The Seahawks, coming off a big win against the 49ers, travel to the East Coast to face a Jets team comping off of a disastrous performance against the Chiefs.
Kick off is set for 1:00 PM ET with QB Russell Wilson getting the start for the Seahawks with Ryan Fitzpatrick opposing him.
Qb Russell Wilson had his first good game of the season against San Fran, as he had 2 touchdown passes through the air. He has suffered an MCL sprain, and his availability for this game is up in the air.
If he does not play look for undrafted rookie QB Trevor Boykin out of TCU to get the start.
Christine Michael had the breakout game everyone was expecting against San Francisco. He had 20 carries for 106 yards and two touchdowns (long of 41 yards).
I expect another big game from him going up against a Jets defense that did a good job against Spencer Ware.
Doug Baldwin was key in the victory against San Francisco grabbing 8 passes for 164 yards and a score.
Jimmy Graham also had arguably his best game since putting on a Seahawks uniform, with 6 catches for 100 yards and a score.
Look for both of them to make big plays against a Jets D that gave up huge yardage to Travis Kelce.
The Seahawks defense shut down Blaine Gabbert last week. As he only passed for 119 yards.
The defensive line must do a better job stopping the run, as Carlos Hyde had 2 scores and 103 yards on the ground.
New York Jets
Ryan Fitzpatrick had the worst game of his career. He threw 6 interceptions, 2 of them in the endzone. Facing the Legion of Boom this will be another tough game for Fitz.
While 6 interceptions 2 games in a row is highly unlikely, going up against Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas, he should throw at least 3.
Matt Forte couldn’t really get much going last week, due to the number of turnovers Fitzpatrick had.
The jets would be smart to use him and backup Bilal Powell on the ground and as receiving threats, to limit Fitzpatrick from throwing deep passes down the field.
I believe Forte will have over 100 total yards, but fail to find the end zone.
Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall were ineffective last week, and this week do not expect either of them to be a factor against one of the league’s top secondary.
Defending the tight end will be key for the Jets.
Regardless of whether Wilson or Boykin is behind center, look for Jimmy Graham to have a big game against a Jets defense that has given up at least 85 yards receiving to a receiver/tight end in each game this season.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Seahawks ATS
Regardless of who plays QB, Christine Michael and Jimmy Graham will both have huge games. It will be a low scoring affair, with Seattle winning by a field goal.
NFL Free Score Prediction: Seattle 23 – New York 17
Seattle will use their defense to force key red zone turnovers, and the running game will keep the defense rested and control the time of possession.
