08-31-19 | Pirates v. Rockies +101 | 11-4 | Loss | -100 | 21 h 52 m | Show
High Roller Play on Rockies +101 Joe Musgrove (8-12) of the Pittsburgh Pirates battles Tim Melville (1-0 0.75 ERA) of the Colorado Rockies. Musgrove has allowed 20 earned runs over his last 27 innings (6.67 ERA). Melville has only made two appearances so far this season for a total of 12 innings, but he has looked solid in that small sample size. He shutout the Atlanta Braves sixth-best scoring offense in five innings and only allowed one earned run to the Arizona Diamondbacks ninth-ranked offense in seven innings. Both teams are more potent offensively than the Braves and Melville shut them down. Musgrove has had his fair share of rough outings this season. Look for Melville to get the better of Musgrove and put the Rockies in a great position to pick up the win. |

08-31-19 | Twins -134 v. Tigers | Top | 7-10 | Loss | -134 | 24 h 34 m | Show |

Perez went six innings and only allowed two earned runs against the Tigers in his last start. Boyd got torched by the Twins in his last start, allowing seven earned runs in six innings. Over his last four starts, Boyd has an ERA of 8.15. The Twins are on a six-game winning streak and have averaged over eight runs per game in that span. The Tigers have lost six games in a row and are averaging under three runs per game in that span. The Twins get to Boyd again tonight and pick up their seventh-straight win. |

08-31-19 | Astros -161 v. Blue Jays | 4-6 | Loss | -161 | 21 h 31 m | Show
High Roller Play on Astros -161 The high and mighty Houston Astros take on the struggling Toronto Blue Jays. Framber Valdez (4-6 5.14 ERA) will start for the Astros and Clay Buchholz (0-3 5.87 ERA) will start for the Blue Jays. Valdez is coming off of one of his best games of the season, going six innings only allowing one earned run against the Los Angeles Angels. In his start against the Blue Jays earlier this season, Valdez allowed just two earned runs in six innings. Buchholz has made six starts and has allowed at least one home run in every start but one. Over his last five starts, Buccholz has an ERA of 6.93. The Astros are averaging just under 10 runs per game over their last five games. Houston is 7-1 SU in their last eight games while the Blue Jays are 2-9 SU in their last 11. Houston cruises to victory today. |

08-31-19 | A's +151 v. Yankees | 3-4 | Loss | -100 | 18 h 29 m | Show
High Roller Play on A's +151 The Oakland A's will look to go 5-0 against the New York Yankees with another win tonight. The A's are the only team that the Yankees have faced this season and haven't beaten. Domingo German (17-3 4.03 ERA) will start for the Yankees and battle Homer Bailey (12-8 5.04 ERA) of the A's. German's ERA has risen from 3.40 back in mid-July to over four now. German has allowed 15 home runs over his last eight starts. Last time against the A's, German allowed five earned runs in just 5.1 innings. Bailey has only allowed four earned runs in his last three starts. 08-30-19 | Padres v. Giants -128 | 3-8 | Win | 100 | 29 h 27 m | Show
High Roller Play on Giants -128 Two N.L. West foes, San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres, battle it out in the second of a four-game series. Dinelson Lamer (2-2 4.30 ERA) starts for the Padres and Madison Bumgarner (8-8 3.71 ERA) gets the start for the Giants. Lamet has allowed nine earned runs in his last three starts (5.06 ERA). Bumgarner has been solid for the most part over his last four starts, allowing seven earned runs in 25 innings (2.52 ERA). Bumgarner also has a 1.10 WHIP on the season with 168 strikeouts in 169.2 innings. Bumgarner is having another solid season and the Padres have only scored 18 runs in their last seven games (2.6 runs per game). Madbum picks up the win for the Giants tonight. |
|||||||
08-30-19 | White Sox +182 v. Braves | Top | 7-10 | Loss | -100 | 23 h 41 m | Show |
No Limit Play on White Sox +182 Ivan Nova (9-10 4.37 ERA) and the Chicago White Sox take on Max Fried (14-4 4.03 ERA) and the Atlanta Braves. Nova has been one of baseball's best pitchers since July 22nd. Over his last seven starts, Nova has an ERA of 0.94. Most of those starts have been against quality opponents (Texas, Minnesota (2x), Houston, and Philadelphia. Fried has gotten a bit roughed up over his last two starts, allowing eight earned runs in just 10 innings (7.20 ERA). With the way Nova is pitching, the Braves offense (which has struggled in three of their last four games) is going to continue to struggle. The White Sox should be able to pull the upset with Nova putting up another strong outing on the mound. |
|||||||
08-30-19 | Marlins +230 v. Nationals | 6-7 | Loss | -100 | 22 h 17 m | Show
High Roller Play on Marlins +230 The Miami Marlins and Elieser Hernandez (3-5 4.97 ERA) take on the Washington Nationals and Anibal Sanchez (8-6 3.81 ERA). Hernandez has been pretty solid this season outisde of his appearances against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Hernandez has allowed 21 earned runs since july 7th and 10 of them have come against the Dodgers. Outside of those two games, Hernandez owns a respectable 3.54 ERA. Sanchez has a 4.44 ERA over his last five starts. Hernandez owns the better WHIP (1.22 against 1.32) than Sanchez and also has a better strikeout to walk ratio. Hernandez will be the better pitcher in tonight's game and the Marlins will pull the upset. |
|||||||
08-29-19 | Padres v. Giants +113 | Top | 5-3 | Loss | -100 | 29 h 15 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Giants +113 Chris Paddack (7-7 3.84 ERA) and the San Diego Padres take on Dereck Rodriguez (5-6 5.26 ERA) and the San Francisco Giants. Paddack has great numbers this season but had been getting lit up his last four starts. He has allowed 19 earned runs in 17 innings over those four starts (10.06 ERA). He has also allowd six home runs in that span. Rodriguez only allowed two earned runs in seven innings against the Padres earlier this season. Since August 11th, The Giants have been averaging 5.8 runs per game. With Paddack struggling so badly right now, the Giants' should stay hot on offense and take this game from Paddack and the Padres. |
|||||||
08-29-19 | Cubs v. Mets -170 | 4-1 | Loss | -170 | 26 h 19 m | Show
High Roller Play on Mets -170 The New York Mets need another stellar performance from their ace Jacob deGrom (8-7 2.56 ERA). They will go up against the Chicago Cubs and try to avoid their sixth-straight loss. Lucky for them, Jon Lester (10-9 4.49 ERA) has been struggling lately. Lester has two solid starts mixed inbetween five rough outings. Over those last seven starts, Lester has an ERA of 6.51. deGrom has been on fire since the start of July, only allowing eight earned runs since then (1.22 ERA). The Mets offense did well to respond when down 10-1 yesterday to put up six unanswered runs. Knowing they need a win, look for the Mets' bats to come out swinging while deGrom continues his dominance on the mound. |
|||||||
08-28-19 | A's v. Royals OVER 9 | 4-6 | Win | 100 | 28 h 45 m | Show
High Roller Play on A's vs Royals over9 -105 Tanner Roark (8-8 3.95 ERA) and the Oakland A's battle Jakob Junis (8-12 4.89 ERA) and the Kansas City Royals. Roark has allowed four or more earned runs in about 1/4 of his starts this season. Junis has allowed four or more earned runs in 12 of his 27 starts this season (44.4%). Junis has allowed seven earned runs over his last 10.1 innings (6.09 ERA). The A's are averaging 6.7 runs per game over their last seven and have scored 21 runs in ther two games against the Royals this series. The total is 35-27-3 in Kansas City this season. Look for plenty of runs from both teams tonight as both pitchers have rough outings. Cash in on the OVER in this game. |
|||||||
08-28-19 | A's -147 v. Royals | 4-6 | Loss | -147 | 27 h 60 m | Show
High Roller Play on A's -147 Tanner Roark (8-8 3.95 ERA) has pitched well since joining the Oakland Athletic's (2-1 2.63 ERA). Jakob Junis (8-12 4.89 ERA) of the Royals has struggled most of the season. Over his last two starts Junis owns an ERA above six and the Royals are 1-9 SU in their last 10 games at home. Oakland is 9-3 SU over their last 12 games and that includes games against the Astros and Yankees. Oakland has already outscored Kansas City 21-5 in the two games of this series so far. Roark should continue his hot pitching as an Athletic against a Royals' offense that ranks 27th in runs per game. Knowing they need every win at this point in the season if they want to sneak into the playoffs, Oakland will not be overlooking tonight's game. |
|||||||
08-28-19 | Yankees -205 v. Mariners | Top | 7-3 | Win | 100 | 24 h 40 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Yankees -205 The New York Yankees will go for the sweep of the Seattle Mariners tonight. Ex-Mariner James Paxton (10-6 4.43 ERA) of the Yankees will face off against Justus Sheffield (0-0 6.43 ERA). Coming off of a solid performance against one of the league's best offenses (6.2 innings allowing two earned runs to the Los Angeles Dodgers), Paxton should be able to handle the Mariners declining offense. Paxton is currently on a five-game win streak. Sheffield has only made two appearances this season for a total of seven innings. April 26th was his first and August 23rd was his second where he allowed three earned runs on seven hits in just four innings. The Yankees are 12-2 SU in their last 14 games against Seattle and their offense should cruise against Sheffield tonight. |
|||||||
08-27-19 | Yankees -180 v. Mariners | 7-0 | Win | 100 | 30 h 40 m | Show
High Roller Play on Yankees -180 Yusei Kikuchi (5-8 5.19 ERA) and the Seattle Mariners battle Masahiro Tanaka (9-7 4.68 ERA) and the New York Yankees. Kikuchi is coming off what appears to be a fluke complete-game shutout (against the Toronto Blue Jays). Prior to that outing, Kikuchi allowed 21 earned runs in his last 24 innings (7.87 ERA). The Yankees, second-best offense in baseball, won't allow for Kikuchi to put up back-to-back great starts. Tanaka saw Seattle back in May and allowed two earned runs in 6.1 innings. The last time he pitched against the Blue Jays, he almost mirrored Kikuchi's success, going eight scoreless. The Yankees have won 11 of their last 13 games against Seattle and are 16-3 SU in their last 19 games in Seattle. Tanaka rolls and Kikuchi crashes back to earth as the Yankees take another game from the Mariners. |
|||||||
08-27-19 | Pirates v. Phillies -123 | 5-4 | Loss | -123 | 27 h 35 m | Show
High Roller Play on Phillies -123 Drew Smyly (2-6 6.99 ERA) gets the start for the Philadelphia Phillies as they take on Steven Brault (3-3 3.98 ERA) and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Smyly had one of his best games of the season against the Pirates earlier this year. He went six innings only allowing four hits and one earned run while striking out eight. The Phillies are averaging seven runs per game over their last four games. Philadelphia is 8-4 SU in their last 12 games and 9-2 SU in their last 11 against the Pirates. The better offense and a pitcher who does well against the Pirates, the Phillies should take the second game of this series. |
|||||||
08-27-19 | Orioles v. Nationals -300 | Top | 2-0 | Loss | -300 | 27 h 35 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Nationals -300 The Washington Nationals look to continue building a lead for the top wild card spot with a win tonight against the Baltimore Orioles. Patrick Corbin (10-5 3.17 ERA) will start for the Nationals and take on Aaron Brooks (3-7 6.21 ERA). Brooks faced the Nationals once this season and allowed one earned run in just 2.2 innings. Over his last six appearances, Brooks has allowed 28 earned runs in 27 innings (9.33 ERA). Corbin has quietly put together one of the best season on the mound in the N.L. Over his last three starts he has only allowed three earned runs in 20 innings (1.35 ERA). Baltimore is 0-7 SU in their last seven road games while the Nationals are 12-2 SU in their last 14 and currently on a five-game winning streak. |

The Tigers have baseball's worst record and Jackson has been one of baseball's worst pitchers in his limited time this season. Jackson has only pitched 44.2 innings and already has 20 walks and owns a 1.88 WHIP. He has only pitched more than five innings once this season and has allowed four or more runs five times this season. Minnesota is 12-5 SU in their last 17 games against the Tigers and Detroit is 5-15 SU in their last 20 road games. |

08-24-19 | Royals v. Indians -320 | 2-4 | Win | 100 | 26 h 8 m | Show
High Roller Play on Indians -320 After a 4-1 victory yesterday the Cleveland Indians look for another win tonight against the Kansas City Royals. Glenn Sparkman (3-8 5.40 ERA) gets the start for Kansas City and Mike Clevinger (8-2 3.11 ERA) will start for Cleveland. Sparkman has only put together one good start over his last seven. In that span he allowed 30 earned runs in 36 innings (7.50 ERA). The Indians have owned Sparkman this season, putting up 17 earned runs in 16.1 innings against him across three starts. Clevinger has been excellent since the start of July, allowing one earned run or less in six of nine starts. In two starts against the Royals Clevinger has only allowed one earned run in 13 innings. Cleveland is 14-3 SU in its last 17 games against the A.L. Central. |
|||||||
08-24-19 | Yankees v. Dodgers -140 | Top | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 23 h 23 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Dodgers -140 In a potential World Series matchup, the Los Angeles Dodgers take on the New York Yankees. Dodgers rookie Tony Gonsolin (1-1 3.00 ERA) will battle Yankees veteran CC Sabathia (8-7 5.01 ERA). Gonsolin has made four appearances so far this season and his last three he has looked great. He has only allowed two earned runs over his last 14 innings with 12 strikeouts and just one walk. Gonsolin has a 0.94 WHIP with 15 strikeouts and just one walk in 18 innings this season. Sabathia started the year out solid but has since declined. His ERA has increased from 2.97 back on May 17th. Over his last three starts, Sabathia has allowed 15 earned runs in just 11.1 innings (11.91 ERA). The Yankees are 1-4 SU in their last five games while the Dodgers are 13-5 SU in their last 18. |
|||||||
08-23-19 | Angels +260 v. Astros | 4-5 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 6 m | Show
High Roller Play on Angels +260 Zack Greinke (13-4 2.84 ERA) makes his fourth start as a Houston Astros and will take on Jose Suarez (2-4 6.75 ERA) and the Los Angeles Angels. Greinke hasn't pitched his best in his 13 career appearances against the Angels (4-5 3.94 ERA). The Astros are a little banged up with Carlos Correa and Aledmys Diaz out of tonight's game. The Astros have struggled of late, going 4-6 SU in their last 10 games (three of those wins coming against the Detroit Tigers). The Angels are averaging six runs per game over their last 10 games. The Angels are 38-28 ATS on the road this season. Look for the Angels to pull the upset tonight with the hotter offense against a struggling and banged up Astros team. |
|||||||
08-23-19 | Rangers v. White Sox +138 | Top | 3-8 | Win | 138 | 28 h 40 m | Show |
No Limit Play on White Sox +138 Lance Lynn (14-8 3.60 ERA) and the Texas Rangers battle Dyland Cease (2-6 5.93 ERA) and the improving Chicago White Sox. Lynn allowed five earned runs in seven innings in his only start against the White Sox this season. In his last start, Lynn allowed three earned runs and five walks in just five innings, against the Minnesota Twins. Home runs have been an issue for Cease this season but the Rangers are 22nd in home runs hit this season. The Rangers are 5-12 SU in their last 17 games and 2-11 SU against the White Sox in their last 13 games in Chicago. Cease should be able to keep the ball in the park today against a Rangers team that doesn't hit many home runs. Expect the White Sox to continue their hot hitting at the plate tonight (six runs per game over their last nine). |
|||||||
08-23-19 | Braves v. Mets -173 | 2-1 | Loss | -173 | 27 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Mets -173 The New York Mets take on division rival Atlanta Braves in an important series to keep the Mets close in the Wild Card race. Mets' ace Jacob deGrom (8-7 2.61 ERA) takes the mound tonight and will go up against the struggling Mike Foltynewicz (4-5 6.09 ERA). deGrom has put together one of the best seasons of any pitcher in baseball this season. He has 194 strikeouts in 155 innings and owns a 1.05 WHIP. deGrom has lowered his ERA in nine straight starts. Since May 22nd, deGrom has only allowed more than two earned runs in a start once, and it was three runs. Foltynewicz has allowed four or more earned runs in half of his 14 starts this season and has yet to pitch more than six innings in any single start. The Mets are 13-1 SU in their last 14 home games. |
|||||||
08-22-19 | Yankees -102 v. A's | 3-5 | Loss | -102 | 29 h 7 m | Show
High Roller Play on Yankees -102 The Oakland A's will look for their own sweep tonight against the New York Yankees. Tanner Roark (7-8 4.01 ERA) gets the start for Oakland while Masahiro Tanaka (9-6 4.56 ERA) takes the hill for the Yankees. After a bit of a rough stretch, Tanaka has rebounded with two strong outings in his last two starts (two earned runs and zero walks in 14.1 innings). Both of those runs came via solo home runs. Roark has allowed 14 home runs in his last 12 starts and the Yankees are the second-best home run hitting team in the Majors. The Yankees offense, which is first in the league in runs per game, will be too much for Roark to handle as New York avoids the sweep with a big offensive day and a third-consecutive strong start from Tanaka. |
|||||||
08-22-19 | Indians +140 v. Mets | Top | 0-2 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 40 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Indians +140 The New York Mets will try for the sweep of the Cleveland Indians tonight as they send out Noah Syndergaard (8-6 3.86 ERA). The Indians respond with rookie Aaron Civale (1-2 1.50 ERA). Syndergaard has allowed four or more earned runs in 10 of his 24 starts this season. Civale will be making his fifth start and has only allowed a total of four runs. He has pitched exactly six innings in all four of his previous starts this season, most of which have been against top offenses (Yankees, Twins, Rangers). Civale owns a 0.96 WHIP in his 24 innings this season. Assuming Civale goes another six strong innings, the Mets will then have to contend with the league's best bullpen in terms of ERA. Strong pitching tonight helps the Indians avoid the sweep. |
|||||||
08-21-19 | Yankees +102 v. A's | 4-6 | Loss | -100 | 24 h 31 m | Show
High Roller Play on Yankees +102 The New York Yankees and Oakland Athletics matchup in a potential playoff preview. J.A. Happ (10-7 5.40 ERA) of the Yankees faces off against Mike Fiers (11-3 3.46 ERA) of the A's. Fiers got lit up for five earned runs in six innings in his last start, allowing four home runs against the Houston Astros. The Yankees are second in the league in home runs and in the top five of nearly all other major offensive categories (hits, runs per game, AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS). New York is 15-5 SU in their last 20 games. Expect the Yankees hard hitting lineup to give Fiers another rough outing tonight. |
|||||||

Caleb Smith (8-6 3.63 ERA) gets the start for the Marlins as Julio Teheran (7-8 3.71 ERA) starts for the Braves. Smith has only made it seven innings in five of his 20 starts this season. Atlanta is 6-2 SU in their last eight games. |

Drew Smyly (2-6 7.09 ERA) starts for Philly as Rick Porcello (11-9 5.49 ERA) gets the start for Boston. In 10 starts since June 23rd, Porcello has allowed four or more earned runs in seven starts and has an ERA of 7.49. The Phillies are averaging 5.4 runs per game over their last 10 games. High Roller Play on Twins -210 Two A.L. Central foes continue their series today as the Minnesota Twins take on the Chicago White Sox. Reynaldo Lopez (7-10 5.29 ERA) starts for the Sox while Michael Pineda (8-5 4.20 ERA) takes the hill for the Twins. Lopez 5.29 ERA is high and so is his 1.50 WHIP. His last start was his worst one in over a month, allowing five earned runs and nine hits in just 5.1 innings. The Twins torched him for eight runs in just 3.2 innings in his only start against them this season. Pineda has allowed just one earned run in six of his last 10 starts and only allowed more than three earned runs once in that span. The White Sox have only managed three earned runs in 13 innings against Pineda this season. The Twins will rebound with a win today as Pineda continues to dominate Chicago. |
|||||||
08-20-19 | Tigers v. Astros -285 | Top | 3-6 | Win | 100 | 28 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Astros -285 The lowly Detroit Tigers take on a World Series-caliber Houston Astros tonight. Spencer Turnbull (3-11 3.75 ERA) will try and get the upset for Detroit while Aaron Sanchez (5-14 5.79 ERA) makes his fourth start for the Astros since being traded from Toronto. Sanchez looked great in his first two starts for the Astros, only allowing one earned run in 11 innings but go roughed up in his last start (six earned runs in 5.1 innings against the Oakland A's). All of those runs came via the home run against Sanchez. The Tigers are the second-worst home run hitting team in baseball. Turnbull has been one of the Tigers best pitchers but he hasn't done that well since June 16th, putting up a 5.91 ERA. Houston should cruise to victory today as Sanchez limits the home runs and keeps Detroit fighting to get on the board. |
|||||||
08-20-19 | Indians -145 v. Mets | 2-9 | Loss | -145 | 27 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Indians -145 Two of the hottest teams in the Majors since the All-Star break, the Cleveland Indians and New York Mets begin a three-game series tonight. Steven Matz (7-7 4.33 ERA) will start for the Mets while Shane Bieber (12-5 3.27 ERA) starts for the Indians. Since a complete-game shutout, Matz has allowed eight earned runs in 16.1 innings over three starts (4.42 ERA). Bieber has been solid over his last five starts, allowing eight earned runs in 38 innings, including two complete games. Of those eight runs, six have come from solo home runs. Biebers 1.01 WHIP is one of the best in the Majors among pitchers with at least 160 IP. Cleveland averaged 8.5 runs per game in their last series and are 15-5 SU in their last 20 on the road. A hot Bieber along with hot bats help push the Indians to victory today. |
|||||||
08-19-19 | Tigers v. Astros -370 | Top | 4-5 | Win | 100 | 28 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Astros -370 One of the league's best, the Houston Astros, will be taking on baseball's worst team, the Detroit Tigers. Wade Miley (11-4 3.11 ERA) has quitely put together a good season on the mound and will get the start for Houston tonight as Edwin Jackson (3-5 8.62 ERA) starts for the Tigers. Jackson's season has been about the opposite of Miley's this year. Over his last 34.2 innings, Jackson has allowed 36 earned runs (9.35 ERA). Miley hasn't allowed more than three earned runs in any of his last nine starts, five of which he allowed one or no earned runs. Houston is 6-0 SU in their lat six home games while Detroit is 2-6 SU in their last eight overall. Miley will continue his excellent season and should improve on both his ERA and his WHIP (1.18). Houston's offense should have no issue teeing off on Jackson as the Astros cruise to victory. |

08-19-19 | Royals +124 v. Orioles | 5-4 | Win | 124 | 27 h 33 m | Show
High Roller Play on Royals +124 Jorge Lopez (1-7 6.51 ERA) and the Kansas City Royals take on John Means (8-8 3.76 ERA) and the Baltimore Orioles. Means has been one of the best pitchers in the A.L. for most of the season, but has struggled in four of his last five starts. Over those starts Means has allowed 21 earned runs in 22.2 innings (8.33 ERA). Baltimore has been struggling, losing seven straigh and 12 of their last 13 games. Kansas City has won four of the last six between these two teams and should get another win today against a struggling Means and an even more struggling Baltimore team. |

08-16-19 | Mets -175 v. Royals | Top | 1-4 | Loss | -175 | 28 h 43 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Mets -175 The New York Mets begin a three-game series with the Kansas City Royals. Noah Syndergaard (8-5 3.89 ERA) gets the start for New York as Mike Montgomery (2-5 5.19 ERA) goes for the Royals. Thor hasn't had his best season this year, but has pitched better of late. Over his last six starts, Syndergaard has only allowed nine earned runs in 42.1 innings (1.91 ERA), pitching at least seven innings in all six. Montgomery has become a starter since being traded to the Royals last month. In those starts, Montgomery owns a 4.63 ERA with a 1.37 WHIP. Aside from his last start (against the Detroit Tigers horrid offense), Montgomery hasn't looked very good as a starter. The Mets offense is hot and they need a sweep in this series as they are two-back in the Wild Card race. Thor will continue his hot pitching and limit the need for the vulnerable Mets bullpen. New York's offense will continue its hot hitting tonight against an iffy Montgomery. |

08-16-19 | Dodgers v. Braves -101 | 8-3 | Loss | -101 | 27 h 48 m | Show
High Roller Play on Braves -101 In a potential NLCS preview, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves begin a three-game series. Pitching for the Dodgers will be Kenta Maeda (8-8 4.12 ERA) while the Braves send out their rookie stud in Mike Soroka (10-2 2.32 ERA). Maeda went seven scoreless in his last outing, but prior to that, he allowed 13 earned runs in just 11 innings. Soroka is also coming off of a seven inning scoreless outing. In his three games prior, he has only allowed five earned runs in 18.2 innings. The offensive numbers between these two teams is pretty similar on the year, but Soroka has been both the better pitcher and is hotter at the moment. Look for the Braves to close the gap between them and the Dodgers with a win today. |
|||||||
08-16-19 | Cubs v. Pirates +125 | 2-3 | Win | 125 | 26 h 41 m | Show
High Roller Play on Pirates +125 The Chicago Cubs and Kyle Hendricks (8-9 3.48 ERA) take on Joe Musgrove (8-11 4.71 ERA) and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Hendricks if coming off of his worst start of he season, allowing 12 hits, seven earned runs and three home runs in just 2.2 innings to the Cincinnati Reds. Musgrove has been up-and-down this season, but Musgrove has owned the Cubs this season. In his two starts against Chicago he has only allowed five hits and has yet to give up an earned run. The Cubs are currently in a slump as they are only one game up for the second Wild Card spot. Chicago has lost five of their last six games and Musgrove should continue to dominate against them this season. The Pirates make it another rough outing for Hendricks tonight. |
|||||||
08-13-19 | Rays -101 v. Padres | Top | 7-5 | Win | 100 | 30 h 34 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Rays -101 The Tampa Bay Rays and the San Diego Padres will play the second game of their series tonight with Brendan McKay (2-2 4.55 ERA) making his seventh start for the Rays and Eric Lauer (6-8 4.51 ERA) making his 22nd for the Padres. McKay has pitched fairly well in his limited action this season (29.2 innings), aside from one bad outing against the White Sox. His 1.21 WHIP is solid and trumps that of Lauer's 1.39. McKay owns an incredible strikeout/walk ratio with 33 K's and just three walks. McKay kept the Orioles and Rangers scoreless in two starts this year and only gave up three earned runs to each the Yankees and Red Sox. The Padres 22nd-ranked offense should be containable for the young McKay. Lauer has allowed 14 earned runs in his last 18.1 innings (6.86 ERA). Tampa Bay is 38-22 SU on the road this season. |
|||||||
08-13-19 | Cardinals -175 v. Royals | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 27 h 7 m | Show
High Roller Play on Cardinals -175 Jack Flaherty (5-6 3.72 ERA) and the St. Louis Cardinals take on Glenn Sparkman (3-7 5.71 ERA) and the Kansas City Royals. Flaherty has been one of baseballs best pitchers since the All-Star break. In his last six starts, he has only allowed a total of four earned runs over 38.1 innings (0.94 ERA). His WHIP in that span is 0.76. Sparkman has been the opposite since June 25th. In eight starts since then, Sparkman has allowed 39 earned runs in 43.1 innings (8.14 ERA). A surprising complete game shutout was in the mix, otherwise those numbers would be even higher. The Cardinals are coming in hot after sweeping the Pirates. With Flaherty pitching some of the best baseball we have seen this season, the Cardinals should stay hot as they torch Sparkman and the Royals tonight. |
|||||||
08-12-19 | Reds v. Nationals -108 | 6-7 | Win | 100 | 27 h 33 m | Show
High Roller Play on Nationals -108 Two teams in the N.L. Wild Card race, the Washington Nationals and Cincinnati Reds, begin an important three-game series. Anthony DeSclafani (7-6 4.20 ERA) will start for the Reds while Erick Fedde (2-2 4.20 ERA) starts for the Nationals. Two pitchers with the same exact ERA, DeSclafani is coming of off a worse outing in his last start than Fedde. DeSclafani allowed four earned runs in 5.1 innings while Fedde threw six-scoreless innings. The Nationals are coming off of a huge win againt the New York Mets yesterday and will look to roll that momentum over into today. The Nationals offense is now in the top ten in runs per game and they are 12-2 SU in their last 14 games against the Reds. The Nationals should keep their impressive streak against the Reds going after tonight. |

08-10-19 | Rockies v. Padres -175 | 5-8 | Win | 100 | 28 h 4 m | Show
High Roller Play on Padres -175 N.L. West rivals, Colorado and San Diego, play their third of their four-game series tonight. The Padres will look to make it three-in-a-row as they send out Chris Paddack (7-5 3.19 ERA). Colorado sends out the winless Chi Chi Gonzalez (0-4 5.95 ERA) to try and snap their four-game losing streak. Paddack has one of the best WHIPs in baseball among pitchers with at least 100 IP (0.93). He has allowed one earned run or less in four of his last six starts. Gonzalez has only pitched 19.2 innings this season but has already allowed 13 earned runs. His 1.73 WHIP is due in large part to his 12 walks and he has allowed at least five hits in every outing where he has recorded at least one out, but has never made it six full innings. Colorado has been one of the worst teams in the league since mid-June and Paddack and the Padres should get their third-straight win tonight. |

08-10-19 | A's v. White Sox OVER 9.5 | 2-3 | Loss | -105 | 26 h 6 m | Show
High Roller Play on A's vs White Sox over9½ -105 The Chicago White Sox and Oakland Athletics meet for the second game of their series. Tanner Roark (7-7 4.14 ERA) will start for Oakland and Reynaldo Lopez (6-9 5.41 ERA) starts for the Sox. Roark has allowed six earned runs in his last 8.1 innings while Lopez has allowed five in his last 10.2. Despite being shutout last night, the White Sox are still averaging six runs per game over their last six. The A's are also averaging six runs per game over their last six. The total has gone OVER in 11 of the last 14 meetings between these two teams. Neither pitcher has done particularly well recently so expect both offenses to have a field day at the plate as we get plenty of runs to cash the OVER in this one. |
|||||||
08-10-19 | Braves -210 v. Marlins | Top | 6-7 | Loss | -210 | 26 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Braves -210 After splitting the first two games of the series, Mike Soroka (10-2 2.45 ERA) and the Atlanta Braves will take on Sandy Alcantara (4-10 4.50 ERA) and the Miami Marlins. Soroka has been Rookie of The Year material on the mound this year and has owned the Marlins this season. He has only allowed two earned runs to Miami in 19.2 innings (0.91 ERA). Alcantara had a good first half of the season but has struggled mightily since the All-Star break. Alcantara has allowed 21 earned runs in 26.2 innings since the break (7.10 ERA). He has only pitched against the Braves once this year and allowed two earned runs in four innings. Alcantara hasn't won a start since June 21st. Soroka and the Braves will cruise to victory this afternoon. |
|||||||
08-09-19 | Pirates +135 v. Cardinals | 2-6 | Loss | -100 | 28 h 31 m | Show
High Roller Play on Pirates +135 Dakota Hudson (10-6 3.99 ERA) and the St. Louis Cardinals take on N.L. Central rival Pittsburgh Pirates and Chris Archer (3-8 5.35 ERA). Archer has struggled this season, but has done decent against the Cardinals this year (seven earned runs in 17 innings). Archer is coming off of one of his best starts of the season, allowing just one earned run in six innings against the hot New York Mets. Despite his solid ERA, Hudson has a very high WHIP (1.58). Hudson has been having command issues this year, giving up 57 walks in 117.1 innings. Hudson has allowed 25 hits and 14 earned runs in his last 19 innings. The Pirates have the sixth-most hits per game this season and should be able to put up plenty of runs against a pitcher that allows a lot of base runners. Archer should continue to pitch well tonight as the Pirates hand the Cardinals their six-straight loss. |
|||||||
08-09-19 | Braves v. Marlins +136 | 8-4 | Loss | -100 | 26 h 54 m | Show
High Roller Play on Marlins +136 The Miami Marlins will look to pick up another win tonight against the Atlanta Braves. The Marlins best pitcher, Caleb Smith (7-5 3.35 ERA), will start today and battle the Braves ace Julio Teheran (6-7 3.46 ERA). 13 of Smith's 18 starts this year he has allowed two earned runs or less. Smith has a 1.05 WHIP compared to 1.30 for Teheran. The Marlins offense had a breakout game last night putting up 15 hits and nine runs. Despite their record, the Marlins pitching staff has allowed the sixth-best batting average in baseball. Look for Smith to out battle Teheran today as the Marlins offense stays hot and their pitching limit the Braves bats. |
|||||||
08-09-19 | Nationals -115 v. Mets | Top | 6-7 | Loss | -115 | 27 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Nationals -115 A crucial series between two N.L. East rivals will be big in determining this year's Wild Card teams. The New York Mets and Marcus Stroman (6-11 3.07 ERA) faces Stephen Strasburg (14-5 3.72 ERA) and the Washington Nationals. Stroman had a rough outing in his Mets debut against a struggling Pirates offense, allowing seven hits and three earned runs in just 4.1 innings. In his last two starts against the Mets, Strasburg has only allowed two earned runs in 13.2 innings, only allowing eight hits. The Mets are 18-27 SU as underdogs this season. Strasburg is 7-1 in his last eight starts and has a WHIP of 1.08 on the season and 175 strikeouts. Nationals pitching has allowed the least home runs in the Majors and should do well to contain the Mets offense tonight. |
|||||||
08-08-19 | Rockies -102 v. Padres | Top | 3-9 | Loss | -102 | 30 h 34 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Rockies -102 Two N.L. West rivals meet tonight as the San Diego Padres take on the Colorado Rockies. Jon Gray (10-7 4.03 ERA) gets the start for the Rockies while Eric Lauer (6-8 4.43 ERA) goes out for the Padres. Gray has pitched decent over his last three starts against some of the hottest teams in baseball (San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Washington Nationals). He allowed six earned runs in 16 innings (3.37 ERA) in those three starts. Lauer has allowed 11 earned runs in his last 14.1 innings (6.92 ERA). Against the Rockies this year, Lauer has allowed 13 earned runs in 5.2 innings (22.41 ERA). Gray has pitched well against hot teams lately, so should be able to contain the Padres tonight. Colorado has shown that they can get to Lauer and should continue beating up on him in this one. Colorado is 8-3 SU in their last 11 against the Padres while San Diego is 2-10 SU in their last 12 home games. |
|||||||
08-08-19 | Braves -188 v. Marlins | 2-9 | Loss | -188 | 26 h 2 m | Show
High Roller Play on Braves -188 Dallas Keuchel (3-4 3.86 ERA) will be making his 10th start for Atlanta as the Braves take on Elieser Hernandez (1-4 5.66 ERA) and the Miami Marlins. Neither pitcher has seen much action this season, Keuchel 56 innings, Hernandez 41.1. Keuchel went 7.1 innings against the Marlins early this season and only allowed two earned runs. The Braves have scored 23 runs in their last two games and the Marlins have only scored 16 runs during their current six-game losing streak. Atlanta is coming off of two wins against one of the best teams in baseball in the Minnesota Twins and should have no problem handling the N.L. worst Marlins tonight. The Atlanta bats will look for their third-straight double-digit scoring game. |
|||||||
08-07-19 | Phillies +136 v. Diamondbacks | 1-6 | Loss | -100 | 29 h 8 m | Show
High Roller Play on Phillies +136 Jason Vargas (6-5 3.93 ERA) will make his second start as a Philly as he takes on the Arizona Diamondbacks and Zac Gallen (1-3 2.72 ERA), who is making his first start since being traded from the Miami Marlins. Both pitchers have done well this season, even though neither has pitched too many innings (Vargas 100.2 and Gallen 36.1). Vargas' first start as a Philly was a solid one, allowing only two earned runs in 6.1 innings. Gallen has already amassed 18 walks in just 36.1 innings this season and the Phillies are one of the more patient teams in the Majors (ninth in walks). Vargas and the Phillies should get the upper hand on the Diamondbacks in this rubber match. |
|||||||
08-07-19 | Padres -145 v. Mariners | 2-3 | Loss | -145 | 26 h 32 m | Show
High Roller Play on Padres -145 The San Diego Padres will look for the mini-sweep of the Seattle Mariners today in the second game of their two-game series. Joey Lucchesi (7-6 4.23 ERA) goes for the Padres while the struggling Yusei Kikuchi (4-8 5.49 ERA) goes for the Mariners. Overall, Lucchesi has put together a pretty solid season in San Diego, 10 starts allowing two earned runs or less. The Mariners offense has only scored seven runs in their last four games and can't seem to find the ball, only totaling 13 hits in that span. Kikuchi is not the type of pitcher you want starting when your offense is struggling. Kikuchi has allowed 17 earned runs in his last 15 2/3 (9.77 ERA), including eight home runs. The Padres have put together 19 runs in their last two games and should continue their hot hitting against one of the worst pitchers in the A.L. |
|||||||
08-07-19 | Braves +112 v. Twins | Top | 11-7 | Win | 112 | 21 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Braves +112 The Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins will meet in the rubber-match of their three-game series this afternoon. Martin Perez (8-4 4.58 ERA) will take the hill for the home-team Twins while Max Fried (12-4 4.07 ERA) gets the nod for the Braves. The two pitchers have similar numbers, both have four losses, 100+ strikeouts, WHIP ranging from 1.37-1.40, 115-116 IP and an ERA in the fours. Fried, however, has been better in his last three starts than Perez. Fried has allowed six earned runs in 16 1/3 innings (3.32 ERA) while Perez has allowed 13 earned runs in 15 innings (7.78 ERA). The Braves torched the Twins for 12 runs in last night's victory. Look for the Atlanta bats to have a similar performance today. |
|||||||
08-06-19 | Angels v. Reds -148 | 4-8 | Win | 100 | 27 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Reds -148 Jose Suarez (2-2 5.66 ERA) and the Los Angeles Angels take on Anthony DeSclafani (6-6 4.07 ERA) and the Cincinnati Reds. Suarez will be making his 10th start of the season and has yet to pitch six full innings in a start. He has allowed at least two earned runs in each start and has allowed a homerun in all but one (11 total in just 41 1/3 innings). DeSclafani has only allowed five earned runs in his last 16 innings with 21 strikeouts and four walks. 10 of his 21 starts this season he has allowed one earned run or less. The Reds are 7-3 SU in their last 10 and the Angels are 2-9 SU in their last 11 games. Being the hotter team with the better pitcher on the mound, the Reds will get another win against the Angels tonight. |
|||||||
08-06-19 | White Sox -105 v. Tigers | Top | 6-10 | Loss | -105 | 27 h 34 m | Show |
No Limit Play on White Sox -105 In the second game of their double-header Hector Santiago (1-0 6.75 ERA) will make his first start of the season for the White Sox and go up against Drew VerHagen (1-2 11.66 ERA). Santiago will be making his first appearance since June 14th. VerHagen has only pitched in 14 2.3 innings this season, but has looked rough in most of them. Aside from his insanely high ERA, VerHagen also owns an astronomical WHIP (2.80). He has allowed 15 earned runs and 21 hits in his last 9 2/3 innings (eight walks as well). VerHagen also has more walks (15) than strikeouts (13) this season. Detroit is 7-37 SU in their last 44 games. The White Sox are 6-3 SU against the Tigers this season and should pick up another easy win in Detroit tonight. |
|||||||
08-05-19 | Phillies +102 v. Diamondbacks | 7-3 | Win | 102 | 28 h 24 m | Show
High Roller Play on Phillies +102 Two teams chasing an N.L. Wild Card spot, the Arizona Diamondbacks take on the Philadelphia Phillies. Vince Velasquez (3-6 4.40 ERA) will start for the Phillies while Merrill Kelly (7-11 4.52 ERA) gets the start for the Diamondbacks. Velasquez has only allowed two earned runs in his last 10 2/3 innings. He has 85 strikeouts in 71 2/3 innings this season. Kelly has been getting crushed recently, allowing seven earned runs in back-to-back starts (14 runs allowed in 8 1/3 innings). Velasquez is on the rise and Kelly seems to be in a downward spiral. Both teams are 5-5 SU in their last 10 games. The Phillies offense should be able to get back to its early season form today against a struggling Kelly. Velasquez will continue his streak of solid outings with a win against Arizona tonight. |
|||||||
08-05-19 | A's +138 v. Cubs | Top | 5-6 | Loss | -100 | 28 h 33 m | Show |
No Limit Play on A's +138 The Chicago Cubs take on the Oakland Athletics in an interleague matchup tonight. Chris Bassitt (7-5 3.84 ERA) will start for the Athletics and Kyle Hendricks (8-8 3.07 ERA) will go for the Cubs. Bassitt isn't the type of pitcher who goes deep into games (hasn't pitched more than six innings in a start since May 16th) but he has put together a solid year in the innings he has pitched. Two of his last four starts were six shutout innings. Both teams are 6-4 SU in their last 10 games and are currently on a three-game winning streak. The Cubs have only scored 20 runs in their last six games (3.3 runs per game). Look for the Athletics to start this series with a win behind a strong pitching performance from Bassitt while the 10th-overall offense give Hendricks a hard time. |
|||||||
08-05-19 | Brewers -119 v. Pirates | 9-7 | Win | 100 | 27 h 33 m | Show
High Roller Play on Brewers -119 In an N.L. Central matchup, the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Milwaukee Brewers. Both teams have been struggling in their last 10 games (Brewers 4-6 and Pirates 2-8). Former Pirate Jordan Lyles (6-7 5.15 ERA) makes his first start against Pittsburgh since being tradd to the Brewers. Dario Agrazal (2-2 3.65 ERA) will start for the Pirates. Lyles has allowed one earned run in two of his last three starts. Agrazal has allowed eight earned runs (five home runs) in his last nine innings. Both teams are slumping right now but Lyles should have the advantage against the Pirates today. Agrazal has been getting rocked lately and that should coninue today as the Brewers snap their losing streak. |
|||||||
08-04-19 | Padres +146 v. Dodgers | Top | 10-11 | Loss | -100 | 24 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Padres +146 Two N.L. West foes, the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres, finish up their four-game series with the Padres looking to even the series. Kenta Maeda (7-8 4.07 ERA) of the Dodgers faces-off against Chris Paddack (7-5 2.78 ERA) of the Padres. Maeda's last two starts have been rocky. He has allowed eight earned runs in 8 1/3 innings. Paddack has been one of the best pitchers in the N.L. this season and certainly has his name in N.L. Rookie of The Year talks. Not only does he have a great ERA, but he has one of the best WHIPs in the league with pitchers with atleast 100 innings pitched (0.90). Paddack kept the Dodgers off of the scoreboard in his last start, only allowing three hits in 5 2/3 innings. Paddack will keep his great season going and will continue to limit one of the best teams in the league with another great pitching performance as the Padres pick up another upset over the Dodgers. |
|||||||
08-04-19 | Cardinals v. A's OVER 9 | 2-4 | Loss | -114 | 24 h 35 m | Show
High Roller Play on Cardinals vs A's over9 -114 The St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics meet this afternoon in what will be a high-scoring affair. Adam Wainwright (7-7 4.47 ERA) will start for the Cardinals and will look to improve on his subpar season. Tanner Roark (6-7 4.24 ERA) will make his debut for the Athletics since his trade from the Cincinnati Reds. Roark got smacked around for five earned runs in 3 1/3 innings in his last start. Over his last five starts (24 2/3 innings) Roark has allowed 20 earned runs. Wainwright has allowed 12 earned runs in his last 14 innings. The total has gone OVER in six of the last seven games between these two teams in Oakland. Look for two pitchers who aren't pitching that well to give up their fair share of runs in this one as the game cruises past the OVER. |
|||||||
08-04-19 | Giants +123 v. Rockies | 2-6 | Loss | -100 | 23 h 34 m | Show
High Roller Play on Giants +123 Tyler Beede (3-5 5.01 ERA) and the San Francisco Giants battle Kyle Freeland (2-9 7.48 ERA) and the Colorado Rockies this afternoon at Coors Field. Neither pitcher has looked too good on paper this season, but Beede has ceertainly been the better of the two. Half of Beede's 14 appearances this season he has allowed two earned runs or less. Half of Freeland's 16 starts this seaon he has allowed five or more earned runs. The Giants have scored eight runs off of Freeland in his two starts this season. The Rockies have fallen off a cliff since June 20th while the Giants have been one of the best teams in baseball since June 30th, finding themselves only a couple games out in the Wild Card. Beede will have the better game of the two pitchers this afternoon and the Giants bullpen will come in and shut down the struggling Rockies' offense. |
|||||||
08-03-19 | Cardinals +125 v. A's | Top | 3-8 | Loss | -100 | 29 h 35 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Cardinals +125 In a rare inter-league matchup, the Oakland Athletics take on the St. Louis Cardinals. Dakota Hudson (10-5 3.88 ERA) starts for the Cardinals and Mike Fiers (9-3 3.54 ERA) will start for Oakland. 11 of Hudson's 21 starts this season he has allowed two earned runs or less. The Cardinals have the third-best bullpen ERA in baseball, so between Hudson and the 'pen, the A's will have trouble scoring runs tonight (only scored 33 runs in their last 10 games). St. Louis is a hot team right now, going 14-5 SU in their last 19 games. With Oakland struggling to find runs and the Cardinals looking like one of baseball's best teams over the past three weeks, St. Louis will pick up another win tonight. |
|||||||
08-03-19 | Blue Jays -112 v. Orioles | 4-6 | Loss | -112 | 27 h 33 m | Show
High Roller Play on Blue Jays -112 Thomas Pannone (2-4 5.98 ERA) and the Toronto Blue Jays face-off against Dylan Bundy (5-11 5.24 ERA) and the Baltimore Orioles. The Blue Jays are playing perhaps their best baseball of the year right now, winning five straight and seven of their last 10. Pannone has mostly been a bullpen guy this season, but will be making his fifth start of the season. He hasn't allowed an earned run yet to the Orioles in five innings this season. Bundy's season hasn't been going so well. He has allowed 23 home runs this season on 103 innings (Toronto is 12th-best home run hitting team in baseball). Over his last 12 innings he has allowed 13 earned runs. Baltimore is 1-4 SU in their last five games and their losing streak should continue today and the Blue Jays keep their hot bats going (55 runs in their last seven games). |
|||||||
08-03-19 | Mets -130 v. Pirates | 7-5 | Win | 100 | 26 h 29 m | Show
High Roller Play on Mets -130 The New York Mets and new pitcher Marcus Stroman (6-11 2.96 ERA) will look to rebound with a win today against Chris Archer (3-8 5.58 ERA) and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Stroman was one of the biggest trade targets during the recent trade deadline and the Mets picked up the talented righty. Despite his sub .500 record, Stroman has been one of the best pitchers in baseball this season. He has 11 starts this season allowed one earned run or less and has only allowed one earned run in his last 15 innings. Archer has been struggling on the mound all season, allowing four or more earned runs in eight starts. His last start (against the Mets) he allowed four walks and five earned runs in just five innings. Look for the New York native Stroman to have a great first start as a Met as Archer continues to struggle and New York puts up plenty of runs. |

08-02-19 | Padres +170 v. Dodgers | 5-2 | Win | 170 | 28 h 26 m | Show
High Roller Play on Padres +170 Tonight is the second game of the four-game series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Diego Padres. Eric Lauer (5-8 4.52 ERA) gets the start for the Padres while Dustin May makes his season debut for the Dodgers. May is 6-5 with a 3.38 ERA between AA and AAA this season. Seven of Lauer's last 11 starts he has allowed just one earned run. He has allowed 24 earned runs in his last 59 innings (3.66 ERA). The Padres are a .500 team against RHP this seaon, despite their 50-57 record and have a winning record as an underdog this season. With May making his debut, look for the Padres to give him a rude welcoming to the league. San Diego pulls the upset and evens this series at one game apiece. |

08-02-19 | Reds +130 v. Braves | Top | 5-2 | Win | 130 | 26 h 40 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Reds +130 Alex Wood will make his first start for the Cincinnati Reds this season. Over his seven-year career, Woods owns a 3.30 ERA and went 25-10 over the last two seasons. He will take on Kevin Gausman (3-6 5.97 ERA) and the Atlanta Braves tonight. Gausman has allowed five or more earned runs in one-third of his starts this season. Gausman has allowed 24 earned runs in his last 21 1/3 innings (10.13 ERA). The last time Gausman faced the Reds, they scored five earned runs in just 5 1/3 innings (April 23rd). Look for Wood to have a big come-back start today as he has been one of baseball's most consistent starters since he joined the league. Gausman will continue to struggle and the Reds will pick up the win in tonight's game. |
|||||||
08-02-19 | Mets -105 v. Pirates | 4-8 | Loss | -105 | 22 h 45 m | Show
High Roller Play on Mets -105 The New York Mets are on a seven game win streak and have been the best team in baseball since the All-Star Break. They have the best record and the best ERA. Steven Matz (6-6 4.32 ERA) is coming of off his best start of his career, a complete-game shutout where he only allowed five hits and no walks. Matz has only allowed four earned runs in his last 20 innings. The Pittsburgh Pirates are a lowly 1-10 SU in their last 11 games. Trevor Williams (3-4 4.77 ERA) will start for the Pirates and he has some bad appearances since june 19th. In his last six starts, Williams has allowed 27 earned runs in 34 2/3 innings. The Pirates are the worst team in baseball over the last week or so and the Mets are the best. Williams is down and Matz is high. The Mets should take this game with ease. |
|||||||
08-01-19 | Astros v. Indians +173 | 7-1 | Loss | -100 | 26 h 26 m | Show
High Roller Play on Indians +173 Gerrit Cole (12-5 2.94 ERA) and the Houston Astros take on the Cleveland Indians and their brand new lineup. Danny Salazar will get his first start for the Indians in almost two years as he returns from shoulder surgery. Look for newly traded Yasiel Puig and Franmil Reyes to be in today's lineup for the Indians. The addition of these two power bats makes the Indians lineup very potent and Cole will have a hard time in this one. Salazar has looked great in his rehab starts (2.60 ERA with 28 strikeouts and five walks). The new Indians lineup will show today just how good they are against a pitcher as good as Cole. Salazar will make a quality start in his first game back and the Indians will look like one of the best teams in the A.L. going forward. |
|||||||
08-01-19 | Mets v. White Sox +142 | Top | 4-0 | Loss | -100 | 22 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on White Sox +142 The New York Mets and Zach Wheeler (7-6 4.71 ERA) finish their three-game series today with the Chicago White Sox and will face Dylan Cease (1-3 6.86 ERA). Wheeler has allowed four or more earned runs in eight of his 20 starts this season, and has three starts allowing double-digit hits. His last two starts he has allowed nine earned runs in jsut 10 1/3 innings. Cease will only be making his fifth start and has only pitched 21 innings this season. Cease has been a victim of large innings, but has pitched well at times despite his subpar numbers. He retired 10 of the last 12 batters he faced in his last start. The Mets bullpen is still shaky at best and as long as Cease can avoid the big innings, the White Sox will score plenty to get the win this afternoon and end the Mets winning streak. |

07-31-19 | Cubs -110 v. Cardinals | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 26 h 15 m | Show
High Roller Play on Cubs -110 Two teams tied atop the N.L. Central, the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Chicago Cubs. Starting for the Cardinals is Miles Mikolas (7-10 4.19 ERA) while Kyle Hendricks (7-8 3.28) goes out for the Cubs. Aside from a complete game shutout against the Pirates three starts ago, Mikolas has given up his fair share of runs in four of his last five starts (13 earned runs in 22 innings). His last time out against the Cubs he allowed three earned runs in just four innings. Hendricks has pitched very well this season and owns a 1.13 WHIP. He is coming off of five scoreless innings against the Milwaukee Brewers and has allowed two earned runs or less in five straight starts. In two starts against the Cardinals this season, Hendricks has only allowed one earned run in 16 innings. The Cubs and Hendricks will take the N.L. Central lead with a victory today. |
|||||||
07-31-19 | Twins v. Marlins +164 | Top | 7-4 | Loss | -100 | 26 h 18 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Marlins +164 After a hard fought 2-1 loss yesterday to the Minnesota Twins, the Miami Marlins will look to bounce back with a win today. The Marlins will be sending out All-Star Sandy Alcantara (4-9 4.18 ERA) to get them the win. He is coming off of a solid performance in his last start, allowing two earned runs in six innings to the Arizona Diamondbacks. Jose Berrios (9-5 2.94 ERA) will start for the Twins. The Marlins are 5-2 SU in their last seven games and have scored an average of 5.7 runs in their last three games. The Twins have struggled against the N.L. East, going 3-8 SU in their last 11. The Marlins are 6-2 SU in their last eight games against the A.L. Central. Look for Alcantara to get back to All-Star form as the Marlins have an excellent chance of pulling the upset today after just missing out yesterday. |
|||||||
07-31-19 | Braves v. Nationals UNDER 10.5 | 5-4 | Win | 100 | 18 h 5 m | Show
High Roller Play on Braves vs Nationals under10½ -105 Mike Soroka (10-2 2.44 ERA) and the Atlanta Braves take on Anibal Sanchez (6-6 3.63 ERA) and the Washington Nationals. Soroka has been in Cy Young form throughout most of this season. Soroka has pitched so well, he has only lost one decision since May 7th. 13 of Soroka's 18 starts this season he has allowed one earned run or less. Sanchez has put together a solid season as well. With two pitchers of this caliber on the mound, the UNDER is the smart play here. The total has gone UNDER in 14 of Washington's last 20 games and four of the last five games between these two teams. |
|||||||
07-30-19 | Tigers +230 v. Angels | 1-6 | Loss | -100 | 24 h 27 m | Show
High Roller Play on Tigers +230 The Detroit Tigers defeated the Los Angeles Angels yesterday in the first game of the series and will look for a repeat performance tonight. Drew VerHagen (1-1 14.40 ERA) will make just his second start of the season for the Tigers while Griffin Canning (3-6 5.15 ERA) makes his 15th start of the season for the Angels. VerHagen has only pitched 10 innings this season, so take his high ERA with a grain of salt. Canning has been struggling of late, allowing five earned runs in just two innings in his last start (Baltimore Orioles). In his last 11 2/3 innings he has allowed 16 earned runs (12.30 ERA). VerHagen hasn't done well in his limited action this season, but Canning has struggled over the longer term. The Tigers took the first game of the series and the Angels are 1-4 SU in their last five games. Detroit should take the second game of the series as easily as they did the first. |
|||||||
07-30-19 | Mets v. White Sox +142 | Top | 5-2 | Loss | -100 | 22 h 30 m | Show |
No Limit Play on White Sox +142 The New York Mets being a three-game interleague series with the Chicago White Sox. Amid trade rumors, Noah Syndergaard (7-5 4.33 ERA) may possibly be making his last start as a New York Met. Reynaldo Lopez (5-9 5.52 ERA) will get the start for the White Sox. Syndergaard has been struggling this year compared to past seasons. Nine of his 20 starts this season Thor has allowed four or more earned runs. Lopez's numbers don't look that great, but he has been pitching better of late. In his last three starts he has allowed four earned runs in 21 innings (1.72 ERA). The White Sox are 6-3 SU in their last nine games against the Mets. The Mets are 22-35 SU on the road this season while the White Sox are 27-25 SU at home. Look for a hot Lopez to shut the Mets down as the White Sox start the series off with a win. |
|||||||
07-30-19 | Astros -123 v. Indians | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 21 h 30 m | Show
High Roller Play on Astros -123 The Houston Astros head to Cleveland for a three-game series after each team got the day off yesterday. Justin Verlander (13-4 2.86 ERA) will look to keep his Cy Young worthy season going. He owns a 0.84 WHIP and has 183 strikeouts on the year. Verlander is coming off of one of his best starts of the season, going six-scoreless innings and only allowing two hits. In his last three starts Verlander has pitched 18 innings and only allowed four earned runs while striking out 30. Shane Bieber (10-3 3.44 ERA) will start for Cleveland. In his start against Houston earlier this year he allowed three earned runs in six innings. Houston is 9-2 SU in their last 11 games and 5-2 SU in their last seven against Cleveland. The Indians offense will struggle to keep up against the superior Astros offense, especially with Verlander on the mound. |
|||||||
07-29-19 | Dodgers v. Rockies +135 | 1-9 | Win | 135 | 27 h 16 m | Show
High Roller Play on Rockies +135 Two N.L. West foes, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Colorado Rockies, begin a three-game series tonight. Kenta Maeda (7-7 3.81 ERA) gets the start for LA and Jon Gray (9-7 4.05 ERA) will start for Colorado. Maeda gave up three earned runs in his last start, against the Los Angeles Angels, in just 4 1/3 innings. He has allowed six earned runs in his last 13 innings. Gray's last start against the Dodgers was a solid one, allowing just two earned runs in 6 2/3 innings. Gray has ten starts on the year where he has allowed two earned runs or less. The Rockies have the third-most hits per game in the league and despite their 49-57 record, are 26-24 at home this season. |
|||||||
07-29-19 | Blue Jays +115 v. Royals | Top | 7-3 | Win | 115 | 27 h 51 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Blue Jays +115 Thomas Pannone (2-4 6.39 ERA) and the Toronto Blue Jays take on Brad Keller and the Kansas City Royals (7-9 3.95 ERA). Pannone's ERA is high, but that is due to a few specific starts against some good offenses like Boston and Texas. Outside of a couple bad starts, Pannone has had some solid outings this season, most of which came out of the bullpen. Keller pitched against Toronto back on June 30th and got rocked hard. Keller allowed six earned runs in just five innings. Toronto is 8-3 SU in their last 11 games against Kansas City. The Royals are 1-6 SU in their last seven games against the American League East. The Royals have struggled against LHP this season, going 11-17. |
|||||||
07-28-19 | Yankees v. Red Sox -164 | 9-6 | Loss | -164 | 27 h 33 m | Show
High Roller Play on Red Sox -164 Baseball's biggest rivalry continues for a third-straight day today as the New York Yankees take on the Boston Red Sox. Boston took the first two games of the series and should continue their quest towards a sweep today. In a battle of aces, Domingo German (12-2 4.03) takes the hill for New York while Boston counters with Chris Sale (5-9 4.00 ERA). German got torched in his last start, going just 3 2/3 innings while allowing eight earned runs against the Minnesota Twins. Boston took German for three earned runs in just 3 2/3 innings in his only start against them this season. Sale's ERA is a little inflated, but he has still been having a solid season. He has 182 strikeouts in 123 2/3 innings and owns a WHIP of 1.08. In his last two starts (12 innings), Sale has only allowed two earned runs. A hot Chris Sale should be able to outperform a Domingo German that is coming off of his worst start of the season. Look for Boston to pick up another win against the rival Yankees. |
|||||||
07-28-19 | Indians v. Royals OVER 9 | 6-9 | Win | 100 | 22 h 43 m | Show
High Roller Play on Indians vs Royals over9 -104 Look for today's Cleveland Indians vs Kansas Royals game to be a high-scoring affair. The Indians will send out Trevor Bauer (9-7 3.49 ERA) while Kansas City gives the nod to Danny Duffy (4-5 4.32 ERA). The last time Bauer pitched against the Royals they took him to the cleaners. Bauer allowed 11 hits and five earned runs in six innings. Duffy has allowed four or more earned runs in five of his 16 starts this season. With Duffy's inconsistency and the fact that the Royals appear to have Bauer figured out, the runs should pile on in this game. The OVER is 4-2 in Kansas City's last six home games and 29-21-3 overall. This series is averaging 10 runs per game through the first three, so look for the OVER trend to continue today. |
|||||||
07-28-19 | Twins -185 v. White Sox | Top | 11-1 | Win | 100 | 22 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Twins -185 Two A.L. Central rivals, the Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox face off for their fourth and final game of the series. The Twins have won the first two and will get their third win of the series this afternoon. Kyle Gibson (9-4 4.24 ERA) will start for Minnesota while Dylan Covey (1-6 6.04 ERA) starts for the White Sox. In half of his 20 starts, Gibson has allowed two earned runs or less. He went seven innings and only allowed one earned run to the White Sox in his only start against them this season. Covey has gotten rocked in his last two starts, allowing 11 earned runs in just 6 2/3 innings. Cover ran into Minnesota once already this season and gave up four earned runs in six innings. Minnesota is 10-3 SU in their last 13 games against the White Sox. |
|||||||
07-27-19 | Rangers +173 v. A's | 4-5 | Loss | -100 | 29 h 35 m | Show
High Roller Play on Rangers +173 The Texas Rangers and Oakland Athletics will play the third game of their four-game series tonight. Adrian Sampson (6-7 5.19 ERA) of the Rangers will battle Homer Bailey (8-7 5.42 ERA) of the A's. Sampson has made 24 appearances this season and 12 of them he has allowed one earned run or less. Bailey is coming off of his worst start of the season, allowing nine earned runs in just two innings, including three home runs. The Rangers have owned Bailey this season, scoring nine runs in eight innings over the course of two starts. In Sampson's last start against Oakland he went a full nine innings and only allowed one earned run with seven strikeouts and just one walk. Texas should keep owning Bailey while Sampson rebounds with another strong performance against the A's. Texas is 4-1 SU in their last five against Oakland, while the A's are 1-5 SU in their last six games. |
|||||||
07-27-19 | Indians v. Royals +183 | 9-1 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 43 m | Show
High Roller Play on Royals +183 Mike Clevinger (4-2 3.61 ERA) and the Cleveland Indians take on Glenn Sparkman (3-6 4.67 ERA) and the Kansas City Royals. Sparkmann had a complete game shutout two starts ago where he only allowed five hits. Five of Sparkman's 11 starts this season he has allowed two earned runs or less. The Royals have been playing well at home of late, going 6-3 SU in their last nine home games. The Royals are the second-best defensive team in the league and are first in stolen bases. Kansas City is a better hitting team (19th) than the Indians (21st) and once they get on base they like to be aggressive. The Royals should be able to get enough guys on base to put pressure on Clevinger and pull the upset. |
|||||||
07-27-19 | Astros v. Cardinals +164 | Top | 8-2 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 43 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Cardinals +164 The Houston Astros will send out Gerrit Cole (11-5 3.03 ERA) to take on the St. Louis Cardinals and Daniel Ponce de Leon (1-0 2.82 ERA). Ponce de Leon has only pitched in 38 1/3 innings this season, but has been solid in those limited innings. He has 44 strikeouts and owns a 1.12 WHIP. The Cardinals are the hottest team in baseball right now, going 12-2 SU in their last 14 games, including a current six-game winning streak. The offense has been on fire, scoring 65 runs in their last 10 games. St. Louis is 9-2 SU in their last 11 games at home against Houston and the Astros are 4-16 SU in their last 20 overall against the Cardinals. St. Louis should continue their recent dominance over Houston and keep their win streak going with a strong performance from Ponce de Leon. |
|||||||
07-26-19 | Tigers +125 v. Mariners | 2-3 | Loss | -100 | 30 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Tigers +125 Daniel Norris (2-8 5.02 ERA) will start for the Detroit Tigers as they face Yusei Kikuchi (4-7 5.37 ERA) and the Seattle Mariners. Norris hasn't had the best season, but Kikuchi has been doing even worse. Norris is coming off a solid start where he only allowed one earned run against the Toronto Blue Jays. Kikuchi allowed seven earned runs in his last start. In his last 10 starts, Kikuchi has pitched 47 innings and allowed 41 earned runs (7.85 ERA). He has also allowed 14 home runs and 24 walks in those previous 10 starts. Seattle is 1-9 in Kikuchi's last 10 starts. Once Kikuchi is removed from the game, Detroit will have the chance to score on the league's fourth-worst bullpen. The Tigers have struggled bad this season, but Kikuchi has struggled worse and has been one of the league's worst pitchers in the past two months. |
|||||||
07-26-19 | Giants +126 v. Padres | Top | 2-1 | Win | 126 | 30 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Giants +126 The San Francisco Giants are continuing their winning ways, winning 10 of their last 12 games. They take on the San Diego Padres tonight and have won their last five meetings between the two teams. Jeff Samardzija (7-8 4.08 ERA) gets the start for San Francisco and Joey Lucchesi (7-5 4.27 ERA) will start for San Diego. Samardzija has allowed two or less earned runs in three of his last four starts and has allowed eight earned runs in his last 26 2/3 innings (2.70 ERA). Lucchesi has struggled in the majority of his last five starts. In his last 26 innings, he has allowed 17 earned runs (5.88 ERA). San Diego is 3-7 SU in their last 10 games and the Giants are the hottest team in baseball. With Samardzija pitching better of late, the Giants should cruise to victory in this game. |
|||||||
07-25-19 | Indians v. Royals +134 | Top | 5-4 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 11 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Royals +134 Two A.L. Central teams begin a four-game series as the Cleveland Indians take on the Kansas City Royals. Adam Plutko (3-2 4.81 ERA) will start for Cleveland while Mike Montgomery (1-3 7.15 ERA) gets his first start for the Royals. Plutko has only pitched 48 2/3 innings this season and despite his high ERA, he has pitched well, owning a WHIP of 1.09. Montgomery has only pitched two innings this season for Kansas City since coming over from the Cubs. Montgomery was a bullpen guy in Chicago, but will be making his second start since coming to Kansas City. The Indians tore him apart, scoring five earned runs in just two innings. As a reliever being thrown into a starting role, Montgomery won't be pitching deep into this one. Look for the Indians to hop on him early again and chase him before the third. Kansas City's 22nd ranked bullpen ERA won't be able to stop the bleeding in this one. Cleveland is 9-2 SU in their last 11 games and 6-1 SU in their last seven against the Royals. |
|||||||
07-25-19 | Twins -140 v. White Sox | 10-3 | Win | 100 | 27 h 6 m | Show
High Roller Play on Twins -140 Two of the A.L.'s best pitchers face off as the Chicago White Sox and Minnesota Twins meet for the first of a four-game series. Lucas Giolito (11-4 3.12 ERA) will start for Chicago and battle Jose Berrios (8-5 2.96 ERA) of Minnesota. Giolito has been solid all season, but four of his last starts he has allowed three or more earned runs, including two allowing six earned. Since May 24th, five of Berrios' 10 starts resulted in him allowing one earned run or less. Berrios has allowed four earned runs in 14 innings against teh White Sox this season. In a pitching matchup like this, the offense is a deciding factor and the Twins have baseball's second-highest scoring offense, while the White Sox are 26th. Minnesota is 8-2 SU in their last 10 games against the White Sox. |
|||||||
07-24-19 | Angels +175 v. Dodgers | 3-2 | Win | 175 | 30 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Angels +175 In the battle of Los Angeles the Dodgers and Angels meet for the final game of their two-game mini-series. Both teams are hot right now and they played an exciting game last night that came down to a play at the plate to to seal a 5-4 victory for the Angels. Jaime Barria (3-3 7.36 ERA) of the Angels will go up against Ross Stripling (4-3 3.64 ERA) of the Dodgers. Don't let Barria's high ERA scare you, he has only pitched 33 innings this season and his numbers are inflated due to two outings where he allowed a combined 17 earned runs in 5 1/3 innings. Outside of that, Barria has been pretty solid, five appearnces (out of eight) allowing two or less earned runs. The Angels are 8-3 SU in their last 11 games. Look for the Angels to get the mini-sweep of the Dodgers with another win tonight. |
|||||||
07-24-19 | Marlins -105 v. White Sox | Top | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 28 h 38 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Marlins -105 Two struggling teams, the Miami Marlins and Chicago White Sox, will play the rubber match of their three-game series tonight. Zac Gallen (0-2 3.63 ERA) has looked decent in his limited action so far this season. Reynaldo Lopez (5-8 5.76 ERA) hasn't looked as good. Lopez has allowed five or more earned runs in eight of his 20 starts this season and has a WHIP of 1.50. Gallen isn't the type of pitcher who will go seven or more innings, but he will go about five innings and only allow a run or two. If he can do that today, the Marlins will have no trouble picking up the win as they should be able to tee off on Lopez. The Marlins are 4-2 SU in the rare instances this season where they were the favorites. |
|||||||
07-24-19 | Orioles +115 v. Diamondbacks | 2-5 | Loss | -100 | 23 h 8 m | Show
High Roller Play on Orioles +115 Over their last 10 games, the Baltimore Orioles (5-5) have been the better team than the Arizona Diamondbacks (4-6). John Means (8-5 2.95 ERA) gets the start for Baltimore and will look to continue his stellar season. Not only is his ERA towards the top of the league, but so is his WHIP (1.09). Taylor Clarke (2-3 6.50 ERA) has only pitched 45 2/3 innings this season but hasn't looked good in very many of them. Clarke has allowed nine home runs and 22 earned runs in his last six starts. Command and strikeouts are not Clarke's thing either (32 Ks to 19BB). Throw in one of the highest WHIPs in the league (1.64) and Clarke is just having an all-around terrible season. Baltimore has scored 41 earned runs in their last six games while Arizona has only scored 26. With Means on the mound, the Orioles are a different team and should be able to pile on the runs against Clarke. |
|||||||
07-23-19 | Orioles +165 v. Diamondbacks | Top | 7-2 | Win | 165 | 29 h 8 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Orioles +165 The Baltimore Orioles will look to even up the series in their second game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Dylan Bundy (4-11 5.28 ERA) gets the start for Baltimroe while Merrill Kelly (7-9 3.77 ERA) starts for Arizona. Bundy's numbers are a little high this season, but he has shown potential over a number of starts (six starts with two earned runs or less). Bundy has pitched 25 fewer innings than Kelly and has five more strikeouts. Baltimore has scored 34 runs in thier last five games (6.8 runs per game) while Arizona has scored 24 (4.8 runs per game) in their last five. Despite their league-worst record, the Orioles have a respectable offense that ranks 20th in hits. Look for Baltimore's offense to carry Bundy to victory with a solid outing of his own. |
|||||||
07-23-19 | Phillies v. Tigers +135 | 3-2 | Loss | -100 | 27 h 13 m | Show
High Roller Play on Tigers +135 In a battle of aces, Aaron Nola (8-2 3.77 ERA) of the Philadelphia Phillies faces off against Matthew Boyd (6-8 4.13 ERA) of the Tigers. Nola may have the better ERA, but the WHIP tells more of the story for these two pitchers. Nola has a 1.32 WHIP while Boyd is sporting a solid 1.13 WHIP. Each pitcher has pitcher about 120 innings (Nola 121 2/3, Boyd 120) with Nola having 138 strikeouts and Boyd having 160. Nola has also had more command issues with his 51 walks to 24 for Boyd. The pitching matchup in this one favors the Tigers and at plus money, it is hard not to take a Detroit team that will onlu need a few runs to take this game. |
|||||||
07-23-19 | Red Sox -145 v. Rays | 5-4 | Win | 100 | 27 h 38 m | Show
High Roller Play on Red Sox -145 Chris Sale (4-9 4.05 ERA) has numbers that don't look anywhere as near as good as he has been pitching this season. He may not be having his best season, but he is still more dominant than his ERA and record would suggest. His 1.08 WHIP and 172 strikeouts in 117 2/3 innings are some of the best numbers in baseball. Yonny Chirinos (8-5 3.29 ERA) has some solid numbers this season as well, but as a pitcher who pitches to contact, Chirinos will have a rough outing against the Red Sox offense that is now first in the league in runs per game. The Sox are hot and the Rays are cold, add in the fact that one of the best pitchers in recent years in on the mound for Boston and you got yourself a great combination for a win. Boston is 10-5 SU in their last 15 games while Tampa Bay is 1-6 SU in their last seven. |

07-22-19 | Orioles v. Diamondbacks UNDER 9.5 | 3-6 | Win | 100 | 27 h 56 m | Show
High Roller Play on Orioles vs Diamondbacks under9½ -115 Aaron Brooks (2-3 4.69 ERA) of the Baltimore Orioles battles Robbie Ray (8-6 3.92 ERA) and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Brooks has been more of an "opener" so far this season, but is expected to go longer than his usual two-plus innings. He has only allowed six hits and three earned runs in his last six appearances (13 1/3 innings). Ray has been one of the best pitchers this season to go under the radar. This may be his last game in Arizona before being traded, so look for him to put up one last big performance as a Diamondback. Ray has 152 strikeouts in 117 innings and has allowed six earned runs in his last three starts (all on home runs). Baltimroe is the 23rd best home run hitting team in the league, so Ray should be able to limit the damage today. Look for both pitchers to have a great day and keep the runs in this one to a minimum. The total has gone UNDER in 8 of Baltimore's last 12 games. The total has gone UNDER in four of the last five meetings between Baltimore and Arizona. |

07-22-19 | Marlins +112 v. White Sox | Top | 1-9 | Loss | -100 | 25 h 26 m | Show |
No Limit Play on Marlins +112 The Miami Marlins begin a three-game series in Chicago against the White Sox. Trevor Richards (3-11 4.24 ERA) gets the start for Miami and despite his record, hasn't been too bad of a pitcher. Richards has only allowed more than four earned runs in four starts and has allowed one or less earned runs in eight starts. Richards has had trouble with walks this year (48 in 104 innings), but the White Sox take the least amount of walks in the Majors, so Richards should get plenty of unpatient White Sox hitters to chase. Ivan Nova (4-9 5.86 ERA) has had a a very rollercoaster like season, 10 starts allowing four or more earned runs and seven starts allowing one earned run or less. Nova has allowed 10 earned runs in his last two starts, including 16 hits and three home runs. Both teams are in a struggle right now, but the matchup is in favor of Richards and the Marlins in this one. |

07-21-19 | White Sox +233 v. Rays | 2-4 | Loss | -100 | 20 h 22 m | Show
High Roller Play on White Sox +233 The Chicago White Sox have won their last two games while the Tampa Bay Rays currently sit on a five-game losing streak. Dylan Cease (1-1 5.73 ERA) will make his third start of the year for the White Sox and Blake Snell (5-7 4.55 ERA) will make his 20th for the Rays. Cease has only thrown 11 inning so far this season, so his numbers aren't very reliable at this point. Snell on the other hand, he has pitched just 95 innings in 19 starts (five innings per start) and has been struggling at times throughout the season despite his 126 strikeouts. Snell has gotten rocked hard in over 25 percent of his starts (five starts allowing five or more earned runs). The White Sox are a solid hitting team despite their record (11th in the league in AVG.). Chicago is 6-3 SU in their last nine against the Rays and I like their bats to cause problems for Snell and the Rays as they pull the upset. |
