This week seven game will see the New Orleans Saints and the Chicago Bears. The Saints have not missed a beat since losing Drew Brees and will look to win their 5th straight game with Teddy Bridgewater as the starting quarterback.
The Bears are coming off a bye, so they should have had plenty of rest since their trip to London.
The Bears will need a good effort to keep pace in the NFC North because Green Bay and Minnesota are start to look like the class of the division.
New Orleans Saints
The Saints won in Jacksonville in an ugly game. The score to this game was 13-6. The only touchdown in this game came in the 4th quarter on a Bridgewater pass to Jared Cook.
The Saints were able to muster up 326 total yards of offense against a pretty good Jaguars defense. Bridgewater went 24 of 36 for 240 yards in this game and did not turn the ball over.

The Saints have been nothing special on the offensive side of the ball since losing Brees. They are averaging 21.3 points per game this season, which ranks 18th in the NFL. They are 18th in rushing yards per game and 15th in passing yards per game.
Against a top 5 defense, the Saints are going to have a ton of trouble moving the football. They need to establish the run with Kamara, so they can utilize Michael Thomas in the passing game.
The defense for the Saints has all of a sudden looked amazing over the past couple of weeks. They held Dallas to 12 points a few weeks ago, then held Tampa to 24 a week after they hung 50+ on the Rams.
Then this past week, they held Minshew Mania and the Jags to 6 points. The Bears offense is just as stagnant and the Saints will be able to shut them down without issue.
Chicago Bears
The Bears are coming off a loss against the Raiders that they played in London two weeks ago. This was supposed to be a game where their defense dominated, but they allowed 24 points to Oakland.
Having a week off should refocus Chicago and have them ready for a hot New Orleans team coming to town.

The offense continues to struggle for the Bears, putting up just 236 total yards of offense. Chase Daniel got the start in this game, throwing for 231 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Mitchell Trubisky is listed as probable for this game, but he has not exactly looked like a stud either.
Despite being 3-2 on the season, the Bears have one of the worst offenses in terms of stats. They average 266 yards per game, 30th in the league. They average 185.4 passing yards per game, 30th in the league and they only score 17.4 points per game, 27th in the league.
Their defense however has been nearly flawless. They did allow 398 yards to the Raiders, but this game was played in London so maybe the travel and sightseeing played a part in an overall uncharacteristic effort.
The main concern when going up against the Saints will be stopping the run. They allowed 123 rushing yards to Josh Jacobs, a rookie, and now must face Alvin Kamara. Kamara has proven to be one of the most explosive players in the NFL, both running the ball and catching the ball out of the backfield.
If Chicago can force Bridgewater to beat them through the air, they should have a real chance to get a win at home.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: UNDER 38.5
This feels like a game where the first team to 20 points wins the game. The Bears are looking to bounce back and they will have the home crowd behind them.
New Orleans does not care where they play and have been winning big games even without their future Hall of Fame quarterback.
I like this game to be a defensive struggle and for the under to be the play. For the side, I like the Saints because they have more explosive play-makers on the offensive side of the ball.
Week 7 #NFL Betting sees the #Saints taking on the #Bears The Bears are -3pt favorites, the O/U is set at 38.5. What side are you on?
