Browns vs. Titans Gameday
The Cleveland Browns visit the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS. Cleveland enters Week 7 at 4-2, while Tennessee stands at 1-5.
Todd Monken’s Browns have won four of their last five games and are tied atop the AFC North. Their perfect 3-0 home record has helped offset a 1-2 mark on the road.
Nashville presents another test of that difference.
Cleveland has the better record, but Tennessee finally has a victory to build on.
Robert Saleh’s Titans snapped a five-game losing streak against Indianapolis. Now they’re looking for their first home victory of the season.
The Nashville crowd has waited long enough.
Cleveland has built its early success around defensive pressure and timely scoring. Tennessee is still searching for offensive consistency, although its defense has shown encouraging signs. Both teams enter this matchup after hard-fought divisional victories.
That sets up a physical contest between teams with very different expectations.
It’s Week 7, Cleveland Browns vs. Tennessee Titans, hopefully we get a great matchup.

Cleveland defeated Baltimore 13-10, Pittsburgh 27-24, Carolina 21-18 and Tampa Bay 23-19. Its lone loss over that five-game stretch came against the Jets, 17-12.

Titans Stats From Last Week
Tennessee averages 236.3 offensive yards per game, the lowest figure in the NFL. The Titans also average just 14 points per contest. Sustaining drives has been a persistent problem.
Tony Pollard leads the rushing attack with 349 yards and one touchdown. Tennessee needs more consistent early-down production to avoid difficult third-down situations.
That remains a work in progress.
Rookie receiver Carnell Tate leads the Titans with 29 catches for 344 yards and one touchdown. Wan’Dale Robinson has added 198 receiving yards and two scores.
Tennessee’s defense has shown real fight, even when its offense has struggled to keep pace.
The Titans allow 21.5 points per game. Their defensive front has been particularly effective at creating disruption near the line of scrimmage.
Jeffery Simmons is the centerpiece of that group.
Simmons recorded three sacks against Indianapolis and has four on the season. John Franklin-Myers and Jermaine Johnson II provide additional pressure from the edges.
Tennessee generated six sacks, three takeaways and a blocked punt in its latest victory. Those plays demonstrated how dangerous its defense can be when opponents make mistakes.
Receiver Calvin Ridley is questionable with a hip injury. Running back Tyjae Spears, safeties Tony Adams and Kevin Winston Jr., and linebacker Dorian Mausi are also questionable.
Browns Stats From Last Week
Cleveland averages 17.7 points and 267.5 total yards per game. The Browns haven’t generated much explosive offense, but they’ve consistently found ways to score when needed.
Quinshon Judkins leads the rushing attack with 221 yards. Rookie Denzel Boston has emerged as Cleveland’s most productive downfield target, recording 345 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Those contributions have helped Cleveland overcome its limited offensive yardage.
Defensively, the Browns allow 20.3 points and 317.5 yards per game. Their ability to pressure opposing quarterbacks has been a major strength.
Cleveland has recorded 19 sacks through six games. Eleven different defenders have contributed at least one sack.
Linebacker Quincy Williams has forced three fumbles, tying him for the league lead. His aggressive play has created valuable opportunities for the Browns.
Safety Grant Delpit is questionable with concussion and shoulder injuries. Cornerback Denzel Ward, running back Dylan Sampson and Williams are also questionable.
That’s a substantial list for a defense carrying so much responsibility.
Quarterback Dillon Gabriel, defensive tackles Kalia Davis and Mike Hall Jr., and guard Teven Jenkins have been ruled out. Cleveland will need its available depth to handle another physical game.
Browns vs. Titans QB Matchup
Deshaun Watson enters Week 7 with 1,174 passing yards through six games. He’s thrown seven touchdowns and two interceptions. His 92.0 passer rating reflects relatively efficient play despite Cleveland’s limited offensive production.
Watson completed 16 of 26 passes for 164 yards against Baltimore. He avoided turnovers and helped Cleveland protect a narrow lead.
That discipline has become an important part of the Browns’ approach.
Watson has also rushed for 196 yards this season. His mobility provides Cleveland another option when passing plays break down.
Cam Ward remains Tennessee’s starting quarterback. He’s thrown for 998 yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions through six games.
Ward has completed 109 of 177 passes. His 75.0 passer rating reflects the difficulties Tennessee has experienced moving the ball consistently.
He has also contributed 66 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Ward faces a Cleveland defense that can generate pressure from several positions. He’ll need to identify coverage changes quickly and avoid holding the football too long.
Watson must contend with a Tennessee front capable of disrupting the pocket. Simmons presents a particular challenge for Cleveland’s interior blockers.
The quarterbacks bring different strengths to this matchup. Watson has been more effective protecting the football, while Ward continues to develop his decision-making against NFL defenses.
Cleveland Browns vs. Tennessee Titans bottom line: Watson gives Cleveland the steadier passing option, but Tennessee’s defensive front can make every possession difficult.
Cleveland Browns vs. Tennessee Titans Football Betting Trends
- The Browns have a 7-2 record against the spread in their last 9 regular season games.
- In games with totals of 42 or less, Cleveland is 6-2 against the spread over their last 8 regular season contests.
- Additionally, the Browns have a 2-1 over/under record in away games this regular season.
- The Titans have an 8-6-1 over/under record in their last 15 regular season games.
- Also, Tennessee is 8-6 against the spread as underdogs in their last 14 regular season games.
- At home, the Titans have a 5-4 record against the spread in their last 9 regular season games.
Browns Titans Free Pick: Titans +1.5
Here is my Browns Titans free pick: Titans +1.5. Cleveland is 4-2, but that record doesn’t make the Browns an automatic road favorite. They’ve been scraping out narrow victories, and Tennessee has the defensive personnel to make them work for another one.
The Titans have covered eight of their last 14 games as underdogs and five of their last nine at home. Those trends support the home side in a matchup where the sportsbooks are barely separating these teams.
I’m not expecting Tennessee to suddenly become an offensive powerhouse.
Give me the home underdog with a disruptive defensive front in a game that should be decided late.
The number is tight enough that Tennessee needs to win outright to make this a comfortable bet. That’s the result I’m playing for.
Cleveland has earned its wins, but its offense hasn’t earned my confidence laying points on the road.
The Titans have a chance to turn last week’s breakthrough into something meaningful.
We’re backing them to finish the job. I’m on the Titans +1.5
