While both clubs scored in flurries in the preseason, with the games now counting, I like them to bring more on the defensive side of the hardwood and therefore fall short of this high total.
While Miami scored in bunches in the preseason they also struggled at times and score significantly less with multiple off days which they’ll be facing in this match.
Minnesota will also test the Heat with pace and transition scoring, but considering Erik Spoelstra is one of the better defensive coaches, I like them to rein in the Wolves. Not enough to collect the win, but enough to keep the score under the total projected.
