Big Al McMordie Sports Picks

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Youngstown St. Penguins + the points over Robert Morris.  The Penguins come into this game off back to back SU/ATS losses to Milwaukee and Green Bay to end the season.  And Youngstown also lost both meetings to the Colonials this campaign.  We'll take Youngstown this evening, as it's 31-23 ATS as a revenge-minded underdog off back to back SU/ATS losses, including 5-2 ATS in the post-season. 

At 8 pm, our selection is on the Missouri-Kansas City Roos + the points over Oral Roberts.  The Golden Eagles are tasked with trying to beat the same opponent two-games-in-a-row.  These two teams met on Saturday in Kansas City and the Golden Eagles won by 24 points.  But teams that are playing with revenge from a 15-point (or worse) defeat have cashed 63.3% in the Summit League tourney.  We'll take Kansas City as an underdog.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. 

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Eastern Illinois Panthers + the points over SIU Edwardsville.  This is a rematch of the season finale, which was won by the Cougars, 77-50, as a 6-point favorite.  We'll take the Panthers to turn the tables on Edwardsville, as the Cougars are a wallet breaking 7-21 ATS in conference games off a SU win, when playing a foe off a SU loss, including 1-12 ATS at home or on a neutral court.  Grab the points with Eastern Illinois.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. 

At 6:30 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Hoosiers minus the points over Minnesota.  The Hoosiers hope that the 3rd time is the charm tonight at Assembly Hall, as they lost their two previous games -- both at home -- to Northwestern (72-68) and Michigan State (77-64).  The good news for Indiana is that it's been strong over the years off back to back home defeats, cashing 67% since 1990.  Likewise, the Golden Gophers have been horrible vs. foes off back to back home losses, going 2-12 ATS.  Indiana is a dominant 11-3 ATS in the last 14 meetings with the Gophers, including 6-0 ATS at home.  Lay the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. 

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Oakland Golden Grizzlies minus the points over Northern Kentucky.  The Grizz won both meetings vs. the Norse this season.  And that bodes well for Oakland tonight, as double-revenge-minded underdogs have burned money in the Horizon League tourney, going 49-63-4 ATS, including 20-38-2 ATS on the road.  Take Oakland minus the points.

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Detroit Titans minus the points over Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  The Titans went into Oakland on Saturday and upset the Golden Grizzlies, 95-89.  We'll ride the momentum from that win, as Detroit is 29-17-2 ATS at home off an upset win, including 3-0 in the post-season.  Meanwhile, the Panthers won their last game -- a PK'em game at home vs. Youngstown.  But Milwaukee has covered just 26 of 63 off a win as an underdog (or PK).  Take Detroit.

At 8 pm, our selection is on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers + the points over St. Louis.  The Ramblers fall into a 657-433-27 ATS system of mine, and we'll grab the double-digits tonight with Loyola-Chicago.  Additionally, teams (like St. Louis) that are heavily favored in their final home game of the season by 23+ points have not fared well, including just 33% ATS since 1990 off a SU win.  Take Loyola + the points.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. 

At 10:40 pm, our selection is on the Indiana Pacers plus the points over Los Angeles.  The Pacers lost on Sunday, 125-106, to Memphis.  And that was Indiana's 6th straight loss.  They'll look to snap their losing streak tonight vs. a Clippers team off a win at Golden State, 114-101.  Indiana is an awesome 81-39 ATS when getting 9 (or more) points off a SU loss, including 46-12 ATS when it owned a losing SU/ATS record.  And Indiana is also 100-64 ATS off a home loss when rested, and matched-up against a foe off a SU/ATS win.  Grab the points with Indy.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie. 

At 9:40 pm, our selection is on the Milwaukee Bucks over Atlanta.  The Bucks were blown out by Boston, 108-81, on Monday.  We'll take Milwaukee to bounce back vs. the Hawks, as Atlanta is an awful 59-105-2 ATS vs. rested foes off 20-point (or worse) defeats.  Meanwhile, the Bucks are a super 108-67-4 ATS in the regular season off back to back losses, including 60-30-1 ATS at home.  Take Milwaukee.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Central Connecticut Blue Devils minus the points over Wagner.  The Blue Devils are on a 4-game ATS losing streak.  But they were 2-0 this season vs. the Seahawks.  And Wagner is a woeful 3-20-1 ATS vs. foes off back to back ATS losses, while the Blue Devils are 7-3 ATS off 3+ ATS defeats.  Lay the points.

At 7 pm, our selection is on the Chicago State Cougars + the points over Long Island.  Chicago State has been installed as a double-digit dog tonight.  And that bodes well, given that the Northeast Conference Tournament has seen underdogs of +6 (or more) points go 33-14 ATS their last 47, including 29-10 ATS when playing with revenge.  The Cougars lost less than a week ago to the Sharks, 73-56.  We'll take the road underdog this evening + the points.

At 7:30 pm, our selection is on the North Florida Ospreys + the points over West Georgia.  The Wolves enter off back to back SU/ATS wins.  Unfortunately, in this Atlantic Sun Conference tournament, teams off 2 SU/ATS wins have not fared well, and especially when installed as a favorite.  In that situation, they've gone just 3-11 ATS.  Additionally, underdogs off a SU/ATS loss have cashed 83% in the Atlantic Sun tourney.  Take North Florida.  Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
