The series is tied at one as we move to Boston. That should be advantage Celtics but they need to look a lot better in game three than they did the last time we saw them. That might be on the coach.
Milwaukee roared back after losing at home which was a good sign for a long series. I was kind of thinking there was a chance that they might just wilt under the glare of the playoffs.

Milwaukee pretty much was desperate for a win in G2. I know they are the top seed in the league but this team does not seem like the type to overcome adversity. They are more the play from ahead type.

In game two they not only got a better game from Giannis but they made a strategic move to insert Niko Mirotic into the starting lineup. It opened up space on the floor which is key for their game.
Eric Bledsoe joined Giannis and Khris Middleton as 20+ point scorers in G2. If they can keep that up or find someone else that can be a reliable third option that will be key, especially on the road.

They need more from Brook Lopez I think. He has to make some shots to loosen things up and prevent whoever is guarding him from clogging up things inside.
Boston is going to try and apply more defensive pressure in this one and likely play a lot slower. Milwaukee is going to have to find a way to power through that if they want to take control of the series.
Boston Celtics
After a strong second half and a really good win in G1 the Celtics just seemed off in G2. Still they have to like the fact that they are tied coming back home and I still like them a lot in the series. Coming home I expect a much sharper performance.
The strength of Boston is on the perimeter but that group really played poorly in game two. Kyrie Irving was off which might have normally created opportunities for all sorts of other player but nobody could hit a shot. Scoring was really off in the game.

Being at home should give the Celtics a little more comfort and I also expect that they will look to tighten things up and slow things down. They would prefer to play this thing in the 90s if they could and use the advantages that Kyrie normally presents to win late.
