Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs are looking good to start the season without Tyreke Hill. They have the 5th rated offense on PFF. This is all still led by Patrick Mahomes. They trust in him as they throw the ball over 65% of snaps this season. Travis Kelce is still his main target and as long as he is around the Chiefs will be able to score points.
The key will be the status of Mecole Hardman on offense he is the player on the offense right now that has the ability to stretch the field as Tyreke did. The Chiefs torched the Colts defensive coordinator Gus Bradley last year when he was in LAs Vegas, so they are very aware of his scheme and will have specific plays drawn up to beat it.
Losing 3rd leading tackler Willie Gay Jr. will be a loss for the Chiefs on defense who are ranked 8th on PFF. They will have to rely more on Nick Bolton. But this could come down to the defensive front led by Chris Jones being able to stop the Colts rushing offense and putting them in long yardage passing downs.
Indianapolis Colts
The Colts have had a dismal start to the season tying the Texans on the road week 1 and week 2 going to Jacksonville and getting shut out. They return home here which should give them a boost and they are starting to get a little healthier with some key players coming back this week.
Matt Ryan has struggled to start the season leading the 16th ranked offense. But he will look to get back Michael Pittman Jr. and second round pick Alec Pierce. Ashton Dulin has been a great surprise to start the season leading the team with 125 yards through two games.
The leader of the Colts and their defense Shaq Leonard should be back this week and that will get the defense pumped up and should give them a huge boost. He will have to match up with Kelce over the middle. The Colts front will also need to be able to get more pressure on the QB and Yannick Ngakoue will need to play better as he is ranked 112 via PFF for pass rushing.

I think the Colts will struggle to score enough points in this one with the Chiefs offense clicking early this season and the Colts offensive line struggling to protect Matt Ryan. If the Colts can keep it close and allow Jonathon Taylor to stay involved on the ground they can cover the number but if they become one dimensional it could be a blowout.
