08-11-17 | Royals -146 v. White Sox | 3-6 | Loss | -146 | 11 h 10 m | Show
4* KC (Duffy) over CWS (Lopez) @ 8:10 Eastern The Sox have been on a up-and-down cycle recently, winning three straight over Houston at home, losing 6 straight before the series. Â Also, in July they dropped 5 straight before defeating Cleveland Toronto still 43-68 overall. Â KC comes off a difficult loss last night at St. Louis, however, they come in 27-13 with left hander Duffy at Chicago. Â Duffy is 5-2 L7 vs. the Sox. Â In addition, to make the situation a little more challenging for Chicago they bring a horrid 3-14 mark L17 vs. LHP and 1-5 against the ALC. Â Good Luck. |

08-11-17 | Indians -131 v. Rays | 5-0 | Win | 100 | 11 h 50 m | Show
4* Cleveland (Carrasco) over TB (Faria) @ 7:10 Eastern TB shows Friday evening after defeating Cleveland 4-1 yesterday at home.  The Rays are actually down just one game in the win column to the Indians who are in first place via the AL Central. However, the Rays show 1-4 L5 after allowing 2 or less runs in their last game.  And, RHP Carrasco (Cleveland) is 5-0 on turf, helping to support the Indians 39-14 run in Friday calls. Granted the Rays have solid young hurler Faria (5-2, 2.81) hitting the bump but, can't trust TB at home since they have had problems scoring runs at the Trop.  Finally, with Carrasco 3-0 (1.58) L3 at Tampa Bay, we'll take a ticket with the visitor. |

Happ has been throwing well this month, while Kluber has fallen off of late.  More important, the righty has helped the Blue Jays batting averages in the past.  TAKE 1-1/2 RUNS.  Good Luck. |

07-22-17 | Brewers -127 v. Phillies | 9-8 | Win | 100 | 7 h 21 m | Show

07-16-17 | Giants v. Padres UNDER 7.5 | 1-7 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 18 m | Show
4* (963/964) San Diego/San Francisco UNDER 7-1/2 or higher The Padres came from back yesterday scoring 2 in the B9th to win 5-3 over SF, going OVER. Here must respect the overall pitching battle...Smars vs. Cahill projecting a lower scoring encounter. The Padres show 4-1 UNDER off a win and 3-0-1 UNDER with Cahill.  At home Cahill is 3-0 (0.49) with a 0.71 WHIP this season, carrying a lifetime 6-5, 3.81 ERA mark vs. the Giants.  He has not faced SF this season. The Giants come in 4-1 L5 UNDER on the road vs. RHP.  With Smars they bring an impeccable 6-0 UNDER L6 in game #3 of a series.  With the hurler, SF is 9-1-1 UNDER vs. a losing club.  Smars L2 road tilts have been decent...13 IP, 12 H and 5 runs allowed.  Back in April, he threw 7 innings allowing 4 hits and 2 earned runs against SD. |

07-16-17 | Diamondbacks -108 v. Braves | 1-7 | Loss | -108 | 2 h 3 m | Show
07-16-17 | Blue Jays v. Tigers UNDER 9.5 | 5-6 | Loss | -110 | 2 h 34 m | Show
07-15-17 | Phillies v. Brewers -165 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 3 h 13 m | Show
07-15-17 | Rangers v. Royals UNDER 9 | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 7 h 9 m | Show
4* (923/924) KC/Texas UNDER 9 The reason the line is so HIGH is the fact that the Rangers in most cases generate run support for lefty Hamels. Â For Kansas City, the last four outings carved out by lefty Duffy (5-5, 3.76) have been on the ROAD. Our case for the UNDER is fostered inside the OVERALL series numbers showing the 32-15-5 and 22-7-3 in KC. Â Difficult to go against! Â Especially, considering Texas is 4-0-1 UNDER L5 times out. Â The Royals using Duffy have an excellent situation for a low scoring game. Â Remember, the last four out the hurler was a "ROAD" call, now Duffy is finally at home where KC is 5-0 UNDER L5 with the lefty. Â Duffy's most recent mound test was at LA. With all factors considered must press the UNDER. Â Good Luck. |

4* Baltimore (930) over Cubs @ 7:05 Eastern MLB Power Angle…BDS Chicago won a 9-8 decision last night in Camden Yards running their record to a lackluster 44-45 with a 20-25 mark on the road…3-6 interleague action. Baltimore dropped another decision out of the pen, now sitting at 42-47 on the season after a decent start in April. Clearly, injuries have played a great part in the collapse, but they do have Davis back in the lineup. The Birds are 25-17 at home with an 8-8 record in interleague sessions. The Cubs start former Oriole RHP Arrieta (8-7, 3.45) who was hit last time out by Pittsburgh in a short stint. He has been subject to the long-ball this season. Chicago is 1-5 Saturday’s with the hurler.  Baltimore uses lefty Miley (4-7, 4.97) bringing a lifetime 4-1 record and a 3.46 ERA against Chicago. Overall in interleague play, the Orioles are a majestic 41-15 after last night. Despite the pen issues, look for a rebound effort with Davis leading the charge…Baltimore! |

07-15-17 | Cardinals v. Pirates UNDER 8 | 4-0 | Win | 100 | 3 h 12 m | Show
4* STL/Pittsburgh UNDER 8 The series has gone UNDER 8-3-1 L12, while the Pirates have been under with RHP Taillon on the hill. Â STL is 4-0 UNDER game #2 of a series. Â Pittsburgh adds the edge with an 8-1 UNDER record at home L9. Â Umpire Hudson calling the game has shot UNDER with the home unit 4 straight...UNDER. |

07-15-17 | Blue Jays v. Tigers -146 | Top | 1-11 | Win | 100 | 7 h 31 m | Show |
10* Detroit (918) over Toronto @ 6:10 Eastern MLB GAME OF THE WEEK...BDS Love this situation, and don't second-guess as the losing Tigers (39-49) are in a prime rebounding spot off game #1 of a weekend series at home, losing by five or more runs to a RHP. Toronto (42-47) faces sterling RHP Fulmer of Detroit who is 9-6 (3.19) with a solid 1.12 WHIP.  The Blue Jays come in struggling overall against RHP with a .241 TBA.  So, with the Tigers 3-0 in Fulmer's last three team starts and 9-3 with the hurler against the ALE, our situation looks solid. Finally,  realize LHP Liriano (Toronto) looked good last time, but the Jays 1-4 L5 with the hurler after a Quality Start.  Good Luck. |

07-06-17 | Braves v. Nationals -160 | 5-2 | Loss | -160 | 5 h 51 m | Show
4* Washington over Atlanta @ 7:05 Eastern MLB CRUSHER SERIES...BDS Currently ranked #5 this month and #6 this year on the leaderboards.  Tonight we check-in with a number of releases that have definitive edges.  Here like the site with Washington (50-34) and Gonzalez while the Nationals have won three straight. The Nationals have a 9-1/2 game lead in the East with the Braves chasing.  Tonight we have outstanding opposing hurlers with Washington using Gonzalez (7-3, 2.77) who brings a 1.64 ERA at home but, has faltered lifetime vs. Atlanta, 4-9 with a 5.13 ERA.  The Braves use RHP Foltynewicz with the youngster throwing some gems (3) lately carrying a nice 1.89 ERA in that run.  However, he has a 4.02 ERA road in the current pace.  Although Washington has an iffy bullpen, they average 5.68 runs at home.  The Nationals are 4-0 at home with Gonzalez and 38-15 vs. the Braves at home.  With the Braves 2-5 vs. LHP and 2-5 with starter Foltynewicz off 5 days rest, the play is Washington to survive.  Good Luck. |
|||||||
07-06-17 | Diamondbacks v. Dodgers -154 | 4-5 | Win | 100 | 4 h 26 m | Show
4* LA over Arizona MLB LATE NIGHT EDITION...BDS Some quick notes for this late start has Arizona Lefty Ray 8-4 with a 3.06 ERA. He combines that with a 1.32 road ERA and a 4-1 record on foreign soil.  However, over last three starts in 18-1/3 innings he has given up 19 hits, 10 earned runs and 5 home runs.  LA is 17-9 against LHP and use crafty lefty Hill (5-4, 4.00).  Remember the Dodgers are on a majestic 22-4 run and ride with Houston as the best units in Baseball thus far.  Key, Arizona has faltered at the plate the last seven games with a .237 TBA averaging 3.3 runs.  At home, the Dodgers are scoring 5.5 runs per game and 5.4 per vs. LHP.  Finally, the Dodgers have it covered at home in the late inning with fireman staff cultivating a super 2.07 ERA...LA! |

07-06-17 | Orioles +132 v. Twins | 4-6 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 17 m | Show
070617 4* Baltimore over Minnesota @ 8:10 Eastern MLB Power Underdog Alert…BDS The Orioles started the season with a 12-4 run, now sit at 40-44 coming into the road series with Minnesota.  They were outscored 18-3 in the Brewers series, and have scored 3 runs or less in 7 of 9 games. Okay, okay they scored only 366 runs this season. The Birds went 1-9 with runners in scoring position yesterday. Overdue is outfielder Jones with no RBIs on the slate, the last eight games. The good news reliever Britton is back for the O’s and should give support to ace starter Bundy, who despite some inconsistencies has thrown quality outings this season. Minnesota (43-41) is pretty close to Baltimore in most power rating systems. Although the Twins use ace RHP Berrios (1.07 WHIP), we must remind you the hurler hits the bump off his WORST outing of the season. He does have a winning mark and a 2.51 ERA at home. Minnesota is, however, 24-59 against RHP of late while Berrios is 0-4 in game #1 of a series. Realize it’s difficult to speak up for Baltimore, they are overdue to explode offensively and should regain some confidence after facing hot Milwaukee. Without question, this is a REVENGE SERIES for Baltimore after dropping three straight in late May to Minnesota in Baltimore. The Twins catch a desperate unit looking to reverse their down spiral with a solid game #1 victory. We are using Baltimore who should come out of their recent slump here. Good Luck. |

07-06-17 | Red Sox -167 v. Rays | 1-4 | Loss | -167 | 3 h 15 m | Show
070617 4* Boston (Sale) over Tampa Bay (Faria) @ 7:10 Eastern MLB Key Pitching Advantage…BDS The Sox have won 8-of-10 on the schedule and now travel to Florida for a key AL East series. They bring sterling LHP Sale (11-3) who possesses a 2.61 ERA and a tight 0.89 WHIP. Last time out Sale handled Toronto easy allowing just 4 hits and no runs striking out 11.  In May, June and July Sale has thrown 42-2/3 innings giving up just 11 earned runs with 56 SOs. Against the Rays this season, the veteran has carved out 13 innings allowing 4 earned runs striking out 22 hitters. Sale is opposed by sterling young RHP Faria who is 4-1 in his team starts with a 2.23 ERA (0.89 WHIP).  Sale has the superior pen for support too. In 32-1/3 innings of work Faria has been tight surrendering only 8 earned runs. His last two outings, however, were against struggling Baltimore. The key here is the Rays have issues versus lefties going 2-6 L8 times out, hitting just .228 this season. Boston owns the series (8-3) and 5-2 at TB. We must note, the Red Sox lead the East with a 4-game edge over NY, Tampa Bay is 5-1/2 back in third. Currently reality, has Boston playing much better baseball of late, so we are going that way. Good Luck. |
|||||||
07-06-17 | Pirates v. Phillies +104 | 6-3 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 12 m | Show
3* Philadelphia (956) over Pittsburgh @ 6:05 Eastern MLB Appreciation Shocker Angle...BDS Always iffy bringing the Phillies into a winning calculation this season but, the Pirates have fallen off from the hitting standpoint recently averaging just over 3 runs a game.  RHP Kuhl starts, and the Bucs show 1-7 in his L8 road starts.  For the Phillies, RHP Hellickson has thrown some solid efforts at home and is 3-1 against Pittsburgh with a 2.42 ERA.  In addition, with the hurler Philadelphia comes in 4-1 at home vs. losing clubs.  Other edges include umpire Marquez calling balls and strikes with the home unit vs. Pittsburgh 4-0 L4.  Good Luck. |
|||||||
07-04-17 | Pirates -143 v. Phillies | Top | 3-0 | Win | 100 | 3 h 23 m | Show |
10* Pittsburgh (Taillon only) over Phillies (Leiter) @ 4:05 Eastern MLB FIRST-HALF GAME OF THE YEAR...BDS With the Phillies off a rare win can't trust RHP Leiter at home.  Overall, Philadelphia has won just 17 of the last 61 games on the schedule.  Further, they are 1-6 in game #2 of a series.  Again, off a win, they show horrible results at 19-39.  With their record (24-53) against the central, and a 8-17 mark L25 vs. Pittsburgh, they home unit does not generate a positive picture.  Whereas, Pittsburgh brings feisty RHP Taillon to the hill in a spot that seems to project a strong outing.  The hurler/Pittsburgh show 5-1 game #2 of a series and a 4-0 mark against the NLE.  Adding, Pittsburgh has been super Taillon off 4 days with a 9-2 record, overall 6-2 in road sets.  This appears to be a perfect situation for the visiting Pirates with Franco and a few other Phillies lineup choices being very inconsistent.  GL. |

07-02-17 | Marlins v. Brewers +111 | 10-3 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 0 m | Show
07-02-17 | Cubs v. Reds +129 | 6-2 | Loss | -100 | 4 h 3 m | Show
07-01-17 | Mariners v. Angels -110 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 11 h 23 m | Show
4* LAA (Nolasco) over Seattle (Gaviglio) @ 10:05 MLB POWER ANGLE...BDS Just seeing Nolasco in the starters' role makes us wonder but, can't help be impressed by his last outing in June at the LA Dodgers pitching 6-1/3 innings, he gave up just 5 hits and no earned runs with 5 strikeouts, beating LHP Hill.  He has started seven games at home with just two quality posts.  And despite 1-4 (4.76) career numbers against Seattle, we see Nolasco picking up another win this evening if he stays away from the hot bat of Cano.  The Mariners bring young RHP Gaviglio (3-2, 3.38) to the mound but, the hurler in three road starts is 2-1 with a 5.51 ERA.  In June he went 27-1/3 innings allowing 24 hits and 10 earned runs with 10 walks, 20 strikeouts, and 6 home runs.  LA plays tonight 10-2 off a loss and is 2-0 L2 after a shutout.  They are 9-4 at home vs. a road unit with under a .400 mark.  They are 22-18 at home with the home team in the series winning 4-of-6.  Seattle boards 5-1 with Gaviglio L6 starts but, shows 1-4 L5 vs. RHP and 1-6 in Saturday calls.  Being 15-24 on the road doesn't help the Mariners cause for sure.  LA leads the series 4-3 this season, and we think they add to their successes here with Nolasco.  Good Luck. |

10* Arizona (Greinke) over Colorado (Chatwood) @ 10:10 MLB TOP PLAY ALERT...BDS Analysis later this afternoon, computer problems. |

07-01-17 | Twins v. Royals -104 | 6-11 | Win | 100 | 10 h 34 m | Show
4* KC (Farrell) over Minnesota (Berrios) @ 2:15 Eastern MLB 1ST GAME OF A DH...BDS Not afraid to back young Farrell in this spot, considering with Berrios the Twins are 3-7 off a loss. Farrell has great promise and could be a real downer in the daylight for Minny, considering they show 0-5 in game #1 of DH. Â KC is 7-0 in game #1 of a DH and 13-3 in game #2 off a series. Â With the Royals 10-3 vs. the Twins at home and 5-0 home with umpire Baker calling balls and strikes, take a ticket NOW! Â Good Luck. |

07-01-17 | Nationals +109 v. Cardinals | 1-2 | Loss | -100 | 11 h 2 m | Show
5* (909) WASHINGTON (Gonzalez) over St. Louis (Wacha) @ 7:15 Eastern MLB NL GAME OF THE WEEK...BDS Off a 3-1 Friday in baseball and CFL action. Â Now we check in with this super NL move that has the public on the wrong side this morning. Â Washington brings lefty Gonzalez (7-2, 2.87) Â to the hill who has started 8 games on the road with 6 in quality fashion. Â He is 6-1 with a 4.09 ERA road side. Â STL looks to continue winning with RHP Wacha who has carved out 9 home starts, with w/6 quality editions. Â Wacha is 4-1 with a decent 3.26 ERA in those venues. Â His club is 8-2 in his team home starts after throwing against the Reds with 6 innings of work, 5 hits and one earned for the record. Â St. Louis has control of the recent series but, we believe there is a turnaround in order Saturday for the Nationals. Â First off, Washington is the winning unit this season plays well on the road (25-16) and is catching real line value after the Cards won last night. Â They are a PERFECT 5-0 in game #2 of a series, 4-0 with Gonzo on the road and 12-4 after a quality start. Â This is a night timer where the Cards bring a losing record, Washington 33-13 L46 in late editions. Â With STL 13-18 vs. >.500 units, we'll grab the value and the Nationals here. Â Good Luck. #6 on the LEADERBOARD in 2017, #7 in BASEBALL |

07-01-17 | Yankees +118 v. Astros | 6-7 | Loss | -100 | 9 h 26 m | Show
923...4* NYY (MONTGOMERY) over Houston (Martes) @ 7:15 Eastern MLB Saturday Reverse Angle Elite...BDS The Astros are slowing down if that can be possible for a such a powerful unit at the batters box and on the hill.  They have suffered some pitching depth issues, and clearly have faired much better on the road (29-9) this season as documented but their 25-18 home mark.  They show off a loss last night to the Yankees in game #1 of the series.  The Astros throw young RHP Martes (2-0, 4.26) who comes in after a short 2 inning stint at the Mariners, allowing 2 earned runs and 4 walks.  He has had documented control issues. In Houston's last three losses (L11 games) the staff has allowed 32 runs.  New York brings lefty Montgomery in who is 3-3 on the road with a decent 3.32 ERA (1.28 WHIP).  He was 4-0 in his June team starts.  NY is 23-9 against >.500 units and 5-2 L7 at Houston.  The Astros are just 1-4 L5 vs. LHP and 8-19 at home vs. >.500 units...TAKE NY! |

06-30-17 | Marlins v. Brewers -108 | 2-3 | Win | 100 | 20 h 22 m | Show
4* Milwaukee over Miami MLB Crusher Series Alert...BDS Can't help supporting the Brewers at home against the inconsistent Marlins who show 14-21 on road. Â Miami uses RHP Volquez who has thrown his last two starts at home against the Cubs and Washington. Â Last time out he picked up a win but, the hurler is 1-5 (4.19) in his road starts. Â He'll accrue to help from road bullpen which brings a 5+ ERA into action. Â Home standing Milwaukee smashed the Reds on the road yesterday 11-3. Â Overall the road trip was a downer going 2-4 overall against Atlanta and Cincinnati. Â Still, have to respect the Brewers which has averaged 6+ runs in their last four games, they are averaging 5.0 runs per game at home. Â Veteran Garza throws for the Brewers with a 2-2 (4.88) record at home vs. some tough competition. Â More important trust Milwaukee's mental state after yesterday's win knowing, they are in first place in the NL Central. Â Good Luck. |

4* (974) Chicago over Texas @ 8:10 MLB Outstanding Reverse Situation...BDS Because of Texas hurler Bibens-Dirxx (3-0, 3.68) and the injury to young aggressor Garcia the line has moved significantly to the Rangers who were booked as the dog in openers.  The hurler for Texas has allowed at least one home run per game.  Chicago has an extended road "condition" in their schedule playing the next 17-of-23 away from home.  They are off B2B losses to Cleveland and show 17-23 on the road.  Struggling Chicago plays after beating the Yankees and use veteran RHP Pelfrey who has logged only 19-2/3 innings in June, which should certainly help the rest factor. His best start of the Month was at Toronto with the Sox winning, Pelfrey went 6 solid innings allowing just 4 hits and a run.  He did amass 5 strikeouts but, needs to cut the walk ratio for a strong effort here.  Overall, Chicago commands the series with a 6-2 record, while CASHING 5 straight at home.  We'll take the White Sox with the obvious line value being at home off the Yankees.  Good Luck. |

06-28-17 | Cardinals v. Diamondbacks -132 | 4-3 | Loss | -132 | 10 h 39 m | Show
3* ARIZONA (960) over St. Louis @ 9:40Â MLB APPRECIATION ANGLE...BDS Our appreciation scenario comes alive this evening in Arizona (50-28) where the struggling Cardinals (35-41) need a great outing from veteran Wainwright to pick up the cash. Â RHP Wainwright (7-5, 5.35) shows off a solid effort against Pittsburgh with 7 innings of work allowing just 2 hits and 1 earned run. Â However, his prior three starts against Baltimore, Philadelphia and Cincinnati the hurler surrendered 20 earned runs in 10-1/3 innings. Â Wainwright is 2-4 with a 4.95 road ERA. Also, St. Louis has come up short in road games this season partially because of their away TBA of 2.44. Â They show 10-18 on the road vs. winning units. Â Arizona comes in 30-10 at home, winners of 4 straight and a perfect 7-0 mark on Wednesday's. Â With Godley (3-1, 2.53) the Snakes are a 2-0 at home with the hurler bringing a solid 2.13 ERA (0.83 WHIP). Â Behind the right-hander, Arizona is 5-0 L5 outings, 4-0 after a quality start. Â Against clubs under .500 this season, the Snakes have made money for their backers with an incredible 27-6 record. Â They are averaging 6.3 runs at home and should survive here even if Wainwright is in decent form...Good Luck. |

06-28-17 | Orioles v. Blue Jays OVER 9.5 | 0-4 | Loss | -100 | 2 h 22 m | Show
4* (964) Toronto/Baltimore OVER the total @ 7:05 MLB Key Total Angle…BDS Orioles use lefty Miley (3-5, 4.48 ERA) tonight trying to extend Baltimore’s three-game winning streak.  He is less than worthy on road, however, with a 1-2 record and a 5+ ERA. Miley has a high walk percentage which should help the Jays attack. Also, he brings a .348 OBA last two seasons. Baltimore shows 7-1 OVER on the road vs. RHP and 9-2 OVER in Miley’s L11 road starts.  Finally, Baltimore has been outscored by 63 runs this season, not good! Toronto brings ace RHP Stroman (7-4, 3.69) to the hill. In his last outing (road) he was nailed by the Rangers for 7 earned runs in 4 innings of work, including three home runs (6 last two starts). He will gladly throw at home tonight where he has started 8 games with 7 quality starts and a 2-3 (3.29) mark. The Blue Jays have shot OVER 5 straight versus an opponent that allowed their offense 2 or fewer runs in the last test.  Further, Toronto comes in a super 7-1 OVER in Wednesday calls. Our key concern here is Stroman allowing the home run ball of late and having to face the hot Orioles. Granted the series has been a fairly consistent UNDER the last few years but, the situation seems ripe for the HIGH CALL. Good Luck. |

06-28-17 | Rockies -117 v. Giants | 3-5 | Loss | -117 | 5 h 41 m | Show
4* (951) Colorado over San Francisco @ 3:45 MLB Key Day Time Crusher Series Alert...BDS Cashed our CRUSHER last night and look for more inside the Wednesday afternoon baseball card. Â The Giants pulled out a late-inning affair Tuesday as the Rockies fatigued bullpen gave way. Â The Giants have won back-to-back games for the first time since late May, while Colorado has lost 7 straight. Â Despite the recent woeful slump scoring just 20 runs in the last seven games the Rockies have the talent to turn it around. Â Last night Colorado was 1-10 with RISP. Â They use LHP Freeland who leads NL rookies in road starts with a 4-2 mark (4.14). Â He has been majestic against SF with 13+ innings of work in two starts carving out a super 0.69 ERA. Â With Freeland on the road, Colorado shows 6-2. Â The Giants start inconsistent lefty Blach (4-8, 4.86) who has been hit hard the last two home starts. Â Remember the Giants aren't the Dodgers and show 3-10 L3 at home. Â They come in 0-4 with Blach L4 starts and 18-44 off a win. Â It's always a concern when a visiting unit plays an almost 5-hour game the night before and then must play the next day in an early start. Â But, the Giants are 8-20 in day timers, the Rockies 22-10. Â With Colorado overdue and 9-2 in the series, it's the Rockies. |

06-28-17 | Phillies v. Mariners UNDER 9 | 5-4 | Push | 0 | 6 h 42 m | Show
062817 Play on: 4* (975/976) Phillies/Seattle UNDER the total MLB Key Day Time Total Alert The Phillies took game #1 of this series at Seattle with RHP Nola throwing a gem last night. Here difficult to assess the mental and physical issues for the Mariners as they are physically banged up both in the pitching staff and of course their lineup. Therefore, they can’t accrue any consistency on the field and have been a huge disappointment to their fan base. This afternoon Felix Hernandez (3-2, 4.68) hits the bump in his second start after returning from the DL. He threw 6 innings allowing 8 hits and 3 runs with 6 strikeouts against Houston back on June 8th. Philadelphia uses young RHP Leiter (1-0, 0.00) who threw gem in his initial major league start at Arizona, carving out 6 innings and 3 hits with no runs allowed and 5 strikeouts…The Phillies could not ask for more! From the total perspective, the Phillies have shot UNDER 5-1-1 on the road vs. RHP and 11-of-16 UNDER overall. Seattle has gone UNDER 7-3-1 vs. RHP and 7-1 UNDER after their opponent allows 2 or less runs in their last game. The series is 6-1 UNDER at Seattle. In closing, Hernandez should be more skilled in his second start back from the DL, while the Mariners have never faced Phillies super rookie RHP Mark Leiter. Feel Philadelphia has a chance to steal one here but, prefer to play the UNDER with all facts considered. Good Luck, and thank you. |

06-27-17 | Rockies -125 v. Giants | Top | 3-4 | Loss | -125 | 10 h 45 m | Show |
10* Colorado over SF Giants MLB TOP PLAY ALERT...BDS This is one of the few games this season that stood out to me with the early lines. Â First off the Giants are 2-8 L10, granted winning last time out. Â However, RHP Cain (3-7, 5.42) is 0-5 on the road and has been hit around in June. Â Hoffman (4-1, 4.19) of Colorado had down outing but, prior had been 3-0 with a 1.33 ERA. Â The Rockies are highly frustrated as they fallen down in the division and in the power rating sector. Â Despite the home setting, I have no confidence in the Giants chances especially with Colorado losing 6 straight....ROCKIES! |

06-27-17 | Braves -103 v. Padres | 3-0 | Win | 100 | 11 h 48 m | Show
062717 4* Atlanta (909) over San Diego @ 10:10 MLB Key Crusher Series Alert…BDS We have two entities trying to turn their season around out in San Diego this evening. The Padres bring savvy RHP Chacin (6-6, 5.06) who started very slowly this season, however, he has allowed just 9 earned runs the last 26 innings on the hill. Against Atlanta, the hurler is 1-3 with a 4.32 ERA. The visiting Braves who have won 7-of-10 games recently move talented rookie lefty Newcomb (0-2, 2.87) into a road situation for the first time in his career. He has had three quality starts at home versus San Francisco, Miami and the New York Mets. Overall, Newcomb has allowed just 4 earned runs in 18-1/3 innings of action. During June the Braves show 14-10 against a 9-12 mark for San Diego. From the hitting standpoint, the Braves are on the uptick crafting 4.69 runs per game, while the Padres show 3.61 runs per game and a soft .226 TBA.  In the series, the home team has been successful but, Atlanta has won 8 straight. No doubt the Braves faltered on the coast in the past but, we can’t back a Padres unit that is 4-11 off a home loss this season and 2-9 vs. LHP. Whereas, after a shutout, Atlanta is 3-1 L4 and 11-3 against the NL West. San Diego finishes with a horrid 4-12 mark playing the NL East and 16-36 against a hurler with under a 1.15 WHIP. Good Luck, and thank you. |

06-27-17 | Braves v. Padres UNDER 8 | 3-0 | Win | 100 | 10 h 17 m | Show
4* (909/910) Atlanta/San Diego UNDER the total MLB KEY TOTAL CALL...BDS Liked this better at 8 than the recent movement this morning to 7-1/2 in some stores. Â We catching some needed value and added insurance at the present value. Â Remember these two mediocre clubs are 40-32-3 OVER (Atlanta) and 39-33-4 OVER (San Diego) this season which somewhat of a surprise considering their early season projections. Â Atlanta starts savvy RHP Chacin who was roughed up early in the season. Â Fortunately, for the Padres he has shut down the opposition recently surrendering only 9 earned runs in 26 innings. Â Highly regarded Atlanta rookie lefty Newcomb (0-2, 1.96) has a super 1.037 WHIP in three home starts versus SF, Miami and the Mets. This will be his first start on the road. Â Despite the rookie hurler, overall we believe the recent OVER trend in the series will be reversed. Â Remember, San Diego has had problems lately against LHP with a 2-9 mark. Â They are 5-2 UNDER the L7 and 3-0-1 UNDER against the National League East. And, they have averaged just 3 runs a game against LHP. Â Opposing Atlanta brings a 5-1-2 UNDER record the L8 games and 9-2 UNDER against a losing club. Â Â |

4* ST. LOUIS over Cincinnati MLB KEY DAY TIMER...BDS Look to rebound with this day edition, quite possibly we will have a total in night action.  Sunday Cincinnati won as a road underdog in Washington, while the Cardinals defeated Pittsburgh at Busch last night. From the pitching stand point the Reds use LHP Finnegan (1-0, 2.70) to the hill who defeated St. Louis back in early April putting together 6 innings allowing 3 hits and 1 run.  This will be the hurler's first start since April.  In the starts, he has faced Milwaukee, Pittsburgh and Philly.  His best outing of course, was against the Phillies generating 7 innings surrendering only 1 hit and no runs.  Cincinnati is 2-5 on Monday's with Finnegan.  The Cardinals bring struggling RHP Wacha (3-3, 4.76) to the mound.  At home Wacha is 3-1 (3.50).  Recently, his control issues have caused short appearances.  However, the sight of the Cincinnati uniforms should revive the pitcher, as the Cardinals show 10-1 (6-0) with Wacha against the visitor.  Long-term STL is 151-69 at home against the Reds and 4-1 in game #1 of a series.  In closing, the last time Cincinnati played well was in early June going 4-0 at home against the Cardinals.  Since, they have crafted a 2-13 record sitting in last place insde the Central Division.  Also, the Reds must be dragging for in their last 15 games, 12 have been on the road.  We'll take the home unit here is survive.  Good Luck. |

06-25-17 | A's v. White Sox OVER 10 | 5-3 | Loss | -105 | 7 h 11 m | Show
5* (923/924) Oakland/Chicago OVER the total @ 2:10 MLB TOTAL BEST BET...BDS Totals 31-16 in baseball and on fire.  Just missed yesterday but, look to rebound with this super edged pack of stats and trends.  Oakland and Chicago are currently exhibiting changes, the A's had a lift yesterday at the plate from young studs, while the Sox suffered at the plate going 0-5 with runners in scoring position.  Today, Oakland uses RHP Gray who may be sent down or traded based on recent rumors.  He is 2-3 with a 4.84 ERA this season.  He has had 4 days of rest which is a good sign for HIGH players....15-5-1 OVER, while the A's  are 5-0-1 OVER on the road with Gray. The Sox look to shake their hitting woes and the 1-5 slump with inconsistent lefty Holland (5-7, 4.95).  He is 1-2 with a 9.45 ERA in the last 13-1/3 innings.  With Holland CWS show 9-2-1 OVER L12 starts and 6-0-1 OVER after a team loss.  Chicago overall in Sunday editions 5-1 OVER L6.  With umpire Holbrooks in Sunday home games (CWS) the total has shot OVER 33-15-3. Also, as an additional note, we expect the Sox to bounce back considering the A's are 0-6 vs. losing units on Sunday.  Also, realize this has been an UNDER series, for the most part, however, these two combatants seem to look for a way to lose.  Sunday morning, the total is at 10 but, would expect a 10-1/2 close.  Good Luck, and thank you. |

06-24-17 | Angels v. Red Sox OVER 9.5 | 6-3 | Loss | -115 | 7 h 57 m | Show
4* LAA/Boston OVER the total Saved some value with the number moving down to 9-1/2 similar to the Orioles and Rays Friday. Â The last 3-of-4 games both Boston and Los Angeles have gone OVER the total. Â The Red Sox have scored 23 runs in the four games, while the Angles have knocked in 26. Â Los Angeles comes in a solid 5-0-1 OVER L6 and 5-0 OVER against a .500 plus unit. Â On the road, they show a super 5-0 OVER challenging a home unit with a winning mark of over .600. Â The Red Sox have gone OVER 4-1 L5 and 4-1 OVER L5 on Saturday with lefty Price. Â In addition, Boston is 6-2-1 OVER with Price coming off 5 days of rest. Â Friday the units totaled 13 runs which is a good indicator this summer night will be complete with runs galore. Â Good Luck. |

06-24-17 | Orioles v. Rays -150 | 8-3 | Loss | -150 | 6 h 45 m | Show
4* Tampa Bay (Faria) over Baltimore (Bundy) RHP Bundy (7-3, 3.72) of Baltimore can be a tough entity when hitting the bump, though, his last two starts have been horrid allowing eleven runs in 9-1/3 innings of work. Â Bundy is 3-3 on the road with a 4.25 ERA. Â RHP Faria (3-0, 1.37) from Tampa Bay has a super 0.96 WHIP in three starts against Detroit, Toronto and the White Sox. Â He has thrown 19-2/3 innings surrendering 15 hits and just 3 earned runs. Â Granted the Orioles can be a highly competitive unit from the hitting standpoint but, their pitching staff has been a letdown with injuries also contributing to their consistent losing ways. The Orioles are 6-21 on the road vs. >.500 home units and a perfect 0-6 L6 against the ALE. Â Against a hurler with a WHP less than 1.15 they show 3-13. Â Tampa Bay has won three straight chasing the Yankees and Red Sox in the East are now solidly in third place in the division. Â With the Rays the more effective unit from the current form standpoint winning 5-of-6 and carrying a super 8-1 L9 record at home against RHP, we'll back Tampa Bay this afternoon. Â Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-24-17 | Blue Jays v. Royals +104 | 2-3 | Win | 104 | 2 h 23 m | Show
4* KC (Vargas) over Toronto (Estrada) The Royals have now won 10-of-12 and have come out of the dust to an even .500 record just three games back of Cleveland. Â They use masterful lefty Vargas who has won 4 straight in June allowing only 6 runs and 1 home run in 27 innings. Â Vargas is ranked #9 in the critical WAR calculations carrying a 10-3 record and a solid 2.27 ERA. Â With the hurler KC is 6-0 at home vs. a losing unit and 7-1 with 5 days of rest. Â The Blue Jays catching money out on the strip today but, come in last place in the East Division losers of back-to-back games. Â RHP Estrada (4-5, 4.98) throws for Toronto. Â The hurler has had rough June allowing 23 runs on 35 hits in 16 innings of action. Â Estrada is 3-7 with 4 days rest, 1-5 during game #2 of series. Â We'll back the Royals as Toronto is 4-12 against LHP this season. Â Good Luck. |

06-23-17 | Mets v. Giants OVER 8.5 | 11-4 | Win | 105 | 8 h 13 m | Show
4* Mets/Giants OVER the total MLB KEY TOTAL...BDS Two losing entities take the field tonight in Frisco, the Mets and Giants.  However, the series recently has tipped OVER the total with a 7-2-2 record.  NY is 9-1 OVER L10 after going high four straight versus the Dodgers.  San Francisco comes in 7-3-1 OVER L11 and 12-3-2 OVER vs. units with under a  .400 mark.  RHP Lugo of NY is 5-0 OVER off a team loss.  SF with hurler Blach is 3-0-3 OVER L6.  With the Giants 4-1 OVER in game one of the series go OVER tonight.  Good Luck.. |

06-23-17 | Orioles v. Rays OVER 9 | 5-15 | Win | 100 | 23 h 51 m | Show
4* (917/918) Baltimore/Tampa Bay OVER the total MLB Key Total Angle…BDS Cashed another total winner yesterday with Houston OVER, we are now on a long-term 29-14 run inside the math card. Today we line up with the Orioles and Rays down in Florida. It’s Jimenez (2-2, 6.25) for Baltimore and Archer (5-4, 3.75) for Tampa Bay in the first game of the weekend series. Both units have been OVER this season with Baltimore 38-31-2 and the Rays 45-29-2.  The Orioles start RHP Jimenez who pitched in relief during early June before his last outing in Camden Yards against St. Louis where he started and threw seven innings surrendering four hits and two runs, two home runs. Jimenez is 2-0-1 OVER L3 against Tampa Bay and 6-2 OVER this season. The Orioles come in 14-3 OVER with four days of rest with Jimenez and 16-5-1 OVER in game #1 of a series.  Tampa Bay is 7-5 OVER this season with Archer but, a super 5-2 OVER with the hurler in game #1 of a series. Critical, the Rays have been money in the bank at home going a PERFECT 8-0 OVER L8 and 8-0 OVER against a losing road unit carrying under a .400 mark. Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-23-17 | Cubs v. Marlins OVER 9.5 | 0-2 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 23 m | Show
4* (903/904) Cubs/Miami OVER the total MLB KEY TOTAL ALERT...BDS Smashed another winning total yesterday with Houston OVER.  Our Friday call has Chicago visiting Miami for a weekend series.  One of the keys for us RHP Urena of Miami shows 0-9 off a quality start which is a solid indicator the Cubs will score some runs here.  The Marlins come in 7-0 OVER in game #2 of a series and 4-0 OVER in Miami.  With Urena the Fish show 4-1-1 L6.  In contrast, the Cubs are a super 10-2 OVER against the NL East and 7-0-1 OVER L8 versus an opponent who scored five plus runs in their last game.  Good Luck |
|||||||
06-22-17 | Astros v. A's OVER 9.5 | 12-9 | Win | 100 | 7 h 32 m | Show
4* (967/968) Houston/Oakland OVER the total @ 3:35 In their battle yesterday Houston and Oakland left 32 men on base, total players were stressed for sure. Here despite some conflicting numbers, feel the high is coming into play.  RHP Paulino of Houston is 1-0 with a 5.03 ERA. Oakland brings lefty Hahn (3-4, 3.56) who has allowed three earned runs or less in ten of eleven outings. However, he does not pitch that well off four days rest with 0-5 in those starts. Oakland has shot OVER 19-6-1 after scoring two runs or runs in their prior outing and 20-5-2 OVER off a loss. The A’s are 5-1 OVER with Hahn versus a >.500 club and 40-29-2 OVER this season.  Houston appears to be on an uptick from the hitting standpoint. The Astros are OVER 4-1 L5 starts with Paulino. In addition, Houston is 7-2-1 OVER after their opponent scores two or less runs at 9-3-3 OVER off a win. In the series Houston has won nine straight at Oakland and this season is averaging a massive 6.6 runs a game in day action. Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-22-17 | Astros -139 v. A's | 12-9 | Win | 100 | 6 h 52 m | Show
4* Houston (967) over Oakland Granted Hahn has pitched well of late surrendering three earned runs or less in the last ten of eleven starts. The A's bullpen, though, has a 78.6% blown save rating.  Hurler Paulino of Houston shows off a solid six innings against Boston allowing just 3 hits and 1 run.  In the series,  Houston has now won 9 straight at Oakland and lead 20-6 L26 times challenging.  Houston shows 21-6 in roadies vs. a losing home unit and 39-15 vs. RHP.  Finally, with the Astros 13-6 in day action, while being on a hitting streak in road sets averaging 6.6 runs per game the play is Houston. One extra note, Oakland with Hahn is 0-5 with four days rest and 22-32 against RHP.  Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-22-17 | Cardinals -142 v. Phillies | 1-5 | Loss | -142 | 7 h 10 m | Show
3* St. Louis (951) over Philadelphia @ 1:05 MLB Appreciation Key Day Time Edition…BDS The way the Phillies played last night should have a lasting effect on their psyche. The loss in extra innings came after they had generated a 5-0 lead early over St. Louis. Here the Cardinals use ace RHP Martinez (6-5, 2.86) who just pitched against Philadelphia on the 10th throwing nine innings allowing four hits with eleven strikeouts. Nola throws for Philly but, over the last eleven innings he has surrendered 13 hits and 8 earned runs and 2 home runs. At St. Louis on June 11th the hurler lost to RHP Wainwright 6-5. St. Louis is 25-8 L33 against Philadelphia and a PERFECT 10-0 on the road vs. a losing home unit. The Phillies are faced with a difficult task facing a RHP where they are 14-36. After losing 6 straight to the Cards and going 1-13 L14 believe they will once again lack the mental edge to survive. Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-21-17 | Red Sox -142 v. Royals | 4-6 | Loss | -142 | 3 h 25 m | Show
4* Boston (915) over Kansas City @ 2:15 MLB Pitching Advantage…BDS The Red Sox come off a huge win behind ace lefty Sale and now throw another LHP against Kansas City. The Royals are 4-10 vs. lefties overall, 1-6 at home. The Royals were on an 8-1 winning streak before yesterday. They use RHP Kennedy this afternoon who has garnered an 0-4 (4.83) record at home. With the hurler, the Royals show 1-7 against winning units. Boston has put on a surge of late (19-10), while the Yankees have faded badly giving the Red Sox first place in the East.  The Red Sox start lefty Pomeranz (6-4, 4.19) today in a difficult assignment trying to win the series over Kansas City. The hurler is 2-2 with a 3.41 ERA on the road.  Last time out in June, Pomeranz went 6-1/3 innings at Houston allowing just one earned run and four hits. The Red Sox are a PERFECT 4-0 with the hurler off a quality start.  From the trend standpoint, Boston is 4-1 on Wednesday (KC 5-12). With the Sox 16-6 against RHP and 4-1 L5 starts by Pomeranz, so we’ll take a ticket with Boston. Good Luck. |
|||||||
06-21-17 | Reds v. Rays OVER 9 | 3-8 | Win | 100 | 4 h 47 m | Show
4* (929/930) Cincinnati/Tampa Bay OVER the total 12:10 Eastern MLB Key Total Angle…BDS After pushing our total last night, we still are red hot on the math card with a magnificent 25-10 run. On to Wednesday afternoon action where the Reds and Tampa Bay tangle again. The Rays picked up a win last night increasing their record to 38-36. The Reds with loss have fallen to 30-40 on the season. Cincinnati starts RHP Adelman (4-3, 4.22) who has found the road a tough venue going 2-11, 1-4 in interleague play. In June, he has thrown 18 innings with 5 earned runs and 4 home runs but, the hurler is ranked #192 in WAR calculations this season. Tampa Bay brings inconsistent RHP Ramirez (3-2, 5.17) to the hill. He was 4-0 in his team starts during April and May but, has faltered in June.  In three starts against Detroit, Seattle and Oakland the young pitcher has given up 15 earned runs in 14-2/3 innings with 3 home runs. Inside the pitching WAR numbers, he is not even in the first 200. On the total board, Tampa Bay comes in a solid 5-1 OVER with the hurler on turf, 5-of-6 overall at home. In the last seven games on the charts, TB has gone OVER 7 straight at home and 9-0 OVER on turf, 4-0 OVER vs. RHP. In closing, with the Rays 16-5 OVER against interleague units, we’ll go high this afternoon.  |

06-20-17 | Diamondbacks -102 v. Rockies | 3-4 | Loss | -102 | 8 h 49 m | Show
4* (961) Arizona over Colorado @ 8:40 MLB Key Crusher Series Alert…BDS Virtually a pick’em game out in Colorado this evening where the stellar NL West units do battle for first place. Arizona has won seven-straight and the Rockies five in a row. However, most of their streak wins have been against mediocre or bad teams. Arizona is 6-4 L10 in the series. They start RHP Greinke (8-3, 3.00) who has struggled the last few games, however, he brings the veteran edge. He beat Colorado’s Marquez 6-3 back on May 5th. Against Colorado lately, Greinke is 1-0 allowing five runs over thirteen innings of work with sixteen strikeouts. He is 7-1 L8 starts and 14-3 in game #1 of the series. Arizona brings RHP Marquez (5-3, 4.19) to the bump. The youngster won at Pittsburgh last week lasting just five innings giving four hits and one run. He is basically a 5-6 inning hurler at this point in his career. Not helping is the Colorado home bullpen with their 5.42 ERA. Since this is a huge series fully expect the experience edge of Greinke to carry the load. Arizona is 23-8 L31 so, we’ll back the aggressive visitor. Good Luck. |

4* St. Louis/Philadelphia (951/952) OVER the total MLB Total Angle…BDS We are 25-10 on the Baseball Total board last thirty-five times out, cashed Blue Jays OVER early last night. Tuesday the situation is comparable to the selection we made yesterday with key indicators appearing to favor the low position. The Cardinals (38-28 OVER) are coming off a series with the Orioles and Brewers with runs at a premium. St. Louis is 2-5 L7 games with a team ERA of 9.39. The road bullpen is leaking with a current 5.01 ERA. The Cardinals start RHP Leake (5-6, 3.14) who is 3-3 with a 5.40 ERA against Philadelphia. The Phillies (35-28 OVER) come 1-11 L12 and are dying for a huge turnaround win. They use RHP Hellickson (5-5, 4.91) who was just tagged (control issues) by Boston for six runs and nine hits in 5 innings of work. Both hurlers have fostered fairly consistent UNDER numbers with Leake 5-1 UNDER in game #1 of a series, Hellickson comes 4-1 UNDER in game #1. Recently the series has shot UNDER 5-of-7 but, in Philadelphia the total is 7-3 OVER L10. In addition, the Cardinals have gone a perfect 5-0 OVER vs. a hurler with a +1.30 WHIP and 4-0 OVER after a loss. Philadelphia is 3-1-1 OVER with Hellickson at home challenging a losing unit and 5-1 OVER after day of rest. Good Luck. |

06-19-17 | Astros -145 v. A's | 4-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 50 m | Show
4* Houston (917) over Oakland @ 10:05 MLB Key Power Angle…BDS Oakland has just won four straight at home against the Yankees. Prior the A’s had gone 1-6 versus Toronto, Tampa Bay and Miami. They use RHP Gossett who was pounded at Miami allowing six earned runs in 3-2/3 innings.  Houston is 4-6 L10 and lost to Boston on Sunday 6-5. They left 13 men on base. Musgrove was a downer surrendering 5 runs in 5-2/3 innings of work.  Here the Astros mound entry is RHP Peacock (1-1, 4.37) who has had problems with the A’s in the past. However, Peacock is 5-1 on the road. Overall in road games, the Astros show 23-8. Off a loss they are 14-8 and 24-15 versus |

06-19-17 | Giants -126 v. Braves | 0-9 | Loss | -126 | 4 h 13 m | Show
4* San Francisco (903) over Atlanta @ 7:35 MLB Power Underdog…BDS The Braves come in off back-to-back wins against Miami, while the Giants were just rocked at Colorado now losers of six straight. San Francisco matriculates out of the more difficult West Division with Colorado, Arizona and LA hosting the top spots. Atlanta brings RHP Dickey (4-5, 5.24) to the hill but, he has been rocked in the last four of five starts throwing 27-2/3 innings 39 hits and 27 runs. There is just one winning unit in the East and that’s Washington. RHP Cueto of San Francisco frustrated recently surrendering the home run ball with some consistency. Believe, though, the veteran will respond tonight considering he is 22-5 with four days rest and 18-5 against a losing team. Although the Giants have generated a losing streak, feel they’ll survive tonight being away from their division, especially with a veteran like Cueto on the hill. Good Luck. |

06-19-17 | Blue Jays v. Rangers OVER 10.5 | 7-6 | Win | 100 | 5 h 53 m | Show
4* (913/914) Texas/Toronto OVER the total @ 8:05 MLB Key Total Monday…BDS Cashed on the total board again Sunday with Baltimore OVER. Monday, we find Toronto traveling after a win at home against the White Sox, Texas losing at home versus Seattle. The Blue Jays have Estrada (4-5, 4.54) throwing for the Rangers Austin Bibens. Estrada is 0-3 the last three starts accumulating 12-2/3 innings allowing 28 hits and 17 runs. Bibens just beat Washington and Scherzer in D. C. charting seven innings with just three hits and one run. Although the Rangers lost yesterday they outscored the Mariners 23-15 winning the series 2-1, the bats are alive! They average 5.4 runs per game at home. And, have gone 8-2 OVER against a losing road unit, 9-3-1 OVER at home overall. The Blue Jays have been perfect at 5-0 OVER with Estrada and 4-1 OVER L5. Although, the right-hander has thrown well against the Rangers in the past, can’t accurately project considering current form.  Believe Bibens just might be an anomaly, and the Blue Jays should be jacked winning yesterday and experiencing a frustrating series with the Sox. |

06-18-17 | Diamondbacks -150 v. Phillies | 5-4 | Win | 100 | 7 h 34 m | Show
4* (955) Arizona over Philadelphia MLB Crusher Series Alert The Snakes have won six straight winning yesterday on the road over Philadelphia. They have been doing it with a total effort both on the mound and in the batter’s box. They had five +.300 hitters in the middle of their lineup against Eickhoff of Philly. The Snakes win also could be attributed to a bullpen that went 3-1/2 inning with no earned runs, whereas the Phillies group notched 3 innings surrendering 4 hits and 4 runs costing the game. Philadelphia had just one +.300 hitter Saturday (Kendrick), so they had few challenges.  Also, the worst team (22-45) in baseball is facing a unit today that is chasing the Rockies in the West so they will not let down trying to add to a 43-26 record. Lefty Ray (7-3, 2.62) has won five straight starts (.184 TBA) throwing 37 innings allowing only one run? In his last two, the Snakes have crushed the opponents 10-2 (San Diego) and 11-1 (Milwuakee). Ray is 3-0 with a 0.40 ERA L3 times out. Critical, the hurler is ranked #4 in baseball inside the WAR calculations. Only Vargas, Scherzer and Keuchel are ahead of the lefty.  Philly’s young RHP Lively has looked good since coming up from the minors with three quality starts. He has lost back-to-back games, though, 3-1 to Atlanta and 4-3 against Boston.  Unfortunately, Philadelphia does not have a consistent bullpen to back up the hurler. Remember, the Phillies 1-10 L11 and 1-4 on Sunday. So, we favor Arizona winners of five straight versus RHP who will benefit by the  Philadelphia mark of 17-37 vs. >.600 types. Good Luck. |

06-18-17 | Cubs v. Pirates -107 | 7-1 | Loss | -107 | 4 h 16 m | Show
5* Pittsburgh over Chicago MLB BEST BET ANGLE…BDS The Cubs (34-35) have fallen under .500 after their loss to Nova and the Pirates on Saturday. Recently they have suffered greatly on the road with a 5-16 mark, and have lost five straight road series. Veteran 38-year old right-hander John Lackey (4-7, 5.26) also has suffered as a visitor with a 5.40 ERA this season. Although, Lackey is 2-2 with a 3.48 ERA versus the Pirates, the hurler has dropped four straight starts surrendering three home runs challenging the Mets.  Pittsburgh (31-37) is trying to turn their season around and should accrue some help Sunday as they show 15-8 in day action (Cubs 13-16). Further, they bring young draftee RHP Taillon (3-1, 2.90) to the mound where he pitched a gem last time out off surgery, no less. In that 7-2 win over the Rockies he allowed five hits, no runs in five innings of work. In six of his eight starts this season, Taillon has surrendered two runs or less. Helping umpire Timmons is 5-1 at home on Sunday with Pittsburgh, Chicago is 1-8 overall. Finally, just can’t trust the aging Lackey in this get away game. Good Luck. |

06-18-17 | Cardinals v. Orioles OVER 10.5 | 5-8 | Win | 100 | 2 h 30 m | Show
4* (979/980) STL/Baltimore OVER the total MLB Sunday Key Total….BDS Another interleague affair has conflicting data but, for sure this will be another wacky game in Baltimore. Yesterday the struggling Orioles won 15-7 with 15 hits, while the Cardinals dropped in ten more hits. In 6-1/3 inning the St. Louis bullpen gave away six runs and eight hits. Now here comes Baltimore veteran RHP Jimenez (1-2, 7.72) to the hill after a bout in the pen. In his eight starts this season the hurler has clearly shown location issues especially, up in the strike zone. Baltimore is without their All-Star closer but, still brings a competitive pen when not under duress. From the total standpoint Baltimore and St. Louis series is 5-0 OVER, while the Orioles are OVER 5 straight at home. Against the National League Central, Baltimore is 36-15 OVER. The Cardinals show 7-0 OVER against American League East. In addition, St. Louis starts 4-0 OVER L4 and 4-1 OVER in game #3 of a series behind Lynn (5-3, 2.69). RHP Lynn is coming off a fine 6-0 win earlier this week at home with Milwaukee and possesses a 5-7 record with a 3.38 ERA versus interleague competition. However, the Cardinals have struggled on the road this season of late with a 1-8 record L9. Yesterday, the Machado and Mancini of Baltimore came alive which should show benefits today and assure a heightened attack against Lynn. Since, the Cards have shown an inconsistent road pen (5.09 ERA), we’ll go HIGH. Good Luck. |

06-17-17 | Diamondbacks -110 v. Phillies | 5-1 | Win | 100 | 11 h 18 m | Show
4* (903) Arizona (Godley) over Philadelphia (Eickhoff) @ 4:05 Eastern Can’t recommend righty Eickhoff of Philadelphia (22-44) until he settles down and starts to reverse the 0-7 mark with that corresponding 5.09 ERA. He is 14-24 in his career starts since 2015. In addition, his BABIP has increased from .257 in 2015 to .329 this season. Last time out Monday he threw six innings against Boston allowing 7 hits and 4 runs. Saturday he faces a more aggressive unit in Arizona (42-26) who brings a #5 SLG% of .468 compared to the Phillies .396 (#29).  More important the Snakes use RHP Godley (2-1, 2.44) who has a solid WHIP of 0.99.  He too, has been in the league since 2015 but, the hurler has improved his BABIP from .275 down to .246. Godley is a control pitcher and needs to be around the plate to win. He has held teams to a .203 BA thus far. Arizona after winning last night 5-4 show a perfect 5-0 at Citizens Bank Park and 10-1 in game #2 of a series. Since the Phillies have been on a losing streak overall, and Arizona is winners of 8-of-10 we are on the D’backs. |

4* LA over Cincinnati Two teams going the other way, LA 42-26 in the West and 29-39 in the Central. Â The Dodgers are just one game out in the West after winning over the Reds last night. Â They lefty Ryu who has been inconsistent this season but, the LA is 4-0 in his Saturday team starts. Â He did beat the Reds and Adelman last time out 9-7 but, must stay away from the home run ball to have success. Â LA is 17-5 overall against the Central and 6-2 at Cincinnati. Â They bring a PERFECT 4-0 mark on the road against |

06-17-17 | Rays -112 v. Tigers | 3-2 | Win | 100 | 4 h 11 m | Show
4* Tampa Bay over Detroit RHP Fulmer of Detroit has allowed 5 runs his last two starts, while RHP Archer of Tampa Bay has a super 2.21 ERA on the road.  Detroit just lost a key to their starting nine with Martinez going down yesterday.  With Tampa Bay 5-1 against RHP, and overdue for a breakout after three straight losses we're backing the visitor. Good Luck. |
