Both teams come in for this Week 5 clash off road victories as the Rams and Packers meet in Green Bay.
The Packers had very little trouble holding down the San Francisco 49ers as the Packers D shut them down.
For the Rams, they come in off perhaps the biggest upsets thus far as they knocked off the previously undefeated Arizona Cardinals in Arizona.
Kick off is set for 1:00 PM EST.
The Rams have a pair of wins this season and both have been extremely impressive. St. Louis defeated the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1 and knocked off Carson Palmer and the Cardinals in Arizona.
After scoring just 16 points the last two games prior to Sunday, the Rams offense finally found some groove with QB Nick Foles. Foles started the game off from the first drive as he led the Rams right down the field for a touchdown.
They never looked back as they never fell behind.
QB Nick Foles finished 16 of 24 for 171 yards and tossed 3 touchdowns. 2 of those 3 touchdowns went to WR Tavon Austin.
Austin finished with 96 yards on 6 catches and was a threat all game long.
RB Todd Gurley came up with the biggest play of the game and his first solid impact within this offense. In the 4th quarter he rushed for a 52 yard scamper, that eventually set up the game winning touchdown.
It once again looks like Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are going to have no problem this season.
Rodgers and company moved to 4-0 on the season after a 17-3 win over San Francisco on Sunday afternoon. Their 4-0 mark is the first time they’ve sat at 4-0 since 2011 and they have shown zero signs of slowing down.
The Packers had their lowest scoring half of the season in the 1st half against the 49ers as Aaron Rodgers connected with Richard Rodgers from just 9 yards out.
But the one thing team’s really can’t do is hold Aaron Rodgers down. The star QB finished 22 of 32 with 224 yards and a touchdown. Rodgers also showed his versatility as he finished with a 17 yard rush to set up a 2nd half score.
RB Eddy Lacy finished with 18 carries for 90 yards Sunday.
