Logan Henderson (0-1, 4.15 ERA) vs. Connor Prielipp (1-1, 3.32 ERA) . 

I know that between these two young starters, Prielipp has the better numbers so far. However, I'm still just not a fan of this Minnesota Twins lineup. The Twins were forced to trade almost every one of their significant pieced. I know that there's great young talent. But, this isn't a team that's ready to win this season. On the other hand, Milwaukee needs to do everything it can to stay afloat in this "stacked" division. All teams in the NL Central have been fantastic so far this season. Give me the Brewers, who are definitely contenders to make the playoffs. 

Burns' Prediction: 6-2 Brewers.

Trevor McDonald (1-0, 2.92 ERA) vs. Luis Severino (2-4, 4.07 ERA) . 

While I do like what I've seen from both of these two starters so far this season, I also believe that this isn't going to be as low scoring as the ERA's make it look. McDonald gave up 11 baserunners against the Dodgers last time out, allowing three runs. Now, he's going to be forced to pitch in this "AAA" level ballpark. 

Luis Severino has made it clear that he doesn't like pitching here. He's avoided this ballpark so far in May, but now gets his first start of the month at home. With a 4.91 ERA here at home so far this year, I don't think he's going to enjoy being back here. Give me the "over." 

Burns' Prediction: 8-4 Giants.

(#43) Buffalo Sabres @ (#44) Montreal Canadiens | UNDER | . 

Game 5 started out very fast with five goals in the opening period. I do not think that this one's going to be nearly as high flying, especially early in the game. Buffalo now faces elimination & I expect the Sabres to go back to Alex Lyon for this contest. He's been elite throughout the playoffs, despite a few lapses in this round so far. 

On the other hand, Montreal is definitely ecstatic coming back home with a 3-2 series lead. Back at the Bell Centre, the Canadiens are now favorites to win this series. One thing that's stood out is the goaltending, especially when the games have mattered. Give me the "under" in this one on Saturday. 

Burns' Prediction: 3-2 Canadiens.

Currently ranked #1 in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A table, I believe that the dominance of Palmeiras will continue on Saturday evening. Over the past few meetings, Cruzeiro has actually gotten the best of Palmeiras, picking up a win and a draw in those matches. However, 2026 is a new year and I'm expecting the better team to prevail. 

In the most recent meeting (1-1 draw,) Palmeiras was the better team. It had more possession with more xG and many more touches in the oppositions box. I believe that the confidence should be sky high for this side, having gone 15+ games without a loss. Consecutive draws in the league is not what it wants either. At home, give me Palmeiras on Saturday.

As much as I'd like to see a very competitive final here in the last game of the FA Cup in 2025-26, I do think that this is going to be quite the mismatch. I'm not counting the Citizens out of the EPL title race quite yet. But, with it no longer in their hands, the FA Cup is the only thing that they can control at this given time. That being said, I like Manchester City to dominate this FA Cup Final, especially having just beaten Crystal Palace by a score of 3-0 during the week. Chelsea is not in great form whatsoever right now, dropping games that it normally doesn't. Let's also not forget to mention that City beat Chelsea 3-0 as well not so long ago. This sets up for another masterclass from Man City here this weekend.
