Packers Super Bowl Odds
Green Bay Packers 18/1
The Packers are in the playoffs for the 7th straight season, but they did not end the season well losing their last 2 games.
In their last game they lost at home, which cost them the NFC North crown. Still, they have resigning MVP Aaron Rodgers under center and he has a Super Bowl ring.

Here are 5 reasons the Green Bay Packers can win the Super Bowl.
1. Aaron Rodgers –
Ok so Rodgers will not win the MVP this season and he has not looked great in the last few games.
Still, he has a slew of solid targets, has a ton of playoff experience, and won the MVP award last season.

He passed for over 3,800 yards last season and he has feel less pressure than the last few seasons when Green Bay was favored to win the big game.
2. Packers know how to win big games –
Green Bay did not end the season well, but the playoffs are a different season altogether.
In the regular season the Packers beat the Seahawks, Chiefs, and Vikings and those are all teams from the NFC that they may face again.

3. Getting back to being a dynamic offense –
The Packers only scored 21 points combined in their last 2 games and they hit the road as the Wild Card team, but they will get confidence facing a Redskins’ defense that has had major issues on the season.
Rodgers and company may get their swagger back in the Wild Card game facing a Washington team that only ranks 25th against the pass and 26th against the run.
If Green Bay can get their offensive swagger back facing a suspect Redskins’ defense than they will be tough to beat no matter who they face in the upcoming playoff games.
4. The pass rush –
Green Bay ranked 7th in the league in sacks this season led by Julius Peppers (10.5 sacks).
The Packers will face a pass-first Washington team in the Wild Card round and with the solid passing attacks of the other remaining playoff teams getting to the QB will be key.
Peppers and Clay Mathews, who combined for 17 sacks on the season, will be a menace to any opposing QB.
5. Learning from mistakes –
Last season the Packers should have made the Super Bowl, but a mishandled ball on an onside kick in the NFC title game came back to haunt them.
They will not make mistakes this post-season, but other teams will.

They will focus on containing Rodgers while Eddie Lacy, who has to have a chip on his shoulder with all the weight issues he has been dealing with from the media, will have a solid playoff run.
