02-10-24 | Michael Johnson v. Darrius Flowers +125 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 9 h 47 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Darrius Flowers - ML I like Darrius Flowers to win this fight against Michael Johnson on Saturday, February 10th. Coming into this fight off a loss, Floweers had seen four straight go the right way before that one. Michael Johnson may have picked up some losses against superstar fighters, but some of his loses just aren't very good at all. Even though Flowers is the underdog, I believe that he'll own more confidence in this fight and end up on the winning side. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd KO. Line: +125 Line Parameter: play until -110.. |
12-17-23 | Colby Covington v. Leon Edwards -160 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 20 h 29 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Leon Edwards - moneyline I like Leon Edwards to win this fight against Colby Covington on Saturday, December 16th. After hearing the press conference just a few days ago, there's no doubt in my mind that the champ is ready. Covington's disrespect and talk went a bit too far and Leon is not going to take this lightly whatsoever. We saw what Edwards was capable of in that last fight against Usman. He looked nearly unstoppable. I'll take the champ here. T.M. Prediction: 4th Head Kick KO. Line: -160 Line Parameter: play until -185.. |
12-16-23 | Tony Ferguson +285 v. Paddy Pimblett | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 19 h 48 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Tony Ferguson - moneyline I like Tony Ferguson to win this fight against Paddy Pimblett on Saturday, December 16th. Yes, this is a long shot. But, it's a long shot that I'm willing to take. Ferguson has lost six straight fights and shouldn't even be in the ring anymore. But, the UFC legend is back for another fight and he's ready to go to war once again. Tony will have David Goggins in his corner which should help him for this fight. This has upset written all over it and I want in. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd KO/TKO. Line: +285 Line Parameter: play until +260.. |
10-21-23 | Alexander Volkanovski +215 v. Islam Makhachev | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 31 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Alexander Volkanovski - Moneyline I like Alexander Volkanovski to win this fight against Islam Mackhachev on Saturday, October 21st. Even on extreme short notice, the Australian Champ is ready for this rematch. He's been preparing for the time, and the time has come. Islam's been preparing for Charles this whole time and will have to shift his focus to the guy that gave him his toughest fight to date. It's going to hard hard for both, but I'll gladly take Volk with how good he looked in the first fight. T.M. Prediction: 4th And TKO/KO. Line: +215 Line Parameter: play until +200.. |
10-14-23 | Jonathan Martinez v. Adrian Yanez -104 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -104 | 13 h 45 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Adrian Yanez - Moneyline I like Adrian Yanez to win this fight against Jonathan Martinez on Wednesday, October 11th. Yanez is coming off a loss, which might scare some people off him in this fight. However, Yanez is the better overall fighter and should be able to bounce back. In that last fight, he rushed things and Rob Font made him pay. This time around, he'll be a lot more composed and should be able to use his talent advantage to beat Martinez. Martinez has been solid throughout his career, but has had some lucky wins including his last fight against Said Nurmagomedov. Both guys have similar records and it should be an excellent fight. Yanez is who'd I want in my corner though with his explosive striking attack. He's also a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, compared to blue belt from Martinez. I'm all over Yanez here. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd TKO/KO. Line: -108 Line Parameter: play until -150.. |
09-23-23 | Dan Ige v. Bryce Mitchell -195 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 27 h 34 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Bryce Mitchell - Moneyline I like Bryce Mitchell to win this fight against Dan Ige on Saturday, September 23rd. Dan Ige has been solid ever since joining the UFC. Having said that, he's always came up just a bit short against the higher tier opponents. I believe that Bryce Mitchell falls into the category of top tier. Now, Mitchell comes in off a loss against Topuria in early December. However, he didn't even want to take that fight as he had the flu and wasn't going to be able to fight for months if he didn't. Now, he's had tons of time to prepare for this fight and is ready to dominate once again. In my opinion, when fully healthy, Bryce is one of the best in this division. Expect him to make a statement in this fight against Ige. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd Submission. Line: -195 Line Parameter: play until -230.. |
09-17-23 | Alexa Grasso v. Valentina Shevchenko -147 | 0-0 | Push | 0 | 15 h 32 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Valentina Shevchenko - Moneyline I like Valentina Shevchenko to win this flight against Alexa Grasso on Saturday, September 16th. Grasso shocked the world when she beat Valentina in the first fight. It was a close fight throughout and she was able to capitalize on a spinning back kick to take the former champs back and submit her. This time, I believe it will be a completely different fight. Shevchenko saw what she needed to improve on and she's also seen that the Mexican isn't great with her takedown defense. Expect perhaps the best female fighter in the world right now to regain her title back this weekend. T.M. Prediction: 4rd Rnd KO. Line: -147 Line Parameter: play until -180.. |
09-09-23 | Chepe Mariscal +175 v. Jack Jenkins | 1-0 | Win | 175 | 19 h 19 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Chepe Mariscal - Moneyline I like Chepe Mariscal to win this fight against Jack Jenkins on September 9th. Out of all of the fighters on this fight card, Chepe is the fighter I want in my corner come fight night. He's an absolute savage and he's ready to cause havoc once again in the octagon. I expect lots of grappling from the American and I expect him to get the job done in his own backyard with the crowd behind him. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd Submission. Line: +175 Line Parameter: play until +140.. |
09-02-23 | Serghei Spivac v. Cyril Gane -189 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 14 h 33 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Ciryl Gane - Moneyline I like Ciryl Gane to win this fight against Serghei Spivac on September 2nd. Although Gane lost to Jon Jones, he still is the second best in this division by far in my opinion. Gane is so much faster than everyone else and has incredible striking. He'll be way too much for Spivac to handle here today as he should easily pick up his 12th MMA win. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd TKO. Line: -189 Line Parameter: play until -215.. |
07-29-23 | Justin Gaethje +130 v. Dustin Poirier | Top | 1-0 | Win | 130 | 39 h 59 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Justin Gaethje - Moneyline I like Justin Gaethje to win this fight against Dustin Poirier for the BMF Title on Saturday. Although Gaethje lost the first meeting between these two, it really could have gone either way. Justin looked dominant for most of the fight and was about to win before getting knocked out. I expect fireworks once again, but I'm backing the Human Highlight Reel here in the rematch. As an underdog, it's got upset written all over it and I'm hammering it. T.M. Prediction: 4th Rnd TKO. Line: +115 Line Parameter: play until -135.. |
07-15-23 | Nazim Sadykhov -145 v. Terrance McKinney | Top | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 14 h 2 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Nazim Sadykhov - ML I like Nazim Sadykhov to win this fight against Terrance McKinney on Friday. McKinney is coming off a loss, and he's now lost two out of his last three (3 out of last six as well.) He's inconsistent and he doesn't seem to really have anything going for him right now. Sadykhov has won both of his two fights inside the octagon (won last eight fights in total (8-0)) and is ready for this next challenge against McKinney. “Black Wolf" is coming hard and Terrance isn't going to know what hit him. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd TKO. Line: -155 Line Parameter: play until -190.. |
07-01-23 | Max Griffin v. Michael Morales -225 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 35 h 43 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Michael Morales - ML I like Michael Morales to win this fight against Max Griffin on Saturday. Although this line is quite expensive, I love Morales in this spot. He's undefeated and has looked nearly unstoppable over his first 14 career MMA fights. Griffin lost his last fight via Decision and I don't think he'll be able to hang with Morales for that long. Expect a quick and easy finish from the Ecuadorian. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd KO Line: -230 Line Parameter: play until -245.. |
06-17-23 | Lucas Almeida v. Pat Sabatini -190 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 14 h 15 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Pat Sabatini - ML I like Pat Sabatini to win this fight against Lucas Almeida on Saturday. Sabatini is much better than Almeida. Once it gets to the ground, Almeida will be in trouble. Expect an easy win for the American here today. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd Submission. Line: -190 Line Parameter: play until -210.. |
05-07-23 | Aljamain Sterling v. Henry Cejudo -115 | 1-0 | Loss | -115 | 15 h 24 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Henry Cejudo - Moneyline I like Henry Cejudo to win this fight against Aljamain Sterling on Saturday. Just a few years ago, Henry Cejudo retired the sport that he dominated. Now, he's back to get what is his as he faces one of his biggest enemies. They call Cejudo, “triple C," as he's a gold medal champ (Wrestling,) and two division champ in the UFC. Sterling has shown some promise, as the champion, but he hasn't done nearly enough to impress me. Cejudo is back and he's coming for the belt. Hammer him on May 6th. T.M. Prediction: 4th Rnd Submission. Line: -115 Line Parameter: play until -150.. |
05-06-23 | Yan Xiaonan +155 v. Jessica Andrade | 1-0 | Win | 155 | 14 h 15 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Yan Xiaonan - Moneyline I like Yan Xiaonan to win this fight against Jessica Andrade on Saturday. Andrade has been up and down throughout her career. At one point, she was competing with the best in the business at the very top. Now, she's fallen and I don't expect her to keep going. Yan is very technically sound and I believe she has all the tools to upset the Brazilian in this fight. Expect a close fight, but I've got the underdog. T.M. Prediction: Unanimous Decision. Line: +152 Line Parameter: play until +135.. |
04-29-23 | Marcos Rogerio de Lima v. Waldo Cortes-Acosta +160 | 1-0 | Loss | -100 | 12 h 46 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Waldo Cortes Acosta - ML I like Waldo Cortes Acosta to win this fight against Marcos Rogerio de Lima on Saturday. A 9-0 underdog? Let's dance. The American is an amazing boxer, who will pick you apart if you want to stand in front of him. He's yet to face defeat in his professional career and he's taking on a veteran, who's getting a bit older. Rogerio de Lima might be Brazilian, but his rapping isn't that strong at all. He may try and grapple a bit, but he won't be as successful as his Arlovski. Give me the underdog in this one. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd KO. Line: +152 Line Parameter: play until +130.. |
04-22-23 | Ryan Garcia v. Gervonta Davis OVER 7.5 | Top | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 14 h 21 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Ryan Garcia / Gervonta Davis - OVER I am on the OVER in the Tank Davis vs. King Ryan fight on Saturday. Just like many others, I see this fight playing out two ways. Either a tank Knockout in the later rounds, or a Garcia decision. I expect a bit of a feeling out process to open the first few rounds. Give me the OVER here in this heavily anticipated fight that everyones been waiting for. T.M. Prediction: Ryan Garcia - Decision Line: O/U 7.5, -135 Line Parameter: play until O/U 7.5, -190.. |
04-15-23 | Pedro Munhoz +185 v. Chris Gutierrez | 1-0 | Win | 185 | 36 h 10 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Pedro Munhoz - ML I like Pedro Munhoz to win this fight against Chris Gutierrez on Saturday. Although Munhoz is a big underdog, he definitely has what it takes to win this fight. He's got excellent counters and has beating some big names in the past. Gutierrez has been able to knock out his opponents in his last two fights, but I expect this to be a tougher matcher for him today. I smell an upset incoming. T.M. Prediction: Decision Win. Line: +200 Line Parameter: play until +175.. |
04-08-23 | Steve Garcia v. Shayilan Nuerdanbieke -170 | 1-0 | Loss | -170 | 10 h 4 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Shayilan Nuerdanbieke - ML I like Shayilan Nuerdanbieke to win this fight against Steve Garcia on Saturday at UFC 287. Shayilan should be able to control this fight on the feet and on the ground. He will stay aggressive throughout this fight and should be able to cause some real damage to Garcia. Although Garcia has a tough chin, it's going to be tough for him to even win a round here. I've got the “Wolverine” here in this one. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd TKO. Line: -190 Line Parameter: play until -215.. |
03-18-23 | Leon Edwards v. Kamaru Usman -240 | 1-0 | Loss | -240 | 11 h 45 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Kamaru Usman - ML I like Kamaru Usman to win this fight against Leon Edwards on Saturday. Although Edwards won the last fight, Usman was killing him the entire fight before then. Usman's made his adjustments and comes into this one as once again the better fighter. I know this line is very large, but I'll gladly lay this price on a fight like this. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd KO. Line: -245 Line Parameter: play until -270.. |
03-11-23 | Merab Dvalishvili v. Petr Yan -240 | 1-0 | Loss | -240 | 12 h 51 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Petr Yan - ML I like Petr Yan to win this fight against Merat Dvalishvili on Saturday. I really liked Yan when this line first came out at -150, and I still like him at this even more expensive price. He's something special and his latest fights don't show that. He's an absolute savage and could very well be the champ right now if the judges were different. I don't expect him to even leave this one up to the judges. Expect an early finish. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd TKO. Line: -255 Line Parameter: play until -300.. |
03-11-23 | Tony Gravely +125 v. Victor Henry | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 31 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Tony Gravely - ML I like Tony Gravely to win this fight against Victor Henry on Saturday. Although Gravely is the “underdog” he's the younger fighter and should have more in the tank here. Even though he's younger, he's got much more experience in the octagon than Henry (7 fights to just 2.) Gravely is also a lot better on the ground and should be able to take Henry down a few times which should give him some extra points. I'm expecting an upset here. T.M. Prediction: Unanimous Decision. Line: +125 Line Parameter: play until -120.. |
03-05-23 | Cyril Gane v. Jon Jones -175 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 17 h 33 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Jon “Bones” Jones. - ML I like Jon “Bones” Jones to win this fight against Cyril Gane un UFC 285 in Las Vegas. Although Jones has been away from the octagon for a long time now, he is, according to many, the greatest fighter to ever step foot in the UFC. Jones brings in an “undefeated” record (his loss was a disqualification) into this fight. He was the best fighter on the planet for many years at Light Heavyweight. Now he's back and he wants gold at the most prestige level in Heavyweight. I have an insane amount of respect for Gane, as he is an outstanding fighter himself. However, I don't see anybody beating Jon Jones in his own country. T.M. Prediction: 4th Rnd TKO. Line: -150 Line Parameter: play until -210.. |
02-18-23 | Jamall Emmers v. Khusein Askhabov -149 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -149 | 10 h 16 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Khusein Askhabov - ML I like Khusein Askhabov to win this fight against Jamall Emmers on Saturday. Emmers will have the experience advantage in this one. However, I don't believe that he is experienced enough to beat this up and coming UFC phenom. Khusein Askhabov owns a perfect professional record of 23-0. He's dominated each and every opponent, leaving just seven of those to a decision. On Saturday, he makes his highly anticipated UFC debut and I expect him to showcase all of his amazing skills. Sit back and watch another Russian killer eat this weekend. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd Ground and Pound. Line: -150 Line Parameter: play until -210.. |
02-11-23 | Josh Emmett v. Yair Rodriguez -180 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 16 h 10 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Yair Rodriguez - ML I like Yair Rodriguez to win this fight against Josh Emmett on February 11th. I have always been a huge fan of Yair Rodriguez. The passion of which he fights with and how electric he is makes him one of the most fascinating fighters to watch. Although he won because of a Brian Ortega injury in his last fight, Rodriguez still looked dominant in that fight. For Emmett, he's won each of his last three fights by decision (one by split.) He's a solid fighter, but I believe that Yair is more creative and will take it to him in this fight. With Emmett being 37 and Rodriguez in his prime at 30 right now, I expect the younger and quicker fighter to step up and come away victorious in this huge Interim Title bout. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Rnd KO. Line: -160 Line Parameter: play until -215.. |
02-05-23 | Kyle Nelson v. Doo Ho Choi -171 | 0-0 | Push | 0 | 18 h 21 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Doo Ho Choi - ML I like Doo Ho Choi to win this fight against Kyle Nelson on February 4th. Although both of these fighters haven't had much success as of late, I believe that Doo Ho Choi is much better overall. Nelson is just 1-4 in the UFC with his only win coming against an 10-8 fighter. Choi has knockout power and I expect him to show it here. Choi should dominate this fight. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd KO Line: -210 Line Parameter: play until -239.. |
01-22-23 | Glover Teixeira v. Jon Hill -135 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 16 h 44 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Jamahal Hill - ML I like Jamahal Hill to win this fight against Glover Teixeira on Saturday. Although Glover has been known by everyone over the years, I believe that his time is up as being one of the best in the division. The 43yr old will be too slow and won't be able to contain the power of the younger Hill. Hill is coming to kill and he won't stop until he gets what he wants. Expect the American to knock Glover out on Saturday night and shock the crowd. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd TKO. Line: -140 Line Parameter: -175.. |
01-21-23 | Deiveson Figueiredo v. Brandon Moreno -125 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 15 h 16 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Brandon Moreno - ML I like Brandon Moreno to win this fight against Deiveson Figueiredo on Saturday. This will be the first ever 4th fight between two opponents in the UFC. Moreno's won one. Figueiredo's won one. The tied the other. In the tie, Deiveson would have won if he didn't land an illegal strike. However, Moreno has proven in back to back fights now that he is more than capable of rocking the champ. I expect Moreno to shock the crowd and win back his belt for Mexico on Saturday. T.M. Prediction: 5th Rnd KO. Line: -125 Line Parameter: play until -155.. |
01-21-23 | Ismael Bonfim v. Terrance McKinney -115 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -115 | 11 h 37 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Terrance McKinney - ML I like Terrance McKinney to win this fight against Ismael Bonfim on Saturday. While Bonfim may be the Brazilian, and at home in this fight, I expect McKinney to dominate from the first bell. McKinney is an all around fighter that can knock you out with one-punch. Bonfim will make his UFC debut and I expect him to get destroyed. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd Submission. Line: -120 Line Parameter: play until -170.. |
12-17-22 | Saidyokub Kakhramonov v. Said Nurmagomedov +100 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 11 h 7 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Said Nurmagomedov I like Said Nurmagomedov to win this fight against Saidyokub Kakhramonov on Saturday. Anyone with the last name of Nurmagomedov is known to be an excellent fighter. Their style from Dagestan is unmatched by many fighters in the entire world. Off a few very good fights from Said, I expect him to get it done again tonight in a huge fight. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd RNC. Line: -110 Line Parameter: play until -140.. |
11-12-22 | Michael Chandler +200 v. Dustin Poirier | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 30 h 48 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Michael Chandler I like "Iron" Michael Chandler to win this fight against Dustin Poirier on Saturday Night at MSG in NY. Michael Chandler sure has made a name for himself since joining the UFC. He may has lost some fights, but his last fight against Tony Ferguson showed everybody that this man is somebody to be careful of. While beating Connor McGregor twice last year, Poirier ended the year off with a loss against former champ Charles Oliveira. Now he fights a very hungry Michael Chandler that still wants glory. Expect a fight with fireworks and for Chandler to pull off the upset on Saturday Night. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Round TKO. |
11-12-22 | Julio Arce v. Montel Jackson -200 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 25 h 5 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Montel Jackson I like Montel Jackson to win this fight against Julio Arce on Saturday at MSG in NY. Montel "Quik" Jackson is known for his quickness, just like his nickname suggests. He's won back to back fights and is now 11-2 in the MMA. On the other hand, Julio Arce has lost 3 out of his last 6 fights. The line is this big for a reason. Don't think twice about loading up on the favorite in this one. T.M. Prediction: Unanimous Decision |
10-22-22 | Beneil Dariush +170 v. Mateusz Gamrot | 1-0 | Win | 170 | 47 h 30 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Beneil Dariush I like Beneil Dariush to win this fight against Mateusz Gamrot on Saturday. Outside of the ring, one wouldn't think much of Beneil, but inside of it, he's an animal. Dariush is a Jui-jitsu/kickboxing expert with a nasty left body kick. When Gamrot switches stances, don't be surprised if Dariush is able to land a few nice shots. The only time Gamrot will be able to win this fight is if Dariush doesn't have the conditioning, which hasn't been a problem for him in his last few fights. Beneil is coming to win this weekend and I wouldn't be shocked at all if he pulls off the big upset in Abu Dabi. T.M. Prediction: Unanimous Decision Win - Dariush |
10-22-22 | Belal Muhammad +125 v. Sean Brady | Top | 1-0 | Win | 125 | 46 h 33 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Belal Muhammad I like Belal Muhammad to win this fight against Sean Brady on Saturday. Although Muhammad is the slight underdog, he is still an excellent fighter. In his no contest against the now champion Leon Edwards, he was backing him up and was possibly even winning that fight at the time of the incident. In each of his last fights he's just been all over his opponent from the opening round. I expect Brady to take him a bit lightly and for Muhammad to shock the world on Saturday. T.M. Prediction: 3rd Round Submission - Muhammad. |
10-22-22 | Makhmud Muradov v. Caio Borralho -200 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 45 h 1 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Caio Borralho I die Caio Borralho to win this fight against Makhmud Muradov on Saturday. Both of these two fighters are capable of fighting on their feet. Borralho is the much better fighter on the ground. If this fight gets to the mat, I don't see Caio losing this fight. Considering their records and how Borralho is much more well-rounded, give me the favorite on Saturday afternoon in Abu Dabi. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd TKO |
07-03-22 | Jared Cannonier v. Israel Adesanya UNDER 4.5 | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 15 h 58 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Adesanya/Cannonier UNDER 4.5 rounds. I am on the under in this Israel Adesanya vs Jared Cannonier fight on Saturday. Adesanya has had an incredible career this far with only 1 loss but that loss was pretty recent, just suffering it last year. He has won 2 fights in a row since then, both by unanimous decision, and I think he is ramping up again to make sure that he doesn’t lose again. I think he is going to win this by TKO or KO and I don’t see this fight going the distance. Cannonier has won 2 fights in a row now but he has also won 4/7 of his previous 7 fights and hasn’t looked great either with some bad losses in there. I don’t think he is going to last very long here and I expect him to get knocked out before this fight even goes the distance. I like the under here. T.M. Prediction: 3 rounds. |
07-02-22 | Max Holloway +170 v. Alexander Volkanovski | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 5 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Max Holloway. I like Max Holloway to win this fight against Alexander Volkanovski on Saturday. Holloway hasn’t had a fight this year yet but I think he is going to start the year off with a big win here. He has won his 2 most recent fights in a row now, going a flawless 2-0 in 2021, and I expect him to continue that here. Both of his previous 2 wins were by Unanimous decision and the man he’s fighting only has 1 loss in his career but I expect that to change. Volkanovski has won 21 fights in a row now but a majority of those came before the year 2020 with only 3 fights after that point. I think his time is up here and I expect him to receive his 1st loss in years to someone who has been fighting more often but is also fresh since this is his 1st fight this year. I like Holloway to win this fight. T.M. Prediction: Holloway by decision. |
07-02-22 | Sean Strickland v. Alberto Pereira +110 | 0-1 | Win | 110 | 14 h 39 m | Show
T.M Selection: Alex Pereira. I like Alex Pereira to win this fight against Sean Strickland on Saturday. Pereira has had an interesting career thus far. He opened his 1st ever fight with a loss but has won 5 fights in a row now including 1 earlier this year. I think he is going to extend that run here witj a win over Strickland. Pereira got his most recent win by a decision but all 4 of his other wins in his career have been by TKO/KO and I expect him to impose his will on Strickland here like he has to other fighters in previous fights. Strickland has won 6 fights in a row now but his 3 most recent fights were all won by decision and I don’t think he will be able to pull that off here. I think Pereira is going to have more firepower here and I think he has a chance to even knock out Strickland but I don’t see Pereira getting knocked out here at all. I like Pereira to win this fight. T.M. Prediction: Pereira by TKO. |
06-11-22 | Jake Matthews v. Andre Fialho -129 | 1-0 | Loss | -129 | 13 h 39 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Andre Fialho. I like Andre Fialho to win this fight against Jake Matthews on Saturday night. Fialho has looked really good in his fights lately winning 2 fights in a row now. He has also won 6/7 of his previous 7 fights with only that 1 loss and that 1 loss came by decision. All 6 of his wins during that time were by KO or TKO and I think he is going to give another great performance in this fight too. Jake Matthews hasn't looked great in his fights lately and I think he is on a bit of a downturn here. He just lost his most recent fight after winning 3 in a row but that is also his 2nd loss in his previous 5 fights. Both of his losses during that time came by submission too while his 3 wins in between were all by decision. I think Fialho has the upper hand here with how good he has looked in his fights lately and I think he can even win this fight with another KO or TKO since he has been racking them up lately. Matthews has not been fighting well lately and even when he gets a win it's by decision which I don't think he will be able to pull off here. I like Andre Fialho to win this fight. T.M. Prediction: Andre Fialho wins by TKO. |
07-31-21 | Uriah Hall v. Sean Strickland UNDER 3.5 | Top | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 14 h 51 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Strickland/Hall UNDER (10* TOTAL OF THE MONTH). I absolutely don't see this one going to decision. Strickland is a big favorite and Hall is going to have to take some risks if he wants to avoid this one going to the cards, where he'd surely lose to the more technical fighter. Each fighter has the power to deliver a KO as well. Look for this fight to fall well under the posted number. T.M. Prediction: Quick KO/SUB etc. |
07-24-21 | TJ Dillashaw v. Cory Sandhagen UNDER 3.5 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -160 | 12 h 53 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Sandhagen/Dillashaw UNDER 3.5 rounds (-166 Pinnacle). Dillishaw has something to prove here after a lengthy suspension for EPO use. He last competed in 2019 when he lost in 32 seonds to Henry Cejudo by knockout. Sandhagen has won 7 of his 8 fights in the UFC, his only loss coming by quick submission against current bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling. This is a make or break fight for each fighter. A lacklustre performance won't help either. I expect fireworks. I also expect that to lead to a very quick fight. T.M. Prediction: Early KO. |
05-15-21 | Tony Ferguson +125 v. Beneil Dariush | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 227 h 36 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Tony Ferguson (10* FIGHT OF MONTH). Tony Ferguson was on a 12 fight win streak until he got annihilated by Justin Gaethje in his last fight. He then got smashed by Charles Oliveira last December. This is a "make it or break it" fight now for Ferguson, who can't afford to keep fighting at this level with three straight losses. Beneil Dariush is a good fighter, but this is a massive step up in competition for him. I like Ferguson to get back into the winners circle here and for Dariush to get overwhelmed in the moment; lay it! T.M. Prediction: TKO/SUB/KO. |
05-08-21 | Christian Aguilera v. Carlston Harris -150 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 53 h 19 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Carlston Harris (10* UFC FIGHT OF THE WEEK). Analysis posted shortly. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/SUB. |
03-06-21 | Aljamain Sterling v. Petr Yan -120 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -120 | 16 h 59 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Petr Yan (10* FIGHT OF THE WEEK.) This is arguably the most anticipated fight on this card tonight. These are two similar fighting fighters, but I like Petr Yan to find a way to deliver. Sterling is a wrestler, and Yan is more of a striker. This cage is slightly smaller for APEX, which is going to help the champion Yan, as Sterling will have much less room to move and hit from the outside. Sterling hasn't record a knockdown in his UFC career and I don't think he'll be able to stand with Yan at the end of the night! T.M. Prediction: Sub/TKO/KO. |
02-06-21 | Manel Kape v. Alexandre Pantoja -125 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 220 h 25 m | Show |
TM Selection: Alexandre Pantoja Pantoja is 22-5 and climbing his way up to a title shot. Pantoja is out to atone for a loss to Askar Askarov . Previous to that Pantoja had won three straight and he'd go to a decision with Deiveson Figuiredo as well. Manuel Kape is 15-4, but he's making his UFC debut here. Pantoja's experience is key in this play for me. Too many unknowns about Kape that I don't trust. Great price as well! T.M. Prediction: TKO/KO/SUBMISSION (2nd RND KO) |
01-20-21 | Vinicius Moreira +120 v. Ike Villanueva | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 49 h 46 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Vinicius Moreira (10* PLAY OF THE WEEK). Ike Villaneuva is 17-11 andhe's struggled, by losing four in a row. Vinicius Moreira is 9-4 and he can empathize, as he hasn't won since 2018. These are two fighters who will be swinging for the fences, looking to extend their careers at least one more fight after this. Moreira though is definitely the better wrestler and grappler and because Villaneuva lack KO power at this point of his career, I believe that will ultimately prove to be the difference in the end. Great value on Moreira here in my opinion. T.M. Prediction: KO/DECISION/SUB/TKO |
10-31-20 | Anderson Silva v. Uriah Hall UNDER 4.5 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 28 h 59 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Anderson Silva/Uriah Hall UNDER (10* TOTAL OF MONTH). Anderson Silva will be looking to go out in a blaze of glory here in my opinion, as this will be his final fight ever. Most recently he was beaten by TKO in the first round by Jared Cannonier in Mya. Uriah Hall on the other hand beat Antonio Carlos Junior last September: "Anderson has been someone I've idolized for years, so to me that's a trophy fight," Hall said. "It's a championship fight to me in my mind." With both men pushing hard from the start, look for this one to end quickly! T.M. Prediction: Under 4.5 rounds. |
10-24-20 | Justin Gaethje +280 v. Khabib Nurmagomedov | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 26 h 32 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Justin Gaethje (10* PLAY OF THE WEEK). If you want to know the strengths and weaknesses of each of these fighters and don't know anything about MMA whatsoever, then there's plenty of websites and information out there to get you caught up on the ins and outs and of the sport and the cast of characters. I think that if you've bought this play off me, you know how Justin Gaethje and Khabib Nurmagomedov are. These are arguably the top two fighters on the planet right now and this is a huge fight. So why is Gaetheje going to upset Nurmagomedov tonight? Gaethje has the ability to ends fight early, but he also has the stamina to go five rounds. Gaethje has fought more recently than Nurmagomedov and I think that is definitely working in his favor as well. This one has upset written all over it for the American, which will then set up a great second fight for Dana White. Great value on the hard-throwing GAETHJE! T.M. Prediction: KO/SUB/TKO/DECISION. |
09-27-20 | Paulo Costa +152 v. Israel Adesanya | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 111 h 13 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Paulo Costa (10* FIGHT OF THE YEAR). Israel Adesanya enters this fight with a 19-0 record. Adesanya is very disciplined and waits for his opponent to make the first mistake, but I think he'll have his hands full here with Paulo Costa, who comes in hungry at 13-0. Costa has won 85 percent of his fights by KO. Costa enters off a decision win which earned him fight of the night. Costa is a "big" fighter at middleweight and his strikes do significant damage. Costa likes to push the pace and has large cardio reserves. I don't think that Adesanya can handle Costa's power and I think the up and coming fighter will find a way to get the job done at the end of the night! T.M. Prediction: KO/SUB/DECISION/TKO. |
09-19-20 | Tyron Woodley v. Colby Covington UNDER 4.5 | Top | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 32 h 19 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Woodley/Covington UNDER 4.5 RNDS (10* TOTAL OF THE WEEK). Both fighter will be swinging for the fences here. Woodley is 38 and he won't be afraid to eat a few punches from Covington, who doesn't hit particularly hard. Covington though will be relentless as he tries to wear out the older fighter and it could just work. Woodley got bumrushed by Burns earlier in the year, so he'll be out to prove that he still has his explosiveness. Look for these two fighters to end this one early and avoid the judges decision. T.M. Prediction: Sub/KO/TKO. |
09-19-20 | Ryan Spann +110 v. Johnny Walker | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 31 h 9 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Ryan Spann (10* PLAY OF THE WEEK). Johnny Walker is 17-5 overall and 3-2 in the UFC. Walker ended his first three fights by KO in the first round, but he enters on a downward trend having lost two straight. Ryan Spann is 18-5 and since entering the UFC he's won four in a row. Spann is on an upward trajectory and I think he continues that momentum here. Spann is more precise and quicker than Walker and I think he'll avoid getting into a slug-fest here. Spann has the higher MMA IQ here and I expect him to find a way to get the job done at the end of the night. T.M. Prediction: Sub/KO/TKO/Decision. |
09-12-20 | Kyle Nelson v. Billy Quarantillo UNDER 2.5 | Top | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 11 h 33 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Nelson/Quarantillo UNDER 2.5 -143 Pinnacle (10* TOTAL OF THE MONTH). I'm expecting a quick finish between Billy Quanrantillo and Kyle Nelson on Saturday night. Quarantillo has won seven in a row. He's big, with a 70 inch reach and he has extreme knock out power in his hands. He also has two victories via the triangle choke, so he can pretty much do it all. Nelson is 13-3 and he's won seven of his last nine fights. Nelson likes going for the hail mary KO, as his last three victories have all been KO's. These two guys are ready to square up and lay a beating on each other and I expect that to result in a very quick finish. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/SUB |
08-29-20 | Bill Algeo v. Ricardo Lamas UNDER 2.5 | Top | 0-1 | Push | 0 | 13 h 36 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Algeo/Lamas UNDER 2.5 RNDS (10* TOTAL OF THE WEEK). Ricardo Lamas against Bill Algeo in a featherweight bout and I'm expecting some "fireworks." Alego is 13-4, but he's making his UFC debut here and clearly he'll want to leave an impression. Lamas is coming off a KO/TKO loss to Calvin Kattar so the pressure is on the veteran. With these two hungry fighters looking for an explosive result, look for this fight to end sooner, rather than later! T.M. Prediction: Quick stoppage by TKO/KO or submission. |
08-29-20 | Alessio Di Chirico -115 v. Zak Cummings | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -115 | 11 h 17 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Alessio Di Chirico (10* UFC FIGHT OF THE WEEK). Alessio "Manzo" Di Chirico is 12-4. Di Chirico is the superior wrestler to Cummings and I think that's going to play a big factor here. Di Chirico comes in off a decision loss to Makhmud Muradov, while Cummings fell to Omari Akhmedov. Chirico's superior striking and wrestling is the difference in this one, lay the short price! T.M. Prediction: KO/SUB/DECISION. |
08-16-20 | Stipe Miocic -105 v. Daniel Cormier | Top | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 29 h 60 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Miocic (10* FIGHT OF MONTH). I think the taller Stipe Miocic will find a way to get the job done here vs. the aging Daniel Cormier. Cormier won the first fight in a first round stunner, but then Miocic won in a KO in the fourth round in the second fight. I think Miocic has the blue-print to beat Cormier, he was just got with a "lucky" shot in the first fight. Miocic won't get caught with another blow like that and I think he can absorb anything that Cormier tries to throw his way. All things considered, I think this is the very definition of "great line value." T.M. Prediction: KO/Decision/Submission. |
07-25-20 | Darren Till v. Robert Whittaker -110 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 129 h 14 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Robert Whittaker (10* BANKROLL BUILDER). Whittaker is ranked No. 1 in the middleweight division, while Darren Till is ranked No. 5. Both fighters moved up from 170 lbs, but Whittaker has been much quicker than most of his opponents, while still retaining his KO power. Whittaker has been around a while and this is a chance to move back into championship contention. Till looked decent vs. Gastelum in his last fight, but I believe he'll struggle in this step up in competition. I think the Aussie carries over his recent momentum to a solid victory here. T.M. Prediction: Knock-out/Decision/Submission. |
07-18-20 | Jack Hermansson v. Kelvin Gastelum -120 | Top | 1-0 | Loss | -120 | 277 h 45 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Kelvin Gastelum (10* UFC PLAY OF THE MONTH). Both fighters are coming off a loss, but I feel that this is a matchup which highly favors Kelvin Gastelum. Note that Gastelum is ranked sixth and Jack Hermansson is ranked ninth. Hermansson is 20-5 overall, but after winning four in a row, he enters off a loss to Jared Cannonier in September. Gastelum comes off a tough split decision loss to Darren Till at UFC 244 in November, but I beleive his superior punching power will be the difference maker in the end in this one. Lay the short price on the hard-hitting southpaw! T.M. Prediction: Knock-out/submission/decision. |
07-11-20 | Max Holloway +200 v. Alex Volkanovski | Top | 0-5 | Loss | -100 | 126 h 6 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Max Hollaway (10* UNDERDOG OF THE WEEK). They say that "revenge" is a dish best served "cold." While Max Holloway fell to Alexander Volkanovski last time out, I think he'll bounce back here on Fight Island. Volkanovski is 21-1 overall and 8-0 in the UFC. Three of his last four fights have come by unanimous decision though, with one being by KO vs. Chad Mendes. Holloway is 21-5, but he's lost two of his last three fights. Holloway is still the No. 1 contendor and I think he's going to learn from his first loss vs. Volkanovski and use his endurance and patience to find his spot for the upset in this one. Great underdog value here! T.M. Prediction: Knock-out/Decision/Submission. |
07-11-20 | Jiri Prochazka v. Volkan Oezdemir -160 | 1-0 | Loss | -160 | 124 h 2 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Volkan Oezdemir (8* MONEY-MAKER). Volkan Oezdemir is the seventh ranked fighter in the light heavyweight division. His counterpart Jiri Prochazka is unranked. Oezdemir is in fact 17-4 overall and he enters on top form, having won two fights in a row. Skilled on both his feet or on the mat, Oezdemir last got the better of Aleksandar Rakic in December of 2019. This is a tough spot for Prochazka though, who is making his UFC debut in this unique environment. Prochazka is 26-3 and while he does possess a ton of power, I don't think he's nearly as well rounded as Oezdemir. I'm laying the price! T.M. Prediction: Knock-out/Decision/Submission. |
05-16-20 | Alistair Overeem v. Walt Harris -156 | 1-0 | Loss | -156 | 135 h 55 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Walt Harris -161 Pinnacle (9* BANKROLL BUILDER). Alistair Overeem is ranked eighth, while Walt Harris is ranked ninth in the division. Overeem is 45-18 and in his last fight he was beaten by Jairzinho Rozenstruik by KO in the final few seconds of Round 5. Harris is 13-7 and he enters off two victories in a row, including a 12 second KO of Aleksei Oleinik in his last outing. Overeem is a difficult opponent here for Harris, but I think the younger fighter's power will be too much for the veteran to overcome here. Lay it. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/Submission/Decision. |
05-16-20 | Cortney Casey -150 v. Mara Romero Borella | Top | 1-0 | Win | 100 | 130 h 15 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Cortney Casey -147 Pinnacle (10* PLAY OF MONTH). Cast Iron Cortney Casey is 8-7-0, while Mara Romero Brorella is 12-7-0. Both ladies are 33-years old. I think Casey though could/should easily be a much bigger fave here. For one, Casey lands 4.80 significant strikes per minute, compared to just 2.61 for Romero Borella. Casey went the distance in her last fight, but came up on the wrong end of the decision vs. Cynthia Calvillo. Same thing for Romero Borella, who went three rounds and lost in a decision to Montana De La Rosa in her last outing. Expect the superior accuracty of Casey though to be the difference tonight and lay the price with confidence. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/Submission/Decision. |
05-16-20 | Rodrigo Nascimento v. Don Tale Mayes -120 | 1-0 | Loss | -120 | 130 h 44 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Don'Tale Mays -112 Pinnacle (8* MONEY-MAKER). This bout was originally scheduled for the second half of April, but the recent Pandemic closed that event down. But now Dontale Mayes (7-3, 6'6" tall) and Rodrigo Nascimento (7-0, 6'3" tall) are ready to go on Wednesday night's card. Both fighters are new to the UFC, with Mayes having competed once already and Nascimento making his debut. Mayes lost by submission in his first fight, so the pressure is on to bounce back here. And I think with that first fight out of the way, that the hard-hitting heavyweight does indeed have a sizeable advantage over his opponent tonight. Nascimento is in over his head in his debut in my opinion. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/Submission/Decision. |
05-13-20 | Michael Johnson v. Thiago Moises -105 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 61 h 41 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Thiago Moises -106 Pinnacle (10* GAME OF THE WEEK). Michael Johnson: He's 19-15 in MMA and 11-11 in the UFC. Johnson has fought the who's who of the division, including champion Khabib. Johnson enters this one on a two-fight losing streak: “Unfortunately, I put myself in a position to where I’m having to fight these newer guys,” Johnson told MMA Junkie Radio. “It doesn’t really sit well for me, but I’m in the trenches and I’ve got to fight my way back up to the top and get back to these big names." To me, this sounds like a man that's already defeated and hating having to take this fight. Thiago Moises: The 25 year old Brazilian has a big opportunity here to take out the veteran Johnson and build upon having won three of his past five fights. I think Johnson is out of gas and I fully expect the younger and hungrier fighter to take advantage. T.M. Prediction: KO/TKO/Submission/Decision. |
05-10-20 | Justin Gaethje +155 v. Tony Ferguson | 1-0 | Win | 155 | 183 h 17 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Justin Gaethje (+158 Pinnacle). Odds like this in the UFC, especially in a main event, means that the oddsmakers do in fact feel that these two fighters are very evenly matched. In all honest, it would be very easy to write a convincing argument for either of these accomplished fighters to win this fight. Tony Ferguson was originally supposed to be fighting Khabib Nurmagomedov, but that fight was put on hold due to injury. Then it was put on hold because of the Coronavirus. Ferguson has stepped up in this difficult time to take this fight, but the letdown factor of having to face this "lesser" opponent will be a factor in my opinion. Justin Gaethje will look to take advantage and take full control of his destiny here (is 21-2 and won ten of his last 12 fights.) Both have big power in their hands and each is skilled on the ground. I think the underdog fighter is the correct call in the main event for UFC 249. T.M. Prediction: Knock-out/submission. |
05-09-20 | Michelle Waterson v. Carla Esparza -150 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 269 h 1 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Carla Esparza (9* MONEY-MAKER). Michelle Waterson: She's 17-7 and she's split her last six fights, most recently coming off a loss to Joanna Jedrzejczyk. Waterson was completely overmatched in that contest and while a skilled fighter, I believe she's once again over her head vs. her more balanced opponent. Carla Esparza: She's 15-6 and she's won five of her last eight in the Octagon, most recently taking out Alexa Grasso in September. Esparza has won two in a row and I believe she has serious advantages over her opponent in this one, including in the clinch and on the ground. T.M. Prediction: Submission/Decision. |
03-14-20 | Bruno Silva -112 v. David Dvorak | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -112 | 24 h 23 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Bruno Silva (10* GAME OF MONTH). The winner of this fight will likely be positioned well for a title shot. Bruno Silva is 10-4-2 in MMA and 0-1 in UFC, while David Dvorak is 17-3 overall. Dvorak though is making his UFC debut tonight and considering the circumstances with the coranavirus, I think the rookie will have his hands full with the more experienced Silva. I think what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger and smarter. Silva is looking to bounce back from his UFC debut loss to Khalid Taha, who actually missed weight for that fight and which was held at bantamweight. Silva is much more comfortable on the ground than his opponent as well. For all the reasons listed above, take Silva to win! T.M. Prediction: Decision/Knock out. |
02-22-20 | Deontay Wilder -116 v. Tyson Fury | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -116 | 15 h 33 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Deontay Wilder (10* TRADE-MARK). These two fighters went to a split draw in December 2018. Ultimately I expect Wilder to win this fight. Both fighters have knock out power, but Wilder is going to easily win on points. Overall Wilder's superior athletic skill should be more than enough to earn him the win vs. the less calculated Fury. T.M. Prediction: Wilder to win. |
01-25-20 | Herbert Burns +101 v. Nate Landwehr | Top | 1-0 | Win | 101 | 5 h 50 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Herbert Burns Both of these two fighters enter this one having never fought in the octagon. But, that doesn't mean that the fight cannot be any good. Herbert Burns is 9-2 in the MMA and he is a submission master. On the other hand, Nate Landwehr may have a slightly better record, at 13-2, but he has never once fought someone like Burns who can absolutely crush you with his ground fighting ability. Take Herbert Burns. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Rnd Triangle Arm Bar |
01-18-20 | Raquel Pennington v. Holly Holm -125 | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 11 h 7 m | Show
T.M. Selection: Holly Holm These two women met in Holly Holm's debut. Although it was via. decision, Holm did take home the victory, and that got her started. She went on to beat Ronda Rousey and shock the entire world. For Raquel Pennington, she brings in a 10-7 record. She won here last fight, but other than that, she has never really made a huge run of any sort in the UFC. Expect Holm to crush Pennington AGAIN, this time by Knockout. T.M. Prediction: 1st Round KO |
12-14-19 | Jose Aldo +170 v. Marlon Moraes | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 23 h 22 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Jose Aldo This could possibly be the biggest UFC Fight Night ever. In this one, former 3-time Featherweight Champ, Jose Aldo will take on Marlon Moraes. Moraes is off a huge loss to Henry Cejodo last time out. Aldo is born ready and may be one of the greatest to ever step in the octagon. If I'm taking one out of these two, Jose Aldo is my man. He may be a bit long in the tooth, but he's still got lots in him. It's time to shock the entire world! Take Aldo. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Round TKO |
11-09-19 | Dalcha Lungiambula +335 v. Magomed Ankalaev | Top | 0-1 | Loss | -100 | 16 h 55 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Dalcha Lungiambula I know that Dalcha Lungiambula is a humongous underdog. I know that he's against the home crowd. But, the man who they call "Champion," is not called that for no reason. This man means business. He has been crushing his opponents left and right and he expects to do the exact same thing here. Magomed Ankalaev, his opponent, lost his only fight as a -700 favorite. Although he's 11-1, Ankalaev has never fought someone like "Champion." Dalcha is a mean, lean, fighting machine. I like the underdog here. T.M. Prediction: 2nd Round KO |
11-02-19 | Blagoi Ivanov v. Derrick Lewis -106 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 22 h 59 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Derrick Lewis Derrick "The Black Beast" Lewis has earned his nickname from his massive striking ability. He's got huge power behind him. He'll be going up against Blagoy Ivanov, who will have the disadvantage in this one. Lewis enters with a 79 in reach, while Ivanov comes in with only a 73 in reach. I expect "The Black Beast" to get it done on Saurday Night. Take Lewis. T.M. Prediction: TKO 2nd Round |
10-26-19 | Demian Maia +138 v. Ben Askren | Top | 1-0 | Win | 138 | 12 h 14 m | Show |
T.M. Selection: Demian Maia The Brazilian comes into this one with a huge 82.5 inch leg reach while Askren only has a 78 inch. "Funky" is off one of the nastiest 1st round KO's in UFC history to Jorge Masvidal. Expect Demian Maia's grappling dominance to be too much for the American to handle in Singapore. Take Maia. T.M. Prediction: 4th Round Rear Naked Choke |
