In addition to Joel Embiid, Paul George and Tyrese Maxey being ruled out, the 76ers are also missing Kelly Oubre Jr. and could be without their big man Adem Bona.
Can you say trap game? Seriously, I don’t know what it is about severely undermanned teams, but more often than not, the healthier team finds a way to play down to the competition.
Certainly, the Pistons will welcome this depleted Sixers roster as they continue to struggle, but psychology being what it is, they wouldn’t be the first team to fall prey to the trap game.
