is 6-1 SU and ATS after a 59-14 beat down of Kansas. Bryce Petty threw for 430 yards and three touchdowns less than three quarters. The Bears (7-0, 4-0 Big 12) piled up 500 yards of offense in taking a 38-0 lead by halftime. At this point, Baylor has yet to really play a tough opponent but that all changes this week when Oklahoma comes to town. The Bears offense has been nearly unstoppable this season and this is an opportunity to make a statement and I full believe Baylor can do it at home. Baylor owns the top offense in the country, as the Bears average a gaudy 63.9 points and 718.4 yards per contest. The Bears have been a really solid defense as well. Baylor has the obvious edge playing at home, but Oklahoma doesn't care about that given its past track record of winning on the road. When its |

11-07-13 | Troy +13 v. Louisiana-Lafayette | Top | 36-41 | Win | 100 | 100 h 20 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Troy.
The Troy Trojans sit at 5-4 SU and 3-6 ATS after a 37-49 loss to LA Monroe a week ago. Corey Robinson completed 31 of 52 passes for 362 yards and two touchdowns for Troy. Jordan Chunn had 81 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries, and Eric Thomas led the Trojans with six catches for 75 yards. UL Lafayette is 6-2 SU and 4-4 ATS after a 49-35 win over New Mexico State. Alonzo Harris rushed for 106 yards and five touchdowns while Terrance Broadway completed 14-of-20 passes for 327 yards one TD and one INT in the win. The Trojans are a double digit underdog here on the road as the Ragin |

11-07-13 | Florida Panthers v. Boston Bruins -1.5 | Top | 1-4 | Win | 125 | 27 h 36 m | Show |
This is a 10* "PUCK-LINE DESTRUCTION" on the Boston Bruins.
The Panthers are 3-8-4 overall and just 1-4-1 on the road. They're coming off a disheartening 4-3 overtime loss to the equally as inept Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday. Florida has now lost six straight and nine of its last ten (note that the Panthers are just 10-15/-4.1 units in revenging a home loss vs. an opponent). Boston is 8-5-1 and is coming off back-to-back losses, most recently a 3-2 shootout loss to the Stars on Tuesday. Tuukka Rask for the most part looked solid, finishing with 34 saves (note, already 5-1/+3.4 units vs. division opponents this season, Boston is 28-8/+14.8 units in the same spot over the last two). Rask and the home side have a big opportunity to return to prominence here and to continue their domination over the Panthers; Rask has won seven straight vs. Florida, posting a minuscule 0.85 GAA and three shutouts in the process. Boston has outscored Florida 15-1 during a three-game home win streak; keep your eyes on Brad Marchand who has four goals and four assists in that span. It's unclear if the Panthers will have Tim Thomas in net as he's dealing with an injury. Whoever the visitors put between the pipes is going to be in for a long night vs. a hungry and determined home side. I'm laying the 1.5 goals for the "plus-money" return and am expecting a rout. AAA |

11-06-13 | Central Michigan v. Ball State -19 | Top | 24-44 | Win | 100 | 77 h 8 m | Show |
This is a 10* "CASH COW" on Ball State.
Central Michigan sits at 3-5 SU and ATS after a 17-38 loss at Northern Illinois. Cooper Rush completed 16of his 22 attempts for 271 yards and two touchdowns for the Chippewas, who had a two-game winning streak end. Titus Davis caught five passes for 109 yards and a touchdown. Central Michigan allowed opposing QB Jordan Lynch to gain a FBS record 316 yards on the ground rushing. Ball State is 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS after a 42-24 beat down of Akron last week. Keith Wenning threw five touchdown passes while Jordan Williams also caught two touchdown passes on 12 receptions for 124 yards. The Cardinals are now a solid 4-1 ATS and a perfect 5-0 SU in conference play this season. Central Michigan is 3-1 ATS versus conference opponents but is still just 2-4 ATS as an underdog. Ball State has won six in a row coming into this game and is rolling. Last season this game was a close 3 point spread at Central Michigan. It |

11-06-13 | Washington Wizards -1.5 v. Philadelphia 76ers | Top | 116-102 | Win | 100 | 23 h 29 m | Show |
This is a 10* "EAST-COAST EXPRESS" on the Washington Wizards.
The Washington Wizards (0-3) come off a 93-103 loss on the road at Miami. Bradley Beal had 19 points and three assists. John Wall added 11 points and nine assists in the loss. The Wizards made a late run in this game but were never really in a position to win. The Philadelphia 76ers (3-1) come off a 90-110 loss at home to the Golden State Warriors. Evan Turner had 18 points and 7 rebounds while Michael Carter-Williams added 18 points and six rebounds for Philly in a losing effort. I played against the 76ers in their most recent loss as the team was bound to suffer a letdown. I feel this is a good spot for the Washington Wizards to finally get its first win of the season as they have revenge already on its mind after a losing to Philly in the second game of the season. Lay the short points with Washington. AAA |

11-05-13 | Ohio v. Buffalo -3 | Top | 3-30 | Win | 100 | 53 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "NO-LIMIT ROUT" on Buffalo.
Ohio is 6-2 SU and 5-3 ATS after a 41-16 win over Miami Ohio. Beau Blankenship ran for 172 yards to help Ohio amass 536 yards of total offense, dominating the 240 for the RedHawks in comparison. Tyler Tettleton threw for 306 yards and three TDs in the win. Buffalo is 6-2 SU and ATS after a 41-21 win over Kent State last Saturday. Joe Licata and Branden Oliver accounted for all six touchdowns to lead Buffalo. Licata finished 20-for-31 for 285 yards and two TDs on the Day while Oliver had four TDs on 185 carries. Buffalo has won six games in a row and covered the spread in the last five straight and is the better team here. The Buffaloes are an impressive 4-1 ATS this season as the favorite and perfect 4-0 SU at home. This game also sets up as a revenge game for Buffalo after last year |

Bowling Green is 5-3 SU and ATS after a 25-28 loss to Toledo. QB Matt Johnson completed 17-of-26 passes for 208 yards and rushed for 29 more scoring a TD on the ground. Travis Green had 96 yards rushing including two that went for TDs. Miami Ohio |

11-05-13 | Utah Jazz v. Brooklyn Nets -10.5 | Top | 88-104 | Win | 100 | 27 h 19 m | Show |
This is a 10* "NON-CONFERENCE SUPER ASSASSIN" on the Brooklyn Nets.
The Utah Jazz (0-3) comes off a 104-93 loss at home to the Houston Rockets on Saturday. Richard Jefferson led Utah with 18 points and Kanter added 16 for the Jazz, who looked disjointed once the Rockets increased their defensive pressure in the second half. The Brooklyn Nets (1-2) fell to the Orlando Magic 86-107 on the road. The Nets' backcourt of Deron Williams and Joe Johnson were a combined 5 of 17 from the field and Garnett made just 3 of 11 shots. Paul Pierce was the top rebounder with seven. That was an embarrassing effort from the Nets on the road in Orlando but the team returns home here where it beat the Heat in the opener. I expect that Jason Kidd will have his team ready to go here and they will feast on a Jazz team that does not look good to start the season. Lay the points. AAA |

11-04-13 | Chicago Bears v. Green Bay Packers -10.5 | Top | 27-20 | Loss | -110 | 180 h 12 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SUPER-BLOWOUT" on the Green Bay Packers.
The Chicago Bears come off a bye week at 4-3 SU and 1-5 ATS after dropping a 41-45 decision to the Washington Redskins in Week 7. Josh McCown completed 14-of-20 passes for 214 yards and a TD pass after Jay Cutler left the game with an injury. Matt Forte had 91 yards rushing and three TDs while Alshon Jeffrey had 108 yards receiving in the loss. The Bears defense gave up 499 yards of offense to the Redskins in the loss. The Green Bay Packers sit at 5-2 SU and 4-2 ATS after a 44-31 win over the Minnesota Vikings last week. Aaron Rodgers finished the game completing 24 of 29 passes for 285 yards and two TD scores. Eddy Lacy had 94 yards and a TD while Jordy Nelson added 123 yards and two TD scores in the win. The Bears are coming off a bye week but will still be without Jay Cutler. The Packers have been a dominant 13-2 ATS versus divisional opponents over the past three seasons. Also note that the Packers have won the last four meetings between these two teams. This will be the first Marc Trestman visiting to Lambau and I don |

11-04-13 | Boston Celtics v. Memphis Grizzlies -11.5 | Top | 88-95 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 32 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on the Memphis Grizzlies.
The visiting Boston Celtics (0-3) is coming off a 105-98 loss at home to the Milwaukee Brewers. Brandon Bass had 17 points and nine rebounds while Vitor Faverani added 12 points and 18 rebounds in the loss. The Memphis Grizzlies (1-2) come off a loss as well, a 111-109 setback to the Dallas Mavericks. Mike Conley had 24 points and eight assists while Marc Gasol added 23 points and five rebounds in the loss. This Celtics team has now lost three in a row to start this season and failed to cover the spread in two straight. The Grizzlies are a better team than its 1-2 record but has played some tough western conference teams look for Memphis to win easily here at home over a very poor Celtics team. The Grizzlies won both meetings last season with a much stronger Boston team so will be seem like a walk in the park. Lay the points confidently. AAA |

11-02-13 | Miami (Florida) v. Florida State -21.5 | Top | 14-41 | Win | 100 | 150 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Florida State.
Miami Is 6-0 SU and 4-2 ATS after narrowly edging Wake Forest 24-20 at home last week. Duke Johnson had 30 rushes for two TDs and finished with 168 yards. The U got a 17-for-28, 191-yard passing effort from Stephen Morris for one TD. Florida State is 6-0 SU and 4-2 ATS after a 49-17 thrashing of North Carolina State last week. Jameis Winston completed 16-of-26 passes for 292 yards for three touchdowns with one interception and left the game after the opening series of the second half. Rashad Greene topped 100 yards receiving for the third consecutive game with eight receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown for the Seminoles. Miami is perfect on paper but this game is still a massive mismatch as Florida State is arguably the second best team in the nation right and will likely run all over Miami here. Miami has had to come back from double digit deficits each of the last two weeks and if it goes down early to Florida State it is going to be a long night for the U. Don |

11-02-13 | Cleveland Cavaliers v. Indiana Pacers -9 | Top | 74-89 | Win | 100 | 25 h 55 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on the Indiana Pacers.
The Cleveland Cavaliers (1-0) come off an impressive 98-94 win over the Brooklyn Nets on opening day. Kyrie Irving had 15 points, nine assists and seven rebounds in the win. Tristan Thompson had 18 points and nine rebounds and Andrew Bynum made a very much anticipated appearance. The Indiana Pacers (2-0) come off a 95-90 win on the road in New Orleans. Paul George scored 32 points and five assists and five rebounds to with two steals in the win. The Pacers also had George Hill chip in with 19 points in the win playing on the back-end of a back to back situation. These look like two playoff teams here as the Pacers were a few wins away from knocking off the Miami Heat last season while the Cleveland Cavaliers are as up and coming as it gets in the NBA. While the Cavaliers will be a tough out for just anyone this season I think the team is going to have some problems playing in Indiana where the Pacers play arguably the best defense in basketball. Lay the points with Indiana who should win this by double figures. AAA |

Georgia sits at 4-3 SU and an ugly 1-5 ATS after a 27-31loss at Vanderbilt. Aaron Murray finished the game 16-for-28, passing for 114 yards zero TDs and one INT. Murray did have two rushing TDs in this game on 10 yards rushing. Brendan Douglas had 84 yards rushing for the Bulldogs who are still ravished with injuries on offense. The Florida Gators sit at 4-3 SU and 2-5 ATS after a 17-36 loss to Missouri last weekend. Tyler Murphy completed 15 of 29 passes for 92 yards and an interception. Freshman Kelvin Taylor ran for 74 yards on 12 carries in his fifth career game. Both teams have underachieved this season with 3-2 marks in SEC play. With both teams ravished with injuries this looks to be an even matchup. Georgia |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on California.
Arizona is 4-2 SU and ATS after a 35-24 win over Utah last week. Ka'Deem Carey rushed for 236 yards and a TD on a school record for rushes. B.J. Denker ran for two touchdowns and passed for another on 18-of-30 passing in their first conference victory of the season. California is 1-7 SU and ATS after a 17-41 loss to Washington. Jared Goff was 32 of 54 for 336 yards, no interceptions and a 5-yard TD pass to Chris Harper in the second quarter. Chris Harper had 98 yards receiving in the game to go with the TD. Goff and the California offense has been improving and should at least keep California competitive in this game at home. The key to stopping Arizona is no secret, stop Ka |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on North Carolina State.
North Carolina is 2-5 SU and 2-4 ATS after a 34-10 beat down of Boston College, snapping a four game losing streak. Brynn Renner threw for 227 yards and a pair of touchdowns, completing 18-of-21 pass attempts. Marquise Williams had 65 yards rushing and a TD in the win. North Carolina State is 2-4 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 17-49 loss to high ranked Florida State. Brandon Mitchell completed just 17-of-33 for zero TDs and two INT in the loss. Shadarch Thornton had 205 total yards and two TDs as the only source of offense for Wolf Pack. The Wolfpack have lost four in row now and is desperate for a win here. The Wolf Pack is 1-0 AT S as an underdog this season will be looking for revenge here as the Tar Heels took out NC State 43-38 last year on Chapel Hill. Both teams have losing records but its |

11-02-13 | Wisconsin -7.5 v. Iowa | Top | 28-9 | Win | 100 | 142 h 23 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Wisconsin.
The 24th ranked Wisconsin Badgers sit at 5-2 SU and 6-0 ATS this season after a 56-32 win over Illinois on October 19th. Joel Stave finished 16-of-21 passing for 189 yards, two TDs. Melvin Gordon racked up 147 yards and three TDs in the win. Javon White also chipped in with 98 yards and two TDs as well. Iowa is at 5-2 SU and ATS after a 17-10 win over Northwestern. Jake Rudock completed 19-of-27 passes for 169 yards one TD and one INT. Rudock also had 56 yards rushing and one TD. The Badgers have been underestimated by many including Vegas this season as demonstrated by the AST Record. The Badgers come into this game off a bye and should be well prepared for this game. Iowa is just 2-3 ATS at home this season while the Badgers are a perfect 2-0 on the road. I like the Badgers as the better team here off a bye week. Don |

11-01-13 | USC v. Oregon State -3.5 | Top | 31-14 | Loss | -110 | 129 h 52 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SCORPION" on Oregon State.
USC is 5-3 SU and 3-5 ATS after a 19-3 win over Utah. Cody Kessler passed for 230 yards, Nelson Agholor scored the game's only touchdown on an early 30-yard reception, and Southern California's defense forced four turnovers. Note that both offenses struggled in this game. Oregon State is 6-1 SU and 4-3 ATS after suffering its first loss of the season last week, 12-20 to Stanford. Sean Mannion, was 41 of 57 for 271 yards and one touchdown. Brandon Cooks had 80 yards and a TD on nine receptions in the game. Oregon State was in a dog fight last week in game that played the way Stanford liked it, low scoring. Look for the Beavers to get back on track here. The Trojans will be tested early and often by Mannion and company. However, without a full array of healthy weapons, USC will struggle to keep pace. Lay the points with home team. AAA |

11-01-13 | New Orleans Pelicans -3.5 v. Orlando Magic | Top | 90-110 | Loss | -115 | 25 h 27 m | Show |
This is a 10* "NON-CONFERENCE GAME OF THE MONTH" on the New Orleans Pelicans.
The New Orleans Pelicans (0-1) come off a 95-90 loss at home to the Indiana Pacers. Anthony Davis had 20 points and 12 rebounds while Eric Gordon chipped in with 25 points in the loss. New comer Jrue Holliday chipped in with 24 points as well. The Orlando Magic (0-2) come off a heart breaking 120-115 OT loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road. Aaron Affalo had 28 points while Nicola Vucevic had 22 points and 16 rebounds in the loss. The Magic will be playing their third game in four nights and really could suffer a letdown her after a tough loss in OT. This game also sets up as a revenge game as the Pelicans won a 105-102 game in New Orleans the last time these two met. The Pelicans will be anxious to get back on the court this season as the team is very much improved this season and only lost its opening game due to fact that it was playing a very tough Indiana game. Strongly consider laying the short points with New Orleans in what will likely be an easy win for the Pelicans. AAA |

This is a 10* "PAC-12 GAME OF THE YEAR" on Washington State.
Arizona State is coming off a bye week and is 5-2 SU and 4-3 ATS following a 53-24 win over Washington at home on October 19. Taylor Kelly passed for 271 yards with two TD passes and one INT in the win. Marion Grice had 21 carries for 158 yards and three TD scores. Washington State is coming off a bye as well, sitting at 4-4 SU and 5-2 ATS after a 62-38 loss to Oregon on October 19. Conner Halliday completed 58 of 89 passes for 557 yards and four touchdowns for the Cougars, setting a record for most attempts. Handicapping this game, Arizona State is the better team but this looks to be a lot of points for it to cover on the road. The Sun Devils haven't spent much time away from the desert this season but have yet to win, losing 42-28 to then-No. 5 Stanford and 37-34 to Notre Dame in a neutral-site game. Washington State is 2-0 ATS when labeled an underdog of 10.5 or more this season. Grab the points in a conference game that should be competitive for the most part. AAA |

10-31-13 | Cincinnati Bengals -1 v. Miami Dolphins | Top | 20-22 | Loss | -113 | 83 h 5 m | Show |
This is a 10* "CA$H TSUNAMI" on the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Cincinnati Bengals sit at 6-2 SU and 5-2 ATS after a 49-9 destruction of the New York Jets last Sunday. Andy Dalton finished with five TD passes and completed 19 -of-30 passes for 365 yards. Marvin Jones had a career high four TD passes on eight receptions for 122 yards. Dalton's five touchdown passes gave him 11 in his last three games, his best such span. The Miami Dolphins sit at 3-4 SU and ATS after a 17-27 loss at the New England Patriots last week. Ryan Tannehill had 192 yards passing on 22-of-42 hookups for two TDs and two INTs. The Dolphins blew a first have 17-3 lead and failed to score a point in the second half. The Dolphins have now lost four in row SU and ATS. At home the Dolphins sit at 1-2 SU and ATS on the season. The Bengals are going in the opposite direction, winners of four games in row. Note that this works as a revenge game after last seasons |

10-31-13 | Rice v. North Texas -3 | Top | 16-28 | Win | 100 | 104 h 34 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on North Texas.
The Rice Owls sit at 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS after a 45-7 beat down of UTEP last week. Taylor McHargue finished with four passing TDs. Jordan Taylor had 183 yards receiving and caught three TD passes. Charles Ross broke past 100 yards on the ground for Rice, gaining 152 on 21 carries. North Texas is 5-3 SU and 5-2 ATS after a 55-14 destruction of Southern Miss. Derek Thompson threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another to spark North Texas. Running backs Antoinne Jimmerson, Brandin Byrd and Reggie Pegram each scored twice for the Mean Green who won their third consecutive conference game. Rice has C-USA's fourth most productive offense both in terms of scoring 30.6 ppg and yardage at 416.4 ypg, and the unit has been especially good in recent weeks with 45-point outputs in back-to-back games. North Texas is one of the few teams that scores more points than Rice (31.8 ppg), and it is one of the conference's more balanced units, ranking in the upper half in both passing 258.9 ypg and rushing 157.5 ypg. The Mean Green is a tough team at home and is 2-0 SU and ATS in North Texas this year. These teams are two of the best in Conference USA but expect the home team to pull it out in a big Thursday night game. Lay the short points. AAA |

Centarius Donald finished with 126 yards on eight carries to go with one TD. The Troy Trojans sit at 4-3 SU and 3-4 ATS after a 32-26 win over Western Kentucky. Corey Robinson threw for 306 yards and Jordan Chunn ran for two scores to lead Troy. Troy is a solid 3-1 SU and this game sets up as a revenge game for the Trojans after getting shelled 10-38 in the last meeting between these two teams. Troy has been the better team all year with tougher wins and will likely get this won done at home. Lay the points. AAA |

10-31-13 | South Florida +14.5 v. Houston | Top | 23-35 | Win | 100 | 103 h 5 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on South Florida.
South Florida comes in the heavy underdog at 2-5 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 3-34 loss to high ranked Louisville last week. USF is just 2-5 overall this season, but at 2-1 in league play, still within striking distance of the conference leaders. In the loss to Louisville, the Bulls reached new lows as they managed a season-low in points, while amassing just 133 yards of total offense. The Bulls also had just 39 plays, averaging 3.9 yards per snap. Houston is 6-1 SU and a perfect 6-0 ATS after a 49-14 beat down of Rutgers last week. Freshman John O'Korn threw for career bests of 364 yards and five touchdowns and Houston forced a season-high six turnovers in routing error-prone Rutgers. This looks to be a daunting task for S. Florida but note the team is 2-1 in conference play and had won two straight before the big loss to high ranked Louisville. I am not afraid to take a favorite when I think its |

10-30-13 | Cincinnati -3.5 v. Memphis | Top | 34-21 | Win | 100 | 80 h 27 m | Show |
This is a 10* "ASSASSIN" on Cincinnati.
The Cincinnati Bearcats come off a 41-16 destruction of Connecticut and sit at 5-2 SU and 3-4 ATS. Brendan Kay finished an efficient 17-of-24, passing for 300 yards and four TDs. Kay also had a rushing TD in a career performance. Chris Moore had two receptions for 65 yards and two of those TD passes. Memphis is 1-5 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 29-34 loss to SMU on Oct 29. Paxton Lynch finished 26-for-36 for 198 yards, one TD and one INT in the loss. The Tiger offense stalled after its early success, amounting to only 116 yards in the half. Memphis would end the game with 320 yards, compared to 460 for SMU. Memphis has now lost three in row SU and is just 1-3 SU in home games this season. Memphis is 0-3 in AAC this season. 10-30-13 | Miami Heat v. Philadelphia 76ers +11 | Top | 110-114 | Win | 100 | 25 h 46 m | Show |
This is a 10* "ART OF WAR" on the Philadelphia 76ers.
The visiting Miami Heat come off a 107-95 win over the Chicago Bulls on opening night. The Heat were up early and often in this game. LeBron James had 17 points, eight assists and six rebounds in the win. Shane Battier added 14 points on 4-of-4 three points shooting. The Philadelphia 76ers doe enter on this season as major underdogs in just about every game as the team looks to be in full rebuild mode. The team did get some high draft picks and Michael Carter-Williams Norleans Noel. Thaddeus Young is the leading returning scorer after averaging 14.8 points last season, and Evan Turner also is back after scoring 13.3 points per game. The Heat played in an emotional game at home last night and had to make the trip to Miami overnight. Look for huge opportunity for a back-door cover here as the Heat are bound to suffer some sort of letdown. Grab the massive points with the home team in a chances numbers game. AAA |

10-29-13 | Orlando Magic +12 v. Indiana Pacers | Top | 87-97 | Win | 100 | 24 h 59 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on the Orlando Magic.
The Orlando Magic come into the season with little expectations and draw a tough matchup here on the road in Indiana. The Magic added a lot of young talent through the draft this off season starting with second overall pick Victor Oladipo who has explosive talent that we saw in last season play for Indiana in the NCAA. Oladipo should be right revved up playing in this state for his first game. The Pacers have high expectations for the season coming off a very successful year last year and re-signing of David West and the addition of Luis Scola this year. While the Pacers are unlikely to lose this game, I think they are unlikely to win this game by this many points too. The Pacers were 9-8 the last three seasons as a home favorite of double digits. The Magic were a profitable 41-36 ATS in road games last season where they were always an underdog. This game does set up as a revenge situation though as the Pacers beat up the Magic 95-73 in Indiana the last meeting between these two. This is opening night when emotions are running high. With lots of room for a back door cover you should take a close look at Orlando. AAA |

This is a 10* "DIVISIONAL GAME OF THE YEAR" on the Green Bay Packers.
The Green Bay Packers sit at 4-2 SU and 3-2-1 ATS after a 31-13 win at home over Cleveland. Aaron Rodgers finished the game 25-for-36 for 260 yards, three TDs and zero INTs. Eddie Lacy had 82 yards on the ground including a TD. Jarett Boykin had 103 yards and one TD receiving in the win. The Minnesota Vikings come off a 23-7 loss at the New York Giants on Monday night now sit at 1-5 SU and 2-4 ATS on the year. Josh Freeman was just 20-for 53 for 190 yards no TDs and one INT. Adrian Peterson had just 28 yards on 13 carries in the loss. Josh Freeman is out for this game and Christian Ponder is in. The Vikings are 0-2 ATS at home this season and have yet to win a game straight there as well. The Packers have won three in a row and are starting to get the offense going behind an improving Aaron Rodgers this season. The Packers are looking for revenge after a loss at Minnesota last season. Also note that the Vikings play on a short work week and with the offense in disarray I don |

10-27-13 | Washington Redskins v. Denver Broncos -13 | Top | 21-45 | Win | 100 | 152 h 55 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Denver Broncos.
The Washington Redskins sit at 2-4 SU and ATS after a 45-41 win at home versus Chicago. Robert Griffin the Third finished the game 18-for-29 for 298 yards, two TDs, and one INT in the win. Jordan Reed had 136 yards receiving including a TD while Alfred Morris had 95 yards rushing. The Redskins racked up 499 yards of offense against the Bears. The Denver Broncos sit at 6-1 SU and 3-3-1 ATS after a 33-39 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Peyton Manning finished 29-for-49 for 386 yards, three TDs and one INT. Eric Decker had 150 yards receiving to go with a TD on eight receptions. It was a little emotional for Peyton Manning last weekend in his return to Indy but I fully expect this machine that is the Broncos to bounce back this week and have it be business as usual. This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the New Orleans Saints.
The New Orleans Saints sit at 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS coming off a bye week and a 27-30 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 6. Drew Brees finished the game 17-for-36 for 236 yards, two TDs and one INT in the loss. Khiry Robinson had 53 rushing yards and a TD in the loss while Kenny Stills had 64 yards and a TD. The Saints lost the game on a last minute drive in Foxboro. The Buffalo Bills are enjoying a next stretch as they sit at 3-4 SU and 5-2 ATS after a 23-21 win at Miami last week. Thad Lewis went 21-for-32, passing for 202 yards, no TDs and one INT. Fred Jackson had 85 all purpose yards and a rushing TD in the win. It was kind of an ugly game as the Bills were outgained 293 to 268 yardage wise. The Bills continue to impress as the team has 22.7 points per game this season. Still, this is too tall an order for the Bills as it goes into New Orleans where the Saints are waiting angry and well rested after a bye week and close loss to Patriots. New Orleans is 2-0 ATS coming off a bye week and is 3-0 SU and ATS at home this season. In fact, the Saints are an outstanding 16-4 ATS at home the past three years. The Bills are just 1-2 ATS in road games this year. Lay the points with New Orleans in what has blow out written all over it. AAA |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the New England Patriots.
The Miami Dolphins sit at 3-3 SU and ATS after a 21-23 loss at home to the Buffalo Bills. Ryan Tannehill had an up and down game, completing 19-of-31 passes for three TDs and two INTs in the loss. Mike Wallace had 76 yards receiving while Brandon Gibson had 40 yards receiving and two TD receptions in the loss. The New England Patriots sit at 5-2 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 27-30 loss to the New York Jets. Tom Brady was just 22-for-46 passing for zero TDs and one INT. Rob Gronkowski had 8 receptions for 114 yards in his return to the lineup. The Patriots gave up a lead and will be mad coming into yet another divisional matchup. The Pats will be playing at home where the team is 3-0 this season and 2-1 ATS. The Patriots are an outstanding 11-2 ATS coming off a divisional and is a perfect 4-0 SU versus the Dolphins the last three seasons. Lay the points with Patriots in a game where the team should be favored by much more in this game. AAA |

10-26-13 | Texas +1.5 v. TCU | Top | 30-7 | Win | 100 | 143 h 22 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Texas.
Visiting Texas is well rested after a bye week after 4-2 SU and 3-3 ATS after earning a 36-20 win over Oklahoma on October 12. Case McCoy finished 13-for-21, passing for 190 yards, two TDs and one INT. Texas had two 100-yard rushers in Johnathan Gray (29 carries for 123 yards) and Malcolm Brown (23 carries for 120 yards). TCU is 3-4 SU and 2-5 ATS after a 10-24 setback at Oklahoma State last Saturday. Trayvone Boykin finished 17-for-35 for 188 yards, zero TDs and three INTs. Texas is coming off a bye, and the team has been playing well since dropping consecutive games to BYU and Ole Miss in September. In their latest contest, the Longhorns took down then 12th-ranked Oklahoma, 36-20, in the latest installment of the Red River Rivalry on Oct. 12. UT is 20-5 coming off a bye week under head coach Mack Brown. Texas is 5-2 ATS coming off bye weeks the past three seasons. TCU is just 2-5 ATS as a favorite this season. Texas has been undervalued of late because of a poor start to the season. Look for the Longhorns to continue on a roll here and exact some revenge for a 21-13 loss last season at Texas. Grab the points with Texas. AAA |

10-26-13 | UCLA v. Oregon -21 | Top | 14-42 | Win | 100 | 143 h 53 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Oregon.
UCLA is 5-1 SU and ATS after a 10-24 loss to Stanford last Saturday. Against the stingy Stanford defense, UCLA really struggled. The normally effective offense for the Bruins managed a season-low 266 yards. quarterback Brett Hundley did not look as comfortable under center as he normally does. Hundley did complete better than 60 percent of his pass attempts (24-of-39), but totaled a season-low 192 yards and was intercepted twice, while being sacked a season-high four times. UCLA gave up a season-high 419 yards to the Cardinal. Oregon is 7-0 SU and 6-1 ATS last week after a 62-38 win over Washington State. Marcus Maroita finished 23-for-32 for 327 yards passing for two TDs and not INTs. Byron Marshall ran for 192 yards and three touchdowns. I played against the Ducks last week as the spread was somewhat ridiculous for even great team like Oregon cover in this college landscape, still I fully believe that the Ducks are one of the best teams in the nation and will run over UCLA in this game. These teams did not meet last season. The Ducks have taken the last four matchups and totaled 109 points in the past two. Lay the points with Oregon as the value switched this week. AAA |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on UNLV.
UNLV is 4-3 SU and ATS after a 14-38 loss to ranked Fresno State. Quarterback Caleb Herring connected on 27-of-24 passes for 161 yards and a score, while being sacked three times. Shaquille Murray-Lawrence logged a game-high 79 yards rushing and a touchdown on just three carries. While giving up 641 yards of total offense, the Rebels generated a mere 294 yards, converting just 5-of-15 on third down and 1-of-4 on fourth down during the matchup. Nevada is 3-4 SU and ATS after a 17-34 loss to Boise State. Cody Fajardo managed to convert 22-of-29 passes for 208 yards, but he failed to get a single pass into the end zone while being sacked six times. Brandon Wimberly caught 11 passes for a game-high 121 yards, while Kendall Brock and Don Jackson both scored on the ground for the Pack in its second straight loss. UNLV has had a lot of unexpected success here and I expect it to continue for at least an ATS cover. With a lackluster defense dragging them down, the Wolf Pack won't be easily running away with a win this weekend. Last year Nevada won a close 42-37 matchup at UNLV and I expect another close one here. Take the points with the Running Rebels. AAA |

10-26-13 | Tennessee v. Alabama -28 | Top | 10-45 | Win | 100 | 139 h 24 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Alabama.
Tennessee is coming off an upset home win over South Carolina 23-21 last weekend. Justin Worely finished 19-for-34 for 179 yards passing, one TD and zero INTs. Marquez North had 102 yards receiving on three catches while Rajion Neal rushed for 77 yards and a TD in the win over 11th ranked S. Carolina on a last second FG. Alabama is 7-0 SU and 4-3 ATS after a 52-0 shutout of Arkansas last Saturday. A. J McCarron finished 15-of-21 for 180 yards and three TD passes. Drake needed just eight carries to reach 100 yards for the second straight week. T.J. Yeldon had 88 yards and a 24-yard touchdown on 12 carries. Yeldon caught four passes for 45 yards as the Crimson Tide avoided the upset bug that was taking place among top 10 teams last week. Alabama has really put its throats down on opponents of late after getting criticized for its defense after the Texas A&M game. Alabama have allowed just 16 points in five games since and have a stranglehold on the Championship Game berth. The Volunteers recorded a great win last week that should help Butch Jones in his bid to turn Tennessee around in a short time frame. However, winning in Tuscaloosa is a monumental task and one that the Vols simply aren't ready for. Alabama won |

10-26-13 | Temple +11 v. SMU | Top | 49-59 | Win | 100 | 139 h 55 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Temple.
Temple is now 1-6 SU and 4-3 ATS after getting its first win of the season, a 33-14 win over Army on Saturday. Freshmen QB P.J. Walker completed 10 of 16 attempts for 203 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Jalen Fitzpatrick had four receptions for 128 yards and TD in the win. Temple had forced just three turnovers all season coming into the Army game, but got four out of the Black Knights. Southern Methodist is 2-4 SU and 4-1-1 ATS after a 34-29 upset win at Memphis. Garrett Gilbert threw for 321 yards and two touchdowns, Traylon Shead ran for two more scores and SMU won its first American Athletic Conference game. This spread is pretty high for two teams similar is talent. The Owls have been roughed up in a few tough matchups this season but have been a little underrated of late. Temple has covered the spread in three straight games. SMU has a shoddy record ATS this season and is just 6-7 ATS as a favorite the last few seasons. Note that SMU is just 0-2 ATS at home this season as well. Consider grabbing the points with an improving Temple team. AAA |

10-26-13 | Oklahoma State -13 v. Iowa State | Top | 58-27 | Win | 100 | 136 h 56 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Oklahoma State.
Oklahoma State sits at 5-1 SU after a 24-10 win at home over TCU. Clint Chelf completed 10 of 25 passes for 178 yards with one interception. Josh Stewart added 10 catches for 141 yards and had a 95-yard punt return for a touchdown, giving Oklahoma State enough offense to overcome four turnovers and a pair of missed field goals. Stewart finished with 265 all-purpose yards in the win. Iowa State is 5-1 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 71-7 beat down at Baylor. The Cyclones had nine first downs and three turnovers, although they spoiled Baylor's shutout with 47 seconds left on a 27-yard pass from Rohach to DeVondrick Nealy. Iowa State was outgained 714-164 in yardage by the Bears. Iowa State has now lost three in a row while the Cowboys have won two. Oklahoma State owns a 26-18-3 lead in the all-time series with Iowa State, and the Pokes won last year's meeting, 31-10. Opponents to the Cyclones are lighting up the scoreboard to the tune of 36.7 ppg, which happens to the be the worst yield in the Big 12.Once again that ISU is the second-best team in this matchup, as even in the face of unsettled times at the QB position, the Cowboys should have enough in the tank to pick up a solid road victory. Lay the points with Oklahoma State. AAA |

This is a 10* "SCORPION" on BYU.
Boise State Broncos sit at 5-2 SU and 4-3 ATS after a narrow 34-17 win over Nevada. Running back Jay Ajayi ran for a career-high 222 yards on 24 carries with three touchdowns to lead the Broncos while backup quarterback Grant Hedrick threw for 150 yards and ran for 115 more as starter Joe Southwick injured his foot on the teams |

10-24-13 | Carolina Panthers -6 v. Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Top | 31-13 | Win | 100 | 85 h 54 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SUPER-BLOWOUT" on the Carolina Panthers.
The Carolina Panthers sit at 3-3 SU after a 30-15 beat down of the St. Louis Rams in Week 7. QB Cam Newton finished an efficient 15-for-17 for 204 passing yards and a TD. Steve Smith had five receptions for 69 yards and a TD in the win. The Panthers' third-ranked defense forced three turnovers and had four sacks. Tampa Bay continues to struggle as the team is now 0-6 SU and 1-5 ATS after a 23-31 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Georgia. Mike Glennon finished 26-for-44 for 256 yards passing, two TDs and no INTs. Vincent Jackson had 10 receptions for 156 yards and two TDs in the loss. The biggest loss of the night for the Buccaneers was star running back Doug Martin who suffered a torn Labrum muscle in his shoulder. I really like the way Panthers have played in the past two games, Newton is 35 of 43 for 464 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions Carolina have won back-to-back games for the first time this season. This Tampa Bay team is in a state of influx right now with so many moving parts I don |

10-24-13 | Marshall -10.5 v. Middle Tenn State | Top | 49-51 | Loss | -110 | 96 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Marshall.
The 4-2 Marshall Thundering Herd sit in first place of Conference USA after a 24-23 narrow win over Florida Atlantic. Rakeem Cato finished with 216 yards passing and 45 yards rushing one TD and one INT in the game. Esray Taliaferro had 46 yards rushing on 10 carries in the win as the Thundering herd came back to win on a late FG. Middle Tennessee sits at 3-4 SU and ATS after a 7-34 loss to North Texas on October 12. The Blue Raiders only real source offense came from Austin Grammer who rushed 15 times for 106 yards including a TD run in the loss. Middle Tennessee has lost three in a row while Marshall has taken two straight. All but one opponent this season has scored at least 24 points against the Blue Raiders, which is why the team ranks 86th in points allowed with 29.9 ppg. Opponents are generating an average of 450.4 ypg (101st) and those are the sort of numbers that make it easy to send Middle Tennessee to the loss column on a consistent basis. With a passing game that is lacking and a red zone offense that is one of the worst in the country, it is hard to give Middle Tennessee any sort of edge even though the team is playing at home. Lay the points with Marshall. AAA |

This is a 10* "PUCK-LINE DESTRUCTION" on the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Chicago Blackhawks come off a 3-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Bryan Bickell, Brandon Piri and Mike Kostka scored the goals for the Hawks. Corey Crawford made 19 saves in the win as Chicago really poured it on Leafs, out shooting them 40-20 in the win at the ACC. The Florida Panthers come off a 2-1 SO win over the Minnesota Wild. Top prospect Alexander Barkov scored the lone goal for the Panthers who got 30 saves from Tim Thomas in the win. The Wild outshot the Panthers 31-21 in game. The Hawks have had a hot start to the season and arguably the best team in the NHL right now coming off a championship season last year. Florida is just 3-6 to start the season and is a terrible 0-4 in non conference games this season. The Blackhawks are 5-1 in non conference games this season and I fully expect the team to absolutely dominant a far less talented Panthers team. Take the Blackhawks to win on the |

10-21-13 | Minnesota Vikings v. NY Giants -3 | Top | 7-23 | Win | 100 | 149 h 16 m | Show |
This is a 10* "SUPER-ATS-BLOWOUT" on the New York Giants.
The visiting Minnesota Vikings sit at 1-4 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 10-35 blowout loss at home versus the Carolina Panthers. Matt Cassel got the start at QB and finished 32-for-44 for 241 yards, one TD and two INTs. Adrian Peterson had 83 all purpose yards in the loss while Kyle Rudolph was the big chain mover with nine receptions for 97 yards and a TD score. The New York Giants sit at 0-6 SU and 1-5 ATS after a 21-27 Week 6 loss on Thursday night to the Chicago Bears. Eli Manning finished the game 14-for-26, passing for 239 yards, one TD and three INTs. Brandon Jacobs had 22 carries for 106 yards and two TDs rushing in the loss. Ruben Randle chipped in with three receptions for 75 yards including a TD. The Vikings have yet to win on the road this season and are expected to debut Josh Freeman as the QB for the team. Freeman struggled in Tampa Bay this year and I expect some transition problems for the young QB here as well with the Vikings. The Vikings are allowing 31 points against on the season and have not really played a whole lot of great offensive teams this year to justify such a staggering number. Adrian Peterson stands to be the teams best chance to win this game but it will be difficult to go to him if the team is down early in the road. The Giants have an awful record there is no doubting that but the team is working on an extra long week to prepare for this game and showed a lot strides in last week |

10-20-13 | Baltimore Ravens +2.5 v. Pittsburgh Steelers | Top | 16-19 | Loss | -110 | 121 h 11 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Baltimore Ravens.
The visiting Baltimore Ravens come into this division matchup at 3-3 SU and 3-2-1 ATS after a 19-17 loss at home to the Green Bay Packers. Joe Flacco finished 20-for-34 for 342 yards, two TDs and zero INTs. Ray Rice finished with 34 yards on 14 carries and was stuffed three straight times inside the 5 during the second quarter. The Steelers sit at 1-4 SU and ATS after a 19-6 win over the New York Jets at home. Big Ben finished 23-for-30 for 264 yards one TD and zero INTs. Antonio Brown had 86 receiving yards and the Steelers defense held the Jets to just two FGs. The Steelers are getting a lot of respect here despite being a 1-4 team. The Ravens may not be the championship team it was last season but they still stronger than this Pittsburgh team that had really shown us one game of worth this season. The Ravens have won the last two games between these two teams at Pittsburgh and I expect another close game here. Take the points with a very good chance at the outright win with Baltimore. AAA |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Atlanta Falcons.
The Atlanta Falcons sit at 1-4 SU and 0-5 ATS and are coming off a bye week. Before the open date the Falcons fell 28-30 to the NY Jets. Matt Ryan finished 36-for-45 for 319 yards two TDs and zero INT. Tony Gonzalez had seven receptions for 97 yards while Jacquizz Rodgers had two TD runs in the loss. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers is 0-5 on the season and 1-4 ATS after last week |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the New England Patriots.
The visiting New England Patriots sit at 5-1 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 30-28 come from behind win at home versus the New Orleans Saints last season. Tom Brady finished 25-for-43 for 269 yards one TD and one INT in the win. Steven Ridley had his best game of the season, gaining 110 all purpose yards and two TDs. Kenbrell Thompkins had the game winning TD reception with five seconds left to seal the win for the Patriots. The New York Jets sit at 3-3 SU and 4-2 ATS after last week |

10-19-13 | Washington State +38 v. Oregon | Top | 38-62 | Win | 100 | 131 h 44 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Washington State.
Washington State is 4-3 SU and 5-2 ATS this season after a 52-24 loss at Oregon State. Connor Halliday completed 26 of 49 passes for 248 yards as the Beavers were able to shut down WSU's potent pass attack. He was intercepted three times. The Cougars got two rushing TDs in the game. Oregon is 6-0 SU and ATS on the season after a 45-24 win at Washington last week. Marcus Mariota threw for 366 yards and three scores and rushed for 88 yards and another touchdown to lead Oregon. Byron Marshall had 19 carries for 106 yards and two TDs while Ducks had two receivers in Addison and Huff with over 100 receiving yards. The Ducks rolled up 631 total yards and averaged 7.8 yards per touch. Yes the Ducks have been perfect this year and will likely win this game by 30 plus points at home. Still, this is an outlandish spread in a game between FBS conference opponents. Washington State is already 3-0 ATS in road games this season and their worse loss was a 38 point one to Stanford. The odds makers are making Oregon bettors pay a steep price here and I think not even this high powered offense can live up to it. Take the massive amount of points with Washington and look for tons of room for a back-door cover. AAA |

10-19-13 | Florida State -2.5 v. Clemson | Top | 51-14 | Win | 100 | 129 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Florida State.
The fifth ranked Florida State Seminoles are 3-0 SU and 2-1 ATS in conference play. Florida State is 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS on the season coming into this monster matchup with Clemson. The Seminoles are well rested coming off a bye week. Florida State romped Maryland 63-0 nothing prior to the break. Jameis Winston completed 23-of-32 passes for a career high 392 yards. The Redshirt freshman threw for five touchdowns in the win. Kenny Shaw had 96 yards and a TD reception. The Seminoles defense was dominant throughout the game as the Maryland offense was held to 234 yards and 33 yards rushing on 25 attempts. Third ranked Clemson is 4-0 SU and 2-1 ATS versus conference opponents. The Tigers sit at 6-0 SU and 3-2-1 ATS on the season as a whole after a 24-14 win over Boston College last week. Taj Boyd finished 30-for-44 for 334 yards and one TD score to go with no INTs in the win. Sammy Watkins had 107 yards receiving on seven receptions including a TD score. Boston College finished with 286 yards on offense, 162 of those coming on its two TD drives. It's the fifth straight game Clemson held an opponent to 14 points or less. This is the biggest game on the Saturday College Game Day and I expect both teams to come prepared to play. Florida State has the edge though in my eyes as the team is coming off a bye and should be all over the Clemson team that hasn |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Washington.
The 20th ranked Washington Huskies sit at 4-2 SU and ATS after a 24-45 loss to higher ranked Oregon. Keith Price finished 19-for-31 for 182 yards, one TD and one INT. Bishop Sankey racked up 167 yards rushing including two TDs in the loss. The Huskies gave up 633 total yards. Washington was third in the country giving up 3.9 yards per offensive play, but the Ducks averaged 7.9. Arizona State is 4-2 SU and 3-3 ATS after a 54-13 beat down of Colorado. Taylor Kelly accounted for three touchdowns on 9-for-19 and Marion Grice ran for two more in a dominating first half that led to rout. I played against Washington last week cause they were just outgunned by an Oregon team that is smashing teams this year. The Huskies will be looking to get back on the winning track here after two straight losses. In terms of overall defense Arizona State has been a mediocre squad. Lots of talent both squads but I really think we see a close game here and I like taking the points with a Huskies squad hungry for a win. AAA |

10-19-13 | Indiana v. Michigan -10 | Top | 47-63 | Win | 100 | 124 h 18 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Michigan.
Indiana is 1-1 in conference play and 3-3 SU and ATS after a 28-42 loss at Michigan State last Saturday. Indiana's Nate Sudfeld went 14 of 30 for 137 yards, although backup Tre Roberson threw two touchdown passes. Tevin Coleman had 17 rushes for 79 yards and a TD score. Michigan is also 1-1 in conference play. The Wolverines are 5-1 SU and 3-3 ATS after a four overtime 40-43 loss to Penn State last weekend. Devin Gardner went 15-for-28 passing for 270 yards, three TDs and two INTs. Michigan has won 17 straight, and 32 of the last 33 meetings with Indiana to take a commanding 52-9 lead in the all-time series. The Hoosiers' lone win during the span was back in 1987. The Hoosiers are giving up 32.8 points and 456.0 yards per game, the former ranking them 10th in the conference, and the latter dead last. The Michigan offense is averaging 39 points and 395.7 yards per tilt, with Gardner being personally responsible for the bulk of that production. Indiana is sure to put its best foot forward in an attempt to upset the Wolverines on their home field, but with the bad taste of defeat still lingering expect Michigan to be fired up to get back on track. Gardner should be able to exploit the Hoosiers' weak defense. Lay the points with Michigan at home. AAA |

10-19-13 | Florida -3 v. Missouri | Top | 17-36 | Loss | -105 | 121 h 8 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Florida.
The 22nd rank Florida Gators sit at 4-2 SU and 2-4 ATS after a 17-6 loss to LSU last week on the road. Tyler Murphy was 15-of-27 passing for 115 yards for the Gators who led 3-0 early, but managed just one more field goal on the day. Missouri has been without question one of the nation's biggest surprises this season, as it has yet to lose in six tries. The Tigers moved to 2-0 in the league last week with an outstanding 41-26 win over Georgia for their first win over a top-10 team on the road since 1981, resulting in a huge jump in the polls from No. 25 to No. 14. James Franklin finished 18-for-27 for 170 yards, one TD and no INT. The Tigers ended Georgia's streak of 15 straight home wins. The all-time series between these two programs is tied at 1-1. An unranked Missouri squad fought hard at No. 8 Florida last November but lost, 14-7. Despite its poor offense, Florida have been able to remain relevant on a national scale thanks to its outstanding defense, which ranks fourth nationally in points allowed (13.0 ppg) and third in yards permitted (235.3 ypg). Missouri will be without starting QB Franklin for this game and the rest of the season and I expect to have a tough time scoring any points in this game. Lay the short points with Florida in a highly likely bounce back game. AAA |

Bruce Ellington had six receptions for 96 yards and two TDs. Mike Davis chipped in 128 yards rushing along with a TD score. Tennessee is 3-3 SU and ATS after a heartbreaking overtime loss to Georgia before last week |

10-18-13 | Central Florida v. Louisville -10.5 | Top | 38-35 | Loss | -106 | 106 h 56 m | Show |
This is a 10* "FRIDAY NIGHT SCORPION" on Louisville.
Central Florida comes into this Friday night game with a 4-1 SU and ATS record after a bye week proceeded by a 24-17 come from behind win over Memphis. Quarterback Blake Bortles was 17-of-36 for 160 yards. Bortles did not throw a touchdown pass, ending his streak of 12 straight games. Storm Johnson had 86 yards rushing while Breshad Perriman had seven receptions for 107 yards in the win. The Knights where outgained 397 yards to 270 but won the turnover battle 4-0 in the game. Louisville is 6-0 DU and 3-3 ATS after a 24-10 win over Rutgers last Thursday night. Teddy Bridgwater completed 21 of 31 passes for 310 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw an interception and fumbled early in the fourth quarter on the last of two sacks. Senorise Perry had 13 carries for 107 yards and a TD in the win. With a 6-0 record entering play and wins in its last eight games dating back to last season, Louisville is clearly a formidable foe to O'Leary and the Knights. UFC was nearly upset let last week by Memphis in its ACC opener. The Cardinals are a far better team and should be up for a huge win here at home. Louisville has yet to allow more than 13 points in a game this season and don |

The Seahawks outgained the Titans 404 yards to 223 yards. The Arizona Cardinals sit at 3-3 SU and ATS after a 20-32 loss to the San Francisco 49ers last week. Carson Palmer went 25-for-41 for 298, two TDs and two INTs. Larry Fitzgerald had six receptions for 117 yards and a TD. Andre Ellington had 92 total yards and a TD score in the loss. The Seahawks have a shot moving into first place in the NL with a win here I fully expect them to get it done. Seattle feels like it hasn |

This is a 10* "DESTRUCTION" on Miami.
The visiting Miami Hurricanes sit at 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS after a 45-30 at Georgia Tech. Stephan Morris shook off a slow start to finish 17-for-22 for 324 yards, three TDs and two INTs in the win. Duke Johnson finished with 325 all-purpose yards and the Hurricanes averaged 10.4 yards per snap against a defense that was giving up 4.7 per play coming into Saturday. North Carolina sits at 1-4 Du and 0-4-1 ATS after a 17-27 loss to Virginia Tech. Back up QB Marquise Williams finished 23 of 35 for 277 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. He also led the Tar Heels in rushing with 56 yards on 18 attempts. Quinshad Davis had six receptions for 94 yards and a TD. The Tar Heels won last year |

This is a 10* "puck-line" play on the Anaheim Ducks.
The Calgary Flames have been catching a lot teams off guard so far this season as they have started 3-0-2 and is coming off a 3-2 home win over the New Jersey Devils. Denis Wideman, Mark Giordano and Shawn Monahan scored the goals while Joey McDondald made 19 saves in the win. The Anaheim Ducks are off to a hot start is coming off a 4-1 win at home over the Ottawa Senators. Corey Perry scored twice and the Ducks registered a franchise-best 56 shots on goal in the win. I played on both these teams their last games out and was successful in their wins. I feel the Ducks are indeed the stronger team like many odds makers do. I expect they win this one handily as they are the best team the Flames have faced yet this season. Anaheim has won eight of the past 11 overall meetings and took two of three from the Flames during last season's lockout-shortened campaign. Take the Ducks to win this one by a couple goals to get the most profit out of it. AAA |

The 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS Colts visit San Diego coming off an impressive 34-28 home win over the Seattle Seahawks last weekend. Andrew Luck completed 16-of-28 passes for 229 yards and two TD passes. T.Y. Hilton had five receptions for 140 yards and two TDs. The Colts were outgained 423 yards to 319 but still got the win. The San Diego Chargers sit at 2-3 SU and 3-1-1 ATS after a 17-27 loss on the road in Oakland. Philip Rivers finished 36-for-46 passing for 411 yards two TDs and two INTs. Vincent Brown had seven receptions for 117 yards. The Chargers were playing catch up all night and only rushed the ball for 36 yards on the evening. The Colts are already 2-0 SU and ATS on the road this season with an impressive win in San Francisco and is showing us they are one of the best teams in the NFL. This is a big game on the road no doubt and the first for the Colts on National TV this season. I fully expect Indianapolis to gut out a close victory on the road and continue to make waves in the AFC. Take the Colts to win at pretty much a pick |

10-13-13 | Washington Redskins +5.5 v. Dallas Cowboys | Top | 16-31 | Loss | -100 | 148 h 54 m | Show |
This is a 10* "NFC EAST GAME OF THE YEAR" on the Washington Redskins.
The Washington Redskins come into this game well rested after a bye week proceeded by 24-14 win over the Oakland Raiders to move to 1-3 SU and ATS. Robert Griffin III went 18-for-31 passing for 227 yards and a TD score. Alfred Morris rushed 16 times for 71 yards in the win. Kerrigan forced the fumble on his second sack and Orakpo and Barry Cofield also brought down Raiders QB Matt Flynn twice. The Dallas Cowboys sit at 2-3 SU and ATS after a 48-51 shoot out loss to the Denver Broncos last week. Tony Romo was 25 of 36 for 506 yards and five touchdowns, a franchise record of 460 yards. Dez Bryant caught six passes for 141 yards and two TD scores. The Redskins beat the Cowboys 28-18 in its last meeting and are 2-0 against the Cowboys with RG3 on its team. Note that the Redskins are a fantastic 10-3 ATS when facing a divisional opponent while Dallas is just 3-10 ATS in the same spot. I expect the Cowboys to suffer a bit of a letdown here after the emotional thriller with Denver last weekend. The Cowboys are 2-4 ATS as a home favorite of 3.5-7 the past three seasons. Grab the points with Dallas. AAA |

10-13-13 | Ottawa Senators v. Anaheim Ducks -1.5 | Top | 1-4 | Win | 205 | 29 h 27 m | Show |
This is a 10* "puck line" play on the Anaheim Ducks.
The Ottawa Senators are coming off a 3-2 narrow loss to the San Jose Sharks last night. Zack Smith and Bobby Ryan scored goals for the Sens as Robin Lehner made 47 saves in the loss. The loss was the third in a row for the Senators who haven |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the New Orleans Saints.
The New Orleans Saints sit at 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS after a 26-18 win on the road in Chicago. Drew Brees was 29-of-35 passing for 288 yards, two TDs and zero INTs. Jimmy Graham caught 10 balls for 135 yards in his fourth consecutive 100-yard game, matching an NFL record for a tight end. The New England Patriots sit at 4-1 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 13-6 loss at Cincinnati. Tom Brady was limited to 197 yards zero TDs and on INT on the night. The Patriots were held to just 248 yards of total offense and Tom Brady |

This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on the Detroit Lions.
The Detroit Lions sit at 3-2 SU and ATS after 9-22 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Matt Stafford finished 25-for-40 for 262 yards , one TD and zero INT. Reggie Bush was held to 44 yards on 13 carries and four catches for 25 yards. Lions held the Packers defense in the red zone for most of the night as the Packers had to kick five FGs in the game. The Cleveland Browns continue to impress after a 37-24 win to bring its |

10-12-13 | Marshall -13 v. Florida Atlantic | Top | 24-23 | Loss | -110 | 150 h 15 m | Show |
This is a 10* "CONFERENCE USA GAME OF THE YEAR" on Marshall.
The visiting Marshall sits at 3-2 SU and 3-1-1 ATS after a 34-10 win over Tulsa last weekend. Rakeem Cato finished 22-for-32 passing for 279 yards, two TDS and zero INT. Essray Taliaferro added 58 yards and a TD while four different Herd receivers finished with more than 40 yards receiving on the day. Marshall held Tulsa to just 4-of-14 in third conversions and nearly doubled them up in yards gained. The victory improved the Thundering Herd to 1-0 in league action, making them one of only three teams left in the East Division without a loss to a C-USA foe. Host Florida Atlantic sits at 2-4 SU and 4-1-1 ATS after a 37-23 road win over UAB. Jaquez Johnson piled up a career-high 404 yards of total offense and accounted for three touchdowns to lead Florida Atlantic. Marshall is definitely a contender to win the C-USA Championship due to its excellence on both sides of the ball. With Cato leading the charge, the Herd are pacing the C-USA in scoring with 38.6 ppg, and total offense at 469.4 ypg. Although FAU had an impressive performance against UAB's porous defense last week, it comes into its game against the Herd averaging only 22.2 points and 368.8 total yards per tilt. The Owls have a big game coming up against Auburn after this matchup with Marshall so don |

10-12-13 | Oregon -12 v. Washington | Top | 45-24 | Win | 100 | 149 h 16 m | Show |
This is a 10* *BLOCKBUSTER* on Oregon.
The number two ranked Oregon Ducks sit at 5-0 SU and ATS spread heading this Pac12 battle with Washington on the road after a 57-16 beat down Colorado on the road last week. Marcus Mariota had a slow start but still finished 16-for-27 passing for 355 yards and five TDs in the game. Mariota also added 43 yards on the ground to go with to rushing TDs. Bralon Addison caught five passes for 155 yards and two TD scores while Josh Huff also had five receptions for 105 yards and two TD scores. Oregon racked up 755 yards of total offense on the night and night and held Colorado to a 0-15 on third down conversions. 16th ranked Washington sits at 4-1 SU and ATS after a 28-31 emotional loss on the road in Stanford. Keith Price completed 33 of 48 passes with one interception, and Bishop Sankey ran for 125 yards and two scores in an impressive fight against last year |

10-12-13 | Florida +6.5 v. LSU | Top | 6-17 | Loss | -110 | 149 h 47 m | Show |
This is a 10* *BLOCKBUSTER* on Florida.
The 17th ranked Florida is 4-1 SU and ATS after 30-10 win over Arkansas last Saturday. Tyler Murphy was an efficient 16-for 22 for 240 yards, three TDs and no INTs. Solomon Patton had six receptions for 124 yards and two TD passes from Murphy. Florida's defense was its typical dominant self. Although the unit allowed a season-high 115 yards rushing, most of those came in the first half. LSU is 5-1 SU and 3-2-1 ATS after a 59-26 win over Mississippi State. Zach Mettenberger threw for 340 yards and two touchdowns while Odell Beckham had 179 yards receiving and two TDs. It was actually a pretty close game until the Tigers ended it with a late 34-0 run. This is the marquee game of the week as these SEC power house teams get at it. Florida was expected to struggle with the injury to QB Jake Driscoll but Murphy has been very adequate as a game manager and thrower. The Gators are again one of the top defensive teams and that is going to be what keeps this game close. Florida allows 217.0 yards per game, second-fewest in the country, while its 12.2 opponent scoring average is tied for the FBS' fourth-lowest. LSU's defense has been a little bit vulnerable but you can also chalk that up to a high scoring affair versus Georgia. The Tigers are surrendering an average of 466.3 yards in conference play. This game should be very close and the Gators just might have what it takes to pull out the outright win. Lay the points here in a top play. AAA |

10-12-13 | Kent State v. Ball State -14 | Top | 24-27 | Loss | -110 | 148 h 18 m | Show |
This is a 10* *BLOCKBUSTER* on Ball State.
The visiting Kent State Golden Flashes sit at 2-4 SU and ATS after a 24-38 loss to Northern Illinois last week. Colin Reardon finished 16-for 35 for 209 yards, two TDs and 1 INTs in the loss. Dri Archer had four receptions for 80 yards in the loss. The Golden Flashes where outgained 698 yards to 292 in the loss. Ball State continues to roll at 5-1 SU and ATS on the season having won their third straight game over a member of a BCS conference and overall as they coasted to a 48-27 decision over the Cavaliers at Virginia last week. Keith Wenning finished the game 23-for-41 for 346 yards, two TDs Jahwan Edwards was dominant in the win rushing 24 times for 154 yards including three TDs. Ball State gained 506 total yards and the Virginia defense had no answer. It hasn |

10-12-13 | Nebraska -14 v. Purdue | Top | 44-7 | Win | 100 | 145 h 20 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on Nebraska.
The Cornhuskers kept it rolling last week with a 39-19 win over Illinois brining its record to 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS on the season. Nebraska was paced by Ameer Abdullah who ran for a career-high 225 yards and two touchdowns. Tommy Armstrong, starting his second straight game in place of injured quarterback Taylor Martinez finished 8 of 13 for 135 yard for touchdowns on his first three series and was solid throughout. Nebraska kept an Illinois offense that was averaging over 40 points coming into the game in check. Purdue sits at 1-4 SU and ATS coming off a bye week following a 24-55 loss to Northern Illinois. Danny Etling finished 19-for-39 for 249 yards, two TDs and two INTs in the loss. DeAngelo Yancey had seven receptions for 117 yards in the loss. The Boilermakers lost for the thirds straight game and were struggling so bad in the first half that Darrell Hazell yanked starting quarterback Rob Henry and inserted true freshman Danny Etling. The knock of the Cornhuskers had been its defense heading into last week but the team silenced a lot of critics with that good performance on Illinois. Nebraska is 3-1 ATS as the favorite this season while Purdue is 1-3 ATS as the underdog. Even playing at home, it is tough to imagine Purdue hanging around for very long in this one. Look for Nebraska to lean on its potent ground game again and roll to an easy ATS win. AAA |

10-12-13 | Kansas v. TCU -24.5 | Top | 17-27 | Loss | -110 | 145 h 19 m | Show |
This is a 10* "BLOCKBUSTER" on TCU.
The visiting Kansas Jayhawks sit at 2-2 SU and 0-4 ATS after a 16-54 loss to Texas Tech last week. Jake Heaps finished 16-for-32 for 189 yards, one TD and one INT in the loss. Tony Pierson had 118 yards on six receptions and Darrian Miller chip in 67 yards on the ground. The Jayhawks scored the first 10 points of the game but proceeded to allow the next 54 to Red Raiders. TCU is 2-3 SU and ATS after a narrow 17-20 loss to Oklahoma on the road last week. Trayvon Boykin finished 16-of 26 for 166 yards for no TDs and zero INTs. The Horned Frogs struggled offensively but were strong defensively as the Oklahoma and TCU combined for just 560 yards in the game. TCU has indeed struggled to score points this season but a matchup with Kansas is going to be a remedy to that. The Horned Frogs |

10-11-13 | Temple v. Cincinnati -20 | Top | 20-38 | Loss | -110 | 130 h 30 m | Show |
This is a 10* "ASSASSIN" on Cincinnati.
The visiting Temple Owls sit at 0-5 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 7-30 loss to Louisville last week. P.J. Walker completed 10-of-19 passes for 182 yards, one TD and one INT. Walker added 33 yards on the ground on 12 carries. Robbie Anderson had three receptions for a team high 73 yards in the loss. The Owls were out gained 525-255 by Louisville. Cincinnati is 3-2 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 20-26 loss to south Florida on the road. Brendan Klay finished 26-for-35 for 240 yards three TDs and two INTs. Anthony McClung had eight receptions for 90 yards. The Bearcats outgained the Bulls 350 yards to 241 on the night but it was the four turnovers that killed them. Note that I played on the Owls last week as the big underdog versus high ranked Louisville. I feel the shoe is on the other foot here as the Bearcats are at home and steaming mad after a loss on the road. There has been very little to like about Temple in terms of overall defense as it ranks last in the league in total yards allowed per game (518). A year ago Cincinnati rolled over Temple 34-10. The Owls are even weaker this season, especially on offense. Cincinnati should have no problem repeating a similar performance. AAA |

10-11-13 | NY Islanders v. Chicago Blackhawks -1.5 | Top | 2-3 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 29 m | Show |
This is a 10* "puck-line" play on the Chicago Blackhawks.
The New York Islanders sit at 2-0-1 after a 6-1 win over the Phoenix Coyotes at home on Tuesday. Josh Bailey had a goal and two assists while Frans Nielson had three assists. Top scorer from last season John Taveras added two goals and Evgeni Nabokov had 33 saves in the blowout win over the road tripping Coyotes. The Chicago Blackhawks sit at 1-1-1 after a 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues on Wednesday. Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews each had two points in the loss. The Blackhawks have won the past three matchups with the Islanders, getting four goals and two assists from Patrick Sharp. The teams last met Dec. 8, 2011 at Nassau Coliseum, a 3-2 Blackhawks win in which Sharp had two goals and an assist. Nabokov has a 4.00 GAA in his six previous meetings with the Hawks. While the young Islanders have gotten off to a slow start they have yet to face a team like the Blackhawks on the road. Look for the frustrated Hawks to come out strong and really take it the Islanders at the United center. The Hawks are 17-9 in non-conference games. Lay the extra goal and a half confidently on the Blackhawks. AAA |

10-10-13 | Arizona v. USC -5 | Top | 31-38 | Win | 100 | 109 h 37 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on USC.
The visiting Wildcats sit at 3-1 SU and 2-1-1 ATS are well rested after a bye week following a 13-31 loss to conference rival Washington. B.J. Denker was an ineffective 14-35 for 119 yards for no TDs and two INTs. Denker did rush 11 times for 56 yards and a TD on the night. KaDeem Carey was the main chain mover for Arizona, rushing for 132 yards on the ground as well hauling four catches for 49 yards on the night. Host for this matchup USC sit at 3-2 SU and 1-4- ATS after a 41-62 loss on the road to Arizona State. Cody Kessler finished the game 20-29 for 295 yards for two TDs and 2 INTs. Tre Madden and Justin Davis each rushed for over a 100 yards and scored three touchdowns for USC. The loss spelt the end for the Lane Kiffin era at Southern California and the Trojans will be starting this game with a fresh look. I fully expect Trojans to be refreshed here and come away with the win. A shootout in the desert ended in a 39-36 win for Arizona when these teams met last season but the Trojans still have a massive lead on the all-time series. Even though the Trojans lost their head coach, there is hope left for the season. Led by Breslin the Trojans' defense has the ability to get into the backfield and slow the Wildcats; ground game. No need to think the Trojans have lost something with the exit of Lane Kiffin. Lay the points the home team. AAA |

10-10-13 | San Diego State -3.5 v. Air Force | Top | 27-20 | Win | 100 | 107 h 8 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on San Diego State.
The visiting Aztec sit at 2-3 SU and ATS after a 51-44 OT win over Nevada last week. Quinn Kaehler, who completed 23 of 32 passes for 286 yards and three touchdowns, threw a 9-yard pass to Adam Muema on a first-down play in overtime. Adam Muema and Donnell Pumphrey were effective rushers as Muema had 134 yards rushing and two touchdowns and Pumphrey had 112 yards, including a spectacular 72 yard TD run in the first quarter. The host Air Force have lost five in a row and sit at 1-5 SU and 2-3 ATS after a 10-28 loss to rival Navy Friday night. Karson Roberts finished just 6-of-14 for 67 yards no TDs and one INT. Broam Lee and Jon Lee both rushed for 60 plus yards as the Falcons attempted just 17 passes for 87 yards. Air Force had 285 yards rushing in the game. San Diego had a really tough start to the season with games against Ohio State, Oregon State and Eastern Illinois but has started to come into stride here as the team has won two in row coming into this matchup. Air Force did not look good as weekend and is 0-3 ATS already this season at home and 3-13 ATS at home the last three seasons. Lay the short points with San Diego State. AAA |
