The Cowboys will roll into New Orleans undefeated and playing as well as any team in the NFC. It doesn’t take the hype train much to get going in Big D and the ‘Boys have opened up as three-point favorites against New Orleans in the Superdome.
Dallas Cowboys
A late Dak Prescott short touchdown run gave the Cowboys the cover Sunday in Miami, 31–6.
The emerging MVP candidate went 19-for-32, which was a bit sloppy against a hopeless defense. He also threw a pick. Two touchdowns and 246 yards makes up for that. Both TD strikes went to Amari Cooper, who enjoyed even more attention with Michael Gallup out.

Gallup tore his meniscus in Dallas’ win over Washington in Week 2 and underwent surgery a week ago. The timetable at the time was four weeks, which means he could be back in Week 6 or 7, though a bye in Week 8 could tempt Dallas to hold him out until Week 9’s trip to the Meadowlands.
Cooper caught six for 88 and two touchdowns, which gives him sixteen catches in three games, a quarter of which have gone for scores. Jason Witten and Tony Pollard caught three balls each and three other guys, including ‘Zeke Elliott and Randall Cobb caught two.

Pollard came through for hopeful fantasy owners who started him against the Dolphins. Not only did he catch those three balls, he carried the ball 13 times for 103 yards and a touchdown.
There wasn’t anything wrong with Elliott. He ran it 19 times for 125 and spectated for much of the fourth quarter.
New Orleans Saints
New Orleans began the post-Drew Brees portion of its schedule with a 33–27 road win up in Seattle.
Teddy Bridgewater went 19-of-27 for 177 and two touchdowns. Most importantly perhaps, he didn’t throw an interception.
Sean Payton still managed to find a way to get the ball to his favorite weapon Alvin Kamara, who scored on the ground and through the air. He ran 16 times for 69 and caught nine balls for 92. Michael Thomas caught five balls for 54 yards and a touchdown but the Saints got little else from the rest of their skill position players.

That’s just a tad concerning going into Week 4 and beyond. Kamara and Thomas will always be the primary targets and the opposing defense will always key in on them but if Bridgewater can’t develop a connection with either the tight end Jared Cook, the deep man Ted Ginn Jr., or someone else, the Saints will be extremely tough to defend.
New Orleans’ defense, meanwhile, couldn’t get to Russell Wilson, who moved around the pocket and threw for 406 on 50 attempts without taking a single sack. Tyler Lockett caught 11 balls for over 150 yards and a score.

4* Free NFL Betting Prediction: New Orleans.
I would stay away from this one but I do lean Saints because this game may be lower-scoring than some may assume (indicated by that total of 46). If this game is indeed in the low to mid-20s, three points at home carries a lot of weight.
