Look for the Saints to cover the spread in this week one matchup vs. the Packers.
My big bet on this game is the UNDER.
If we don’t see a close 20-17, 21-20 or 17-14 type game I think one of these teams could really keep the other off the scoreboard. This just feels like that type of game.
Perhaps we’ll see New Orleans win 20-10, or Green Bay get ahead early and shut the Saints down to the tune of a 23-7 or 20-14 type game.
In all cases, I’m leaning UNDER big time.
My choice for this game is the under as the over/under line is set higher than the lines in all of Green Bay’s previous games this season.
We see this line as too generous for these teams, and we anticipate the game will remain under 43.5.
Lots of injuries on both teams in this one too, especially at the skill positions. There’s a lot of firepower that could be sitting this one out. (Smith, Kamara, Williams, Jones, Watson)
