This will be a big SEC matchup as both head coaches are on the hot seat this season. Two of the more explosive offenses in the conference face off in what should turn out to be a great contest.
The Aggies have a tough non conference victory on their belt after beating Pac 12 favorite UCLA in week 1, then beat up on Prairie View A&M last week.
The Tigers look to continue their good momentum after beating Arkansas St last week and topping the 50 point plateau.
Texas A&M Aggies
The Aggies offense has started off the season strong, but they need to have better play from QB Trevor Knight in this one.

He has 4 touchdowns and 2 interceptions in 2 games this season, but he will need to have that total this week if Texas A&M are going to come out with a victory.
I expect him to continue his good play this week and attack the Auburn secondary early and often.
Senior running back Keith Ford had over 100 total yards last week, and he will need to be a threat running and receiving again this week against an always tough Auburn defense.
After a pretty good start to the season against UCLA, WR Christian Kirk took over last week against Prairie View A&M. He grabbed 5 receptions for 106 yards and 2 scores.

Look for him to find the end zone again this week.
The defense pitched a shutout last week, as expected. This week it will be a much tougher task.
Look for Myles Garrett to get into the backfield all day and pick up 2 sacks. He is the anchor of this defense and a Lombardi candidate and he will shine on the big stage.
The secondary will need to utilize the same type of game-plan they used against UCLA in order to stop the Auburn passing game.
Auburn Tigers
QB Sean White has been officially named the starter for the rest of the season, and will need to keep his strong play up from last week.
This offense uses a lot of spread option play calling and it should keep the Aggies D-line from pinning their ears back and rushing the QB all night.
This offense has revolved around running back Kerryon Johnson.
He should get over 25 carries and 100 yards this week.
The Auburn receivers will need to get a strong release off the ball to be effective this week. After a quiet night during week 1 against Clemson (1 catch for 16 yards), look for WR Tony Stevens to have a great game this week.
He should grab a couple of scores and top the 75 yard mark for the second straight week.
[dfads params=’groups=219&limit=1&return_javascript=1′]
The Auburn defense has looked really good to start the season, holding Clemson to only 19 points in a loss and only giving up 14 points to Arkansas St.
The defense had 4 sacks last week against Arkansas St, but did give up to short yard QB runs for scores.
Against the Aggies I expect them to have a tough time against Trevor Knight, and force their offense to have to score quickly on their drives.

Free Week 3 NCAA Football Prediction
Both of these teams want to start off conference play with a big win. I think the Aggies offense is too much for the Tigers defense, as Trevor Knight has a big game throwing the ball, and breaks a few key runs on third down.
4* Free NCAA Betting Pick: Aggies ATS, & Under
Auburn would love to pick up a big conference win at home against a top 25 opponent, but this week the Aggies will be focused and want to position themselves for long conference grind of the SEC west.
Look for Trevor Knight and company to go into Jordan Hare and take care of business.
