The Jets enjoyed an early bye in Week 4 but have quarterback questions surrounding their four game after the 0–3 start.
The Eagles, meanwhile, got a big win at Green Bay to get back to .500 and stay in the middle of the pack as they just desperately try to get more healthy.
New York Jets
Trevor Siemian failed to get through his first start following the news that Sam Darnold will be out a while with mono. Luke Falk had to step in and then start for the first time in his career in Week 3 before the bye. He may be the starter for this game with neither Donald nor Siemian ready to play on Sunday.
This is a guy who was a sixth round pick a year ago and then let go twice, including once by the Dolphins. He was intercepted and completed just 12 out of 22 pass attempts for 98 yards against the Patriots in Week 3.

There just isn’t much to say about the Jets. This is the worst offense in football at the moment, or at least one that is in Miami’s neighborhood. In three games the Jets have just one offensive touchdown and it was thrown by Darnold in Week 3.
Le’Veon Bell has carried the ball 56 times on the ground for just 2.9 yards per attempt with a long run of 13 yards. He has found nowhere to run.
He has caught 20 balls in the passing game, one of which went for that only touchdown for the Jets’ offense this season. He’s yet to shake lose, however, and has been limited to short gains in the screen game.

Philadelphia Eagles
Carson Wentz finished just 16-of-27 against the Packers on Thursday Night Football but he made those completions count. Three times he found the end zone and Philadelphia pulled out a 34–27 win in Green Bay.
The Packers’ defense came into the game as one of the most highly rated units in the NFL but it did nothing: no sacks and no turnovers. Jordan Howard and Miles Sanders ran the ball 26 times combined for over 160 yards.
Cornerback Avonte Maddux will miss this game with a neck injury he suffered against the Packers.
Alshon Jeffrey played against the Packers after missing the previous game and caught three of his nine targets for just under 40 yards. He’ll need to be more of a threat on the outside with DeSean Jackson still dealing with injury problems of his own.
Jackson’s status is more than questionable for Week 5 and it would look like he’ll be a no-go, as of early this week. The coaching staff will be in no rush to get him back in a game that the Eagles shouldn’t need him in.

I’m laying the full 14, if I have to. Of course, it sure would be nice to get a 13.5, which I’ve seen floating out there at the start of the week. I just don’t think the Jets’ offense is even worth a look in this game.
The Eagles should score at least three touchdowns. One more scoring drive should be enough to cover 14.
