This week four matchup will see the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to the Mile High City to take on the Denver Broncos.
Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars picked up their first win of the season last Thursday as they downed the Tennessee Titans by a score of 20-7.
The offense by no means played elite and they were only able to rack up 292 yards in total offense.
Gardner Minshew has been the talk of the town since taking over for Nick Foles and he played another decent game to lead the Jags. He threw for 206 yards, but had two touchdowns and did not turn the ball over.

The run game was held in check for most of the game as Leonard Fournette was the leading rusher with just 66 yards.
DJ Chalk Jr emerged as the top receiver for the Jaguars and was able to lead the team with 76 yards on just 4 catches.
Defensively, the Jags were gashed through the air, allowing Marcus Mariota to throw for 306 yards. Despite that, the Titans were held to just 7 points, so the Jaguars did a great job of keeping them out of the end-zone.
One concern was that the Jags allowed the Titans to go 8 fJaor 17 on third down (47%), which extended drives until they ultimately were able to shut them down.
The best thing about the Jags defense was that they sacked the quarterback 9 times.

Denver does not exactly have a great offense either, so if the Jags can bring this kind of pressure, it will really help them shut down the Broncos.
Denver Broncos
The Broncos lost yet again, this time to the Green Bay Packers. The score to this game was 27-16.
The Broncos offense continues to struggle as they put up less than 17 points for the third straight game. They are averaging 15.3 points per game this season, which ranks 29th in the league.
They had 310 total yards, but Joe Flacco just did not look in sync. He was 20 for 29 with 213 yards, but had no touchdowns and threw an interception.
The rushing was decent coming in at 149 yards. However, they ran the ball 38 times an only averaged 3.9 yards per rush. Their leading rusher was Phillip Lindsey, who had 81 yards on 21 carries. He also had two rushing touchdowns which makes his stats look better than they actually were.
The Denver defense did not play awful, but were the victim of some huge plays by the Packers, which hurt their chances of winning. They held the Packers to 312 yards of offense, an even held Aaron Rodgers to just 235 yards passing.
They did however allow an average of 6.0 yards per play that allowed the Green Bay offense to stay on the field for chunks at a time.

There is no question that Denver plays better defense at home and we saw it in the game against the Bears in week two. They should be able to slow down a Jags team that is not very explosive on the offensive side of the ball. Their rookie, Gardner Minshew, is still a rookie quarterback, and has not played in an environment like Denver with the altitude against him.
Also, there is the fact that Denver is win-less and this defense is going to do everything they can to get their offense on the field as much as possible.

- Under is 8-2 in JAC last 10 games on grass.
4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: UNDER 38.5
The total is extremely low for an NFL game, but I really do not see much offense here. I think the Jaguars will be able to shut down Denver’s anemic offense and Gardner Minshew could struggle playing in the altitude against a Denver team desperate for a win. I will take the under in this game and will expect a defensive struggle.
