The Rams are very good and obviously unbeaten. The Packers are nowhere near as complete a team but it stands to reason that if the Rams are going to lose a game, especially a home game, it would be against a team with an elite quarterback like Aaron Rodgers.
I wonder if there is any kinship between Rodgers and the Rams Jared Goff because they are both Cal guys. Just another angle to this one which might be all Rams.
Green Bay Packers
I suppose if you are going to knock off the best team in the league and do it on the road it helps to have some extra time to prepare. Green Bay is coming off a bye for this one. They are 0-2 in road games this season.
Aarod Rodgers is having another strong season. He has a rating of pretty much 100 even thanks to just a single interception through six games. Davante Adams is the top receiver now but I think they can get more out of Jimmy Graham who still presents matchup problems.
A running game would help a lot too but they have injuries on the ends of the line that are not going to make it any easier. Aaron Jones is their best runner and he is as healthy as he has been all season. They need to have some balance.
Rodgers is going to have to have a strong game for them to have a chance and so will the defense. Goff has gotten good enough to trade punches with anyone including Rodgers.
Los Angeles Rams
The Rams were not really challenged in their win over San Francisco. I wasn’t really expecting them to be pushed by the 49ers but the way SF was turning the ball over it made things even easier. You can’t give LA short fields or extra chances.
Since it was a blowout the Rams saved their bullets with Todd Gurley. He is having another fantastic season and has scored multiple TDs in four of seven games. He already has 14 total TDs on the season. L.A. definitely has balance to their offense and they show how good that is even in a passing league.
There are other good teams but I think L.A. is the most complete. They are dynamic on offense and defense. Maybe no the most stout but they can make game changing plays.
The Rams are the best team in the NFL until proven otherwise. This is a game they can and should win but you have to wonder if they might get a little tight at some point this season. It is still a mostly young group, especially in key spots.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: Green Bay +9
The Rams will extend their perfection another week. The week after is at New Orleans though and they could be peeking ahead. This one is close.
NFL Free Week 8 Score Prediction: Los Angeles 33 – Green Bay 27
The Packers can give the Rams a scare but they will be playing from behind in this one. They score late to make it look closer but still cover.
