The Bills have been active this off-season and have spent much more than a lot of teams. To start, one of the biggest trades so far this off-season sent Stefon Diggs to Buffalo
Although some are deeming the loot given up too grand, Diggs will benefit this team more than most realize. Last season, Josh Allen was throwing to John Brown and Cole Beasley. Both really good players, but neither should be on the outside.
Diggs will allow them to play more inside and in the slot. So, not only will Diggs step into #1 on the depth chart and be a reliable target for Josh Allen, he will benefit those around him.
The Bills lost Jordan Phillips and Shaq Lawson in free agency. Although Mario Addison and Vernon Butler may not compensate for that duo, they are really good players that will ensure the Bills have an effective defensive line.
Klein will help the linebacking corp and should step in as a starter in the first week of the season.

They lost players along their defensive line, but replaced them with players that will continue a high level of play. They improved on offense and greatly improved their linebackers.
Overall, I think the Bills will go into 2020 with a more talented roster.

I don’t understand 8.5 wins. It feels like a sucker pick to crush this over, but I will be a sucker. I think this team could win 10 games again and possibly win the division. For now, we will focus on win total and my pick is the over.
