Indianapolis Colts
The Colts come into this game with a 4-9-1 record and it’s been nothing but a disappointing season this year. In the last game against the Minnesota Vikings they were up 33-0 at halftime. In the second half though they looked awful and ended up losing in overtime. Matt Ryan completed 19 of his 33 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown. The Colts seemed to take the ball out of his hands in the second half, and now he’s been benched.
Starting for the Colts in this game will be Nick Foles. Foles hasn’t played yet this season, and there are a lot of unknowns about how he will play. The Colts are averaging 17.5 points while their defense is giving up 24.07 goals per game.
The offense is ranked 29th while the defense is ranked 23rd. In this game the Colts need to get out to a fast start, but they need to play a complete game. Without Jonathan Taylor it’s going to even put more pressure on the quarterback and they need Foles to be good. If Foles struggles, it will be a very long game.
