The Commanders’ rebuild accelerated in a major way last season thanks to the emergence of Jayden Daniels as an MVP in the making. The team made it all the way to the NFC title game, even unseating the top seeded Detroit Lions in their own building.
The front office bought into this accelerated timeline by adding key pieces on both sides of the ball in the offseason to give Dan Quinn more buttons to push.

In another interesting offseason for the Cowboys, the team let Mike McCarthy walk and replaced him with first time head coach Brian Schottenheimer to keep some continuity in the offense.
