11-13-21 | Texas A&M v. Ole Miss +2.5 | 19-29 | Win | 100 | 25 h 53 m | Show
Saturday's Hot Nite Fever High Roller Texas A&M at Mississippi 7:00 ET Rebels (+) over Aggies- A pair of 7-2 ranked SEC teams face off when No. 11 Texas A&M comes to Oxford to square with No. 15 Mississippi. Texas A&M has won four straight after dropping a pair to Arkansas and Mississippi State while the Rebels' loses from two Alabama schools in the Crimson Tide and Auburn but recovered with a win over upstart Liberty 27-14 last Saturday. Ole Miss averages over 525 yards a game and almost 600 throwing out Bama six weeks ago. Take MISSISSIPPI! |
11-13-21 | Maryland +13 v. Michigan State | 21-40 | Loss | -115 | 22 h 51 m | Show
Afternoon Delight Vegas Insider Maryland at Michigan State 4:00 ET Terrapins (+) over Spartans- I call it the 'Bang-Bang' when a team has aspersions and losses late into the season they have difficulty rising to the point of enthusiasm that one had and struggle their following game. It happen to Iowa, it happen to Penn State and it's about to happen to Michigan State. Now, Maryland is nothing special but the Spartans have Ohio State in Columbus next week and with their dreams shattered last week they should be in a lull that the 5-4 Terrapins can take advantage of as they average 430 ypg including 316 passing. Take MARYLAND! |
11-13-21 | Purdue v. Ohio State -20.5 | Top | 31-59 | Win | 100 | 28 h 27 m | Show |
Purdue at Ohio State 3:30 ET Buckeyes (-) over Boilermakers- Not since 'we' had Georgia laying 17-points to Arkansas (37-0) have I felt so strongly about a side. Last week 'we' had Purdue as our' Big Ten Game of Year winning outright over Michigan State and you know all about that but the Boilermakers have done their just upsetting a pair of higher ranked undefeated teams in Iowa and last week over the Spartans weary this week it all collapses as the Buckeyes take control early and win going away! Take OHIO STATE! |
11-13-21 | Miami-FL v. Florida State +2.5 | 28-31 | Win | 100 | 22 h 45 m | Show
Afternoon Delight Rivalry Winner Miami-Fl at Florida State 3:30 ET Seminoles (+) over Hurricanes- In all my years and there have been a few I don't really ever recall these two schools having both played at such an inferior level. Miami has shown some life because thankfully for them imposter D'Eriq King was injured and future pro QB Tyler Van Dyke took over leading the Hurricanes to five wins. Miami leads the rivalry 35-30 having won the last four meetings and their last three overall. FSU has dropped their last two and have had difficulties on offense but they do manage to score points. The Canes may have the stats and the swagger but this on field their arrogance will cost them here. Take FLORIDA STATE! |
11-13-21 | Minnesota +4.5 v. Iowa | 22-27 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 20 m | Show
Afternoon Delight Inner Circle Minnesota at Iowa 3:30 ET Golden Gophers(+) over Hawkeyes- The Golden Gophers had their 4-game winning streak snapped against Illinois last week when Iowa ended a 2-game slide 17-12 at Northwestern. The Hawkeyes still seem in a fog since their first loss to Purdue and are 0-3 ATS since. Minnesota may have lost their 1st team All-Big Ten running back but they did sign coach PJ Fleck to a 7-year $35 million contract and the kids are looking for their share. They earn it tonight. Road team 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Take MINNESOTA! |
11-13-21 | Michigan v. Penn State +2 | 21-17 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 51 m | Show
Big Ten Bankroll Power Play Michigan at Penn State Noon ET Nittany Lions (+) over Wolverines- This should be a good old fashion Big Ten slam you opponent battle. At least it would appear that way but Michigan has some firepower and Penn State is a different team on offense if Sean Clifford is healthy. After opening 5-0 Clifford was injured with a 20-3 lead against Iowa and the Nittany Lions when on a 3-game losing streak before winning at Maryland last week. The Wolverines only loss came on the road blowing a 30-16 lead to Michigan State and have lost five of six SU at Beaver Stadium. Michigan's offense and defensive both have more impressive numbers than the Lions but they are 0-6 ATS against teams with winning records. Lions are 8-2 Last 10 conference games. Take PENN STATE! |
11-13-21 | Mississippi State +5.5 v. Auburn | 43-34 | Win | 100 | 25 h 50 m | Show
SEC Bankroll Hotline Winner Mississippi State at Auburn Noon ET Bulldogs (+) over Tigers- I know on thing about this matchup and that it will be a game of contrasting styles as Auburn will try and manhandle you and the Bulldogs who average just 56 yards rushing will use their No. 5 rated passing offense 376 ypg. Both clubs are coming off losses with Mississippi State getting edged out by Arkansas and the Tigers getting routed by A&M. Normally I would considered the team that needed to rebound the most but in this cast in is not Auburn. If the Bulldogs can force an opening free wheeling game Bo Nix and the Tigers will be caged. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE! |
11-13-21 | Oklahoma v. Baylor +6 | Top | 14-27 | Win | 100 | 25 h 53 m | Show |
Big-12 Heavy Hitter Oklahoma at Baylor Noon ET Bears (+) over Sooners- All year long I've been thinking that the Sooners were underrated while knowing that Baylor was! We had TCU a 'Money Game' winner over Baylor last week who lost after a win over Texas and now I expect the angry Bears to be ready of Oklahoma. This is a game for the intangibles to be a factor for the Bears to prevail. Somehow some way they may throw a monkey wrench into the committees plans. Bears are 4-1 ATS in the five meetings as hosts and Sooners are 0-4 ATS after a win of 20+ points (won 52-21 v TT). Take BAYLOR! |
11-12-21 | Cincinnati -23 v. South Florida | Top | 45-28 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 49 m | Show |
Cincinnati at South Florida 6:00 ET Bearcats (-) over Bulls- I've been a long time to catch these two teams in this kind of spot and I have them both where I want them. 'We' posted Cincinnati as our 'Highest-Rated' Megabucks the first week in October as they manhandled Notre Dame posting a 24-13 win (7-3 70% NCAAF L-10) and since the ranking came out they are 0-3 ATS with three SU wins over inferior competition defeating Navy, Tulane and Tulsa. South Florida opened the season losing to NC State 45-0 as a 19-point underdog and will be overwhelmed here. Take CINCINNATI BIG! PS- Chip's Game of Year WINNER Purdue (+3) 40-29 OUTRIGHT over MSU! Don't miss his NCAAF BLOWOUT Game of Year (7-3 70%) Saturday. |
11-11-21 | Ravens v. Dolphins +7.5 | 10-22 | Win | 100 | 11 h 14 m | Show
Baltimore at Miami 8:20 ET Dolphins (+) over Ravens- Boy, have the Ravens gnawed on the Dolphins winning the last three meetings by a combined 137-16 last time Miami (2019) a 59-10 win. But, has the Jacoby Brissett begun...Tua remains doubtful with limited practice this week and that might be a plus. The Dolphins are land locked with Brissett and that is not a fair contest anymore as They had five turnovers in last weeks with over Houston. Miami is not very good to start with. Ravens look too easy...take MIAMI! |
11-11-21 | North Carolina v. Pittsburgh -6.5 | 23-30 | Win | 100 | 10 h 25 m | Show
North Carolina at Pittsburgh 7:30 ET Panthers (-) over Tar Heels- Without question two of the best college offenses go at it with the Tar Heels and Pitt. The Panthers totaled over 636 yards last week against Duke and have gone over 600 yards in a game twice this season and are No. 2 at 543 ypg and. North Carolina is at 490 ypg has been a disappointment for the most part this season and they are coming off a huge upset over undefeated Wake Forest. Don't trust the Heels and just don't think they have what it takes to win here. Take PITTSBURGH! PS- Chip's Game of Year WINNER Purdue (+3) 40-29 OUTRIGHT over MSU! Don't miss his NCAAF BLOWOUT Game of Year (7-3 70%) Saturday. |
11-10-21 | Kent State +3 v. Central Michigan | 30-54 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 14 m | Show
Kent at C. Michigan 8:00 ET Golden Flashes (+) over Chippewas- Last week when I saw this explosive Kent offense in motion and I got more than I expected as they are ranked 12th in the nation with 471 ypg and that gets my attention. Unfortunately, they surrender 496 ypg. (129th) but it's the Flashes balance that is so impressive as they dole it out evenly averaging 241 rushing and 236 passing. They are 13-5 ATS in last 18 MAC games and the road team is 4-1 ATS last five. Add that the Chippewas are 0-4 ATS as favorites in last four and they are 1-6 ATS following a SU win. Take KENT! PS- Chip was a Game of Year WINNER w/Purdue (+3) 40-29 OUTRIGHT over MSU! Don't miss his next Megabucks Game of Year (7-3 70%) Saturday. |
11-08-21 | Bears +7 v. Steelers | 27-29 | Win | 100 | 12 h 22 m | Show
Chicago and Pittsburgh 8:15 ET Bears (+) over Steelers- The numbers don't lie and what they say is that Chicago has the worst offense in the NFL gaining a paltry 264 ypg (in this day of NFL is putrid) including just 127 yards passing. Pittsburgh's offense is nothing to get excited about as they average just 330 ypg ranking 24th in the league. Scoring wise the Bears are 31st with 15.4 ppg while the Steelers put up just 18.9 ppg and rank 26th. Chicago has lost three straight entering this contest and Pittsburgh has found life after being left for dead and have won three straight. Steelers are 0-6 ATS in their last six games as home favorites. Take CHICAGO! |
11-07-21 | Titans +7.5 v. Rams | 28-16 | Win | 100 | 29 h 43 m | Show
Tennessee at L.A. Rams 8:20 ET Titans (+) over Rams- So, no Derrick Henry...That is quite a loss. No worries as Tennessee has signed relic Adrian Peterson whose called AD for 'All Day' the problem is he his best days are behind him. Los Angeles has gone all-in with the acquisition of Von Miller from the Broncos but he may actually be damaged good as he has been fighting injuries this season. The Titans would be the AFC's No. 1 seed if the postseason were to begin as of now, but, alas we still have half the season to go. There is something that happens to professional teams when a key player goes down (like Dallas without Dak last week) and they rally together to compensate for his absence. That I expect here. Take TENNESSEE! |
11-07-21 | Chargers v. Eagles +1.5 | Top | 27-24 | Loss | -110 | 25 h 36 m | Show |
L.A. Chargers at Philadelphia 4:05 ET Eagles (+) over Chargers- winning three straight with impressive wins over the Chiefs, Raiders and Browns then Chargers come to the City of Brotherly Love as a same favorite after a pair of losses to the Ravers and Patriots. Philadelphia broke a two-game slide with an impressive 44-6 victory over hapless Detroit and return home where they are 6-2 ATS as home underdogs. L.A. seems to play down to their competition as they are 4-10-1 ATS against teams with losing records and the Eagles are 3-5 SU and certainly qualify. Add that the Chargers are last in rushing defense even behind the Jets...take PHILADELPHIA! |
11-07-21 | Vikings +6 v. Ravens | 31-34 | Win | 100 | 21 h 28 m | Show
Minnesota at Baltimore 1:00 ET Vikings (+) over Ravens- This has got to be one of the ugliest sides on the board Sunday as the 3-4 Vikings come to Baltimore off a loss against a Dak Prescott-less Cowboys ream last Sunday. The Ravens meanwhile have had two week to reflect on their 41-17 home loss to the Bengals when the surrendered 520 on defense. Coach John Harbaugh has reminded his team that they are still in first place and have the third ranked offense averaging 418 yards and 26.7 points. Minnesota's averaging 395 ypg but they have to do more than score on their opening drive. The Vikings are 40-18 ATS in their last 58 games following a SU loss. Take MINNESOTA! |
11-07-21 | Patriots v. Panthers +3.5 | 24-6 | Loss | -109 | 21 h 26 m | Show
New England at Carolina 1:00 ET Panthers (+) over Patriots- With both these clubs at 4-4 for New England to be the favorite on the road I assume it is because of coaching and offense when they have the advantage. Maturing quickly under Bill Belichick's rein Mac Jones has led the Pats to 81 points in their last two wins while Carolina snapped a four-game losing streak with a one-touchdown 19-13 win in Atlanta last week. Jones has been sacked only twice in the last two games while the Panthers have 21 sacks on the season. Having scored only one TD in the last two games both on the road San Darnold was removed under concussion protocol and replaced with P.J. Walker who mis more elusive than Darnold with a good arm strength. But, the best news for the Panthers will be the return of Christian McCaffrey. Take CAROLINA! |
11-07-21 | Raiders v. Giants +3.5 | 16-23 | Win | 100 | 21 h 25 m | Show
Las Vegas at New York Giants 1:00 ET Giants (+) over Raiders- It appears the Raiders made a deal with the devil when they moved to Las Vegas and given enough time Sin City will break almost every one down as most believe that when in Vegas that there are no rules. Oh how wrong they are as the punishment for crossing the 'line' is swift and harsh. Las Vegas may have been able to move on from the Gruden fiasco but the latest firestorm resulting from the Henry Ruggs felony DUI and reckless driving chargers is still growing as weapons charges and possible murder (a DUI resulting in a death can be charged with murder if it is established that speeds in the cause where traveling over 120 MPH). A sad time for everyone involved and the entire Raiders team has been affected. Their minds won't be right Sunday. Take NEW YORK GIANTS! |
11-07-21 | Browns +2.5 v. Bengals | 41-16 | Win | 100 | 21 h 24 m | Show
Cleveland at Cincinnati 1:00 ET Browns (+) over Bengals- I am surprised at the 'public' reaction to this game as they seem to be running to the Bengals. I don't believe that the Odell Beckham issue has anything to do with it as has has been ineffective as it was and the Cincinnati collapse against the Jets doesn't seem to bother anyone. Maybe with eight players on the IL the Browns just aren't appealing but they are 4-1 ATS as road underdogs and are 6-2 after an ATS loss while the bengals are 2-5 ATS as home favorites. Take CLEVELAND! |
11-06-21 | Oregon v. Washington +7 | 26-16 | Loss | -108 | 11 h 18 m | Show
Oregon at Washington 7:30 ET Huskies (+) over Ducks- Somehow Oregon is No. 4 in the most important of all polls and that seems a bit high to me for a team that lost to a 3-5 Stanford team while playing in the weakest of the Power Five conferences the PAC-12. The Ducks travel to Washington to play the 4-4 Huskies, a team that they have beaten 15 of the last 17 meetings straight up and are 13-2-1 ATS in the last 16 including 6-1 ATS at Washington. After losing four straight to the 'number' the Huskies posted a last second 20-13 win over Stanford last week (Power Play winner) and will get the money here. Take WASHINGTON! |
11-06-21 | Tennessee -105 v. Kentucky | 45-42 | Win | 100 | 11 h 56 m | Show
Tennessee at Kentucky 7:00 ET Volunteers over Wildcats- This is another head scratcher as the 4-4 Volunteers are favored over 6-2 Kentucky. Tennessee is 3-5 ATS while the Wildcats are 6-2 ATS and this 'price' just makes no sense. Kentucky is the ranked team but you would know that according to the oddsmakers and are 5-0 ATS in their last five games as home underdogs while the Vols are 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight games on the road but are 11-3 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Take TENNESSEE! |
11-06-21 | NC State v. Florida State +3 | 28-14 | Loss | -116 | 9 h 38 m | Show
N. C. State at Florida State 4:00 ET Seminoles (+) over Wolfpack- Florida State lost their first four games and looked terrible doing it and then seemed to turn things around with a mini 3-game win streak before falling to Clemson last Saturday. The Seminoles actually led the toothless Tigers 24-20 with 2:53 left in the game before events turned into a before 30-20 loss providing Clemson their only 'cover' of the season. NC State is 6-2 scoring 31.5 ppg and has a huge game next week against undefeated Wake Forest. The home team is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings and the underdogs is 14-5-1 ATS in the last 20 meetings. Take FLORIDA STATE! |
11-06-21 | Michigan State v. Purdue +3 | Top | 29-40 | Win | 100 | 21 h 16 m | Show |
Michigan State at Purdue 3:30 ET Boilermakers (+) over Spartans- I just can't pass it up! The Michigan State turnaround from last season to this season is something no one saw coming and they moved to No. 3 in the most important of all polls after a huge comeback win over Michigan last week where they trailed by 16-points in the second half and dominated the Wolverines from that point on and won going away. Still the Spartans have Ohio State and Penn State remaining after next weeks encounter against Maryland. The underdogs is 9-1-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings and Purdue is 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Take PURDUE! |
11-06-21 | Baylor v. TCU +7 | 28-30 | Win | 100 | 8 h 17 m | Show
Baylor at Texas Christian 3:30 ET Horned Frogs (+) over Bears- TCU has been one of the better coached teams since 2000 when Gary Patterson took over a lifeless program and built them to prominence. But, after losing last week to Texas and dropping to 3-5 SU the brass at Texas Christian decided not to renew his contract and the prideful man that he is took a hike and didn't wait until the season ended. No. 14 Baylor is back among the ranked clubs but are 2-7 ATS in the last nine meetings and the underdogs isn 7-2 ATS in the lsat nine. Take TEXAS CHRISTIAN! |
11-06-21 | Oklahoma State v. West Virginia +3.5 | 24-3 | Loss | -108 | 8 h 11 m | Show
Oklahoma State at West Virginia 3:30 ET Mountaineers (+) over Cowboys- After opening the season with a pair of narrow non-cover wins against inferior competition Oklahoma State has remained unbeaten against the points while winning 5-of-6 SU and losing outright at Iowa State 24-21 as a 6-point underdog. The Cowboys do it by lassoing their opponents offense allowing just 295 yards a game and holding them to 18 ppg. West Virginia seems to play every season the same way by losing on the road (1-3) and winning at home where they are 3-1 SU and ATS. The Mountaineers just defeated Iowa State 38-31 last Saturday gaining 492 yards against the stellar Cyclone defense. The home team is 3-1-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take WEST VIRGINIA! |
11-06-21 | Wake Forest v. North Carolina -2.5 | 55-58 | Win | 100 | 18 h 49 m | Show
Wake Forest at North Carolina 12:00 ET Tar Heels over Demon Deacons- Here we go again with an unranked team (not even with a winning record favored over a Top-10 teams as disappointing North Carolina is favored while hosting No. 9 and undefeated Wake Forest. The Tar Heels were ranked No. 10 to start the season but at 4-4 this game is crucial if they hope to qualify for the bowl bid of any kind and have a tough battle coming up Thursday against Pittsburgh. Wake Forest has had great starts before but usually falter in November where they are 7-11 in the past five seasons. The Demon Deacons put up 496 ypg on offense but NC isn't far behind averaging 483 ypg. The Deacons are 13-5 ATS in their last 18 as road underdogs but the home team is 7-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Sweating this one out...take NORTH CAROLINA |
11-06-21 | Ohio State v. Nebraska +15 | 26-17 | Win | 100 | 18 h 48 m | Show
Ohio State at Nebraska 12:00 ET Cornhuskers (+) over Buckeyes- The Buckeyes have reeled off seven straight wins since their opening game loss to Oregon and have their sights set on a Nebraska team that is just 15-26 in Big Ten Play since Scott Frost took over the reins. At 3-6 this season the Cornhuskers do just enough to lose close as all their defeats have be by one score. Ohio State is No. 1 in yards and points per game putting up 548 ypg and 47.3 points. The Cornhuskers gain 470 yards a game and the Buckeyes defense is in the middle of the pack surrendering 356 ypg. Nebraska is 2-8 ARS as home dogs and OSU is 4-0-1 as road favorites. So, with desperation in their eyes and an offense that moves the ball I'll take the points with NEBRASKA! |
11-06-21 | SMU v. Memphis +4.5 | 25-28 | Win | 100 | 18 h 45 m | Show
Southern Methodist at Memphis 12:00 ET Tigers (+) over Mustangs- Last week we posted Houston over SMU and were rewarded with a 44-37 win while Memphis fell to Central Florida 24-7 (Chip Shot winner). That was the No. 21 ranked Mustangs their first loss of the season and after seven straight wins they are set up for the bang-bang consecutive losses. It was disheartening loss as after tying the game with 17 seconds remaining they allow a 100-yard kickoff return. SMU is just 1-4 ATS as road favorites and the Tigers are not only 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings and 6-0 ATS as home dogs. Take MEMPHIS! |
11-05-21 | Utah v. Stanford +9 | 52-7 | Loss | -105 | 14 h 36 m | Show
Utah at Stanford 10:30 ET Cardinal (+) over Utes- Utah (4-1) has a virtual 2-game lead over Arizona State (3-2) in the PAC-12 South Division as they have already defeated the Sun Devils. The Utes need only win 2-of-3 remaining games against playing winless Arizona (0-8) and Colorado (2-6) while the Sun Devils must sweep. Stanford is off a loss where they allowed a 20-yard TD pass with 21 seconds to go. Utah is 2-5 ATS as favorites while the Cardinal is 11-4 in their last 15 home games when underdogs and the underdog is 3-0-1 ATS in the last four meetings. Take STANFORD! |
11-04-21 | Jets v. Colts -10 | Top | 30-45 | Win | 100 | 10 h 23 m | Show |
New York Jets at Indianapolis 8:20 ET Colts (-) over Jets- Seems a bit ironic that the Colts were run over by the Titans last Sunday even though Derrick Henry the prolific back had a bad hoof. The Jets flew over the Bengals late Sunday and behind New York's record setting performance by 26-year old rookie Mike White who was 37-of-45 for 405 yards passing with as well as a two-point conversion catch. The New York media is gone so bonkers over the next Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Kurt Warner or Johnny Unitas (he has already been compared to all of them) that they are talking about trading Zach Wilson already. I saw White's show and he is impressive, he stands in the pocket and has a strong accurate arm and his team mates L-O-V-E him. Now, for the Colts! They ran away from Derrick Henry in the second half against Tennessee and even the Titans' players commented that they were shying away from making a tackle. Carson Wentz played scared in the 2nd half and it's time for a team meeting and gut check. For this lame mare (3-5) to be favorited by double-digits after their folding last week against a team that was rejuvenated after a huge comeback win seems like a stretch. Remember, the Jets were a 2-win team last year and they were trailing by 11 points with under five minutes to play before the 'freak-out' happened. Take INDIANAPOLIS! |
11-03-21 | Northern Illinois v. Kent State -3.5 | 47-52 | Win | 100 | 9 h 1 m | Show
N. Illinois at Kent 7:00 ET Golden Flashes (-) over Huskies- The two Division leaders in the MAC meet in Ohio with Northern Illinois as the only undefeated team (4-0) in conference play while Kent is 3-1 in conference action. These two have contrasting styles as the Huskies average a ball possession of 36:50 minutes per games while the Golden Flashes only keep the ball 25:04 minutes per game and that would lead you to believe that NIU has the superior offense. But, as a wise man once said 'Statistics never lie' but they can be very misleading. I say this because the Huskies average 398 ypg while Kent puts up 450.5 ypg, meaning that the Flashers make more explosive plays as both average 29 points per game. Take KENT! |
11-01-21 | Giants v. Chiefs -10.5 | 17-20 | Loss | -104 | 7 h 57 m | Show
New York Giants at Kansas City 8:15 ET Giants (+) over Chiefs- For the Giants to be under .500 at this point of the season is no surprise but to see Kansas City at 3-4 (2-5 ATS) is a bit of a brow raiser. Turnovers have been a killer for the Chiefs who lead the NFL with 17 and have a minus-10 ration as well as a defense is ranked No. 31 allowing 405 ypg. They are scoring 27 ppg but also allowing 29 ppg and surrender a lead high 6.6 yards per play. Key offensive player are still sidelined for the Giants which helps explain the league low in Red Zone conversions at 43%. The Giants are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and are 20-6 in their last 26 road games while the Chiefs are 1-8 ATS in their last home games. To tell you the truth after KC's weak performance last time out I'm afraid they might 'circle the wagons' be truly focused, but can they just turn it on anytime they want to...most teams can't! Take KANSAS CITY! |
10-31-21 | Cowboys v. Vikings -3 | 20-16 | Loss | -105 | 24 h 51 m | Show
Dallas at Minnesota 8:20 ET The first thing to note in this matchup is the huge point-spread swing as Dallas opened a 2.5-point favorite and are now a 2.5-point underdog whether it remains at this price depends on the Cowboys QB situation as the status of Dak Prescott is up in the air. The Cowboys have the No. 1 offense in yards per game with 461 and have average 164 yards on the ground but without their stellar quarterback they could revert to last seasons offensive woes. History between these teams goes back prior to the AFC-NFL merger an although the Cowboys had the early edge the Vikings are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and 5-1 ATS in the last six in Minnesota. Take…MINNESOTA! |
10-31-21 | Bucs v. Saints +4.5 | Top | 27-36 | Win | 100 | 20 h 2 m | Show |
Tampa Bay at New Orleans 4:25 ET Saints (+) over Buccaneers- This may be the most one-sided quarterback matchup of the weekend as Tom Brady invades New Orleans and will be pitted against one of the all-time interception throwers of all time Jamis Winston. But, this season under better coaching Winston has 13 TS passes and just three interceptions. Tampa Bay brings the No. 1 passing offense into the Crescent City and averages 40.7 points at home but only 23.7 on the road by comparison. Before Brady started with the Buccaneers they have struggled against the team from the 'Big Easy' 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings. Take the NEW ORLEANS! |
10-31-21 | Patriots v. Chargers -4.5 | 27-24 | Loss | -104 | 19 h 1 m | Show
New England at L.A. Chargers 4:05 ET Chargers (-) over Patriots- Ah, the Patriots...they crushed the Jets whenever they meet as it seems Bill Belichick has a vendetta against the team that he was hired to coach but left before a single game when the New England opportunity arose. But after beating the Jets and I mean beating them physically as well as on the scoreboard (allowed just 146 yards in the first meeting) and crushed his division rival 54-13 last week they seem to falter the following week. After defeated New York in Game 2 the Pats were dominated at home by the Saints 28-13 totaling only 43 yards rushing. More of the same this week in LA where the Chargers have had two week to like their wounds after getting pounded at Baltimore 34-6 totaling just 208 yards on offense including 28 yards rushing. Bounce back for the Chargers. Take SAN DIEGO (Oops, I mean LOS ANGELES!) |

10-31-21 | Panthers +3 v. Falcons | 19-13 | Win | 100 | 16 h 23 m | Show
Carolina at Atlanta 1:00 ET Panthers (+) over Falcons- This matchup jumped out at me from the 'get go' as I had both side clocked correctly last week using the Giants as my A-Play Megabucks winner over Carolina (26-5 winners) and playing 'early' (+2.5) against Atlanta with another winner (closed at -1.5). Starting 3-0 the Panthers have now lost four straight and even benched Sam Darnold in New York last week but the pressure won't be the same in Atlanta where the Falcons are 0-2 as their only home win was the games over the Jets that was played in London. Atlanta is 3-1 in their last four defeating suck 'powerhouses' like the Jets, Dolphins and Giants and folding in the final minutes to Washington. In spite of the record they have Carolina is ranked third in total yards allowed per game with 307. The Panthers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games as road underdogs and Atlanta is 2-5 ATS as home favorites. Take CAROLINA! |
10-31-21 | Titans v. Colts -2.5 | 34-31 | Loss | -117 | 16 h 18 m | Show
Tennessee at Indianapolis 1:00 ET Colts over Titans- This is one of the better matchups of the week as the streaking Titans winners of three straight both SU and ATS invade Indianapolis (City of Indians how do they get by with that nowadays) after a pair of home wins over Buffalo and Kansas City. The Colts of course ran over the Niners in a storm at SF and are now 3-4 SU while leading the NFL in takeaways with 16. This is a rematch of an earlier home win by Tennessee 25-16 over Indy covering a 4.5-point spread. The Colts have moved to the favorite after opening a 1.5-point dog (at least at Heritage Sunday Night) and are now close to a 3-point favorite. The Titans are 6-14 ATS in the last 20 meetings including 3-7 ATS at Indianapolis. Take the COLTS! |
10-31-21 | 49ers v. Bears +4 | 33-22 | Loss | -109 | 16 h 6 m | Show
San Francisco at Chicago 1:00 ET Bears (+) over 49ers- Will the real San Francisco 49ers please stand up...or have they tried and can't find their legs. When watching the Niners Jimmy Garoppolo appears to have regressed and hasn't come close to playing up to expectations. Talking about disappointing quarterbacks Justin Fields looks anything like a NFL QB but with his weak supporting cast will get a pass on for this season. SF is 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 games as favorites played anywhere while the Bears are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games as underdogs but they are 4-0 ATS against teams with losing records. Take Da' BEARS! |
10-30-21 | Fresno State v. San Diego State | 30-20 | Win | 100 | 29 h 41 m | Show
Fresno State at San Diego State 10:30 Bulldogs (+) over Aztecs- San Diego State is 7-0 and one of nine undefeated FBS teams ranked No. 21 and is just a 1-point favorite against SWC rival Fresno State. The Bulldogs are 6-2 with losses to Oregon and Hawaii but have QB Jack Haener who ranks third in the country with 2,582 passing yards while they average 480 YPG as opposed to the Aztecs' who gain just 331 YPG ranked No. 111 nationally on offense. The Bulldogs are 21-5-1 ATS in their last 27 games as underdogs and 20-9-1 ATS against teams with winning records. Take FRESNO STATE! |
10-30-21 | Penn State +19.5 v. Ohio State | 24-33 | Win | 100 | 23 h 28 m | Show
Penn State at Ohio State 7:30 ET Nittany Lions (+) over Buckeyes- My goodness how can I even think about this...Penn State has been helpless without Sean Clifford at quarterback and their season has gone down the tubes while the Buckeyes have bounced back since their loss to Oregon and are annihilating teams. But, with the return of Clifford fo the Lions and the fact that this game is in prime time Penn State will show up with a stout defense and a bushel of points. Somehow the will keep this one close as Ohio State who has scored 41, 59, 52, 66 and 54 points in each of the last five games will face the best defense they have seen this year. Take the points with PENN STATE! |
10-30-21 | SMU v. Houston | 37-44 | Win | 100 | 25 h 14 m | Show
S.M.U at Houston 7:00 ET Cougars over Mustangs- Undefeated No. 16 SMU (7-0) is one of nine FBS clubs without a loss travels down the Houston Saturday night to play a Cougars clubs that has won six straight after an opening loss to Texas Tech. The Mustangs throttled Tulane 55-26 last Thursday while Houston had to go into overtime to defeat 3-4 East Carolina 31-24. SMU's win over the Green Wave was their only game played in the past three weeks and they could be a bit rusty as they are 1-4 ATS in their last five road games. The Cougars are 6-2 ATS after an ATS loss and are 5-1 ATS against the Mustangs as hosts and the the home team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take HOUSTON! |
10-30-21 | Kentucky v. Mississippi State -114 | 17-31 | Win | 100 | 25 h 12 m | Show
Kentucky at Mississippi State 7:00 ET Bulldogs (+) over Wildcats- No. 12 Kentucky got a dose of reality two weeks ago when they went to Athens and Georgia slapped them around where they scored their only touchdown on the final play of the games after calling a timeout trailing 30-6 with :06 seconds left to play. Mississippi State has been in and out all season and is off a routing of undermanned Vanderbilt 45-6 last week while the Wildcats have had two weeks to lick their bites from the Bulldogs of Georgia. This week the bite will come from a different style of Bulldog who like the throw the ball as opposed to running it down your throat. Kentucky has only three interceptions on the year and that plays right into State's hands This plays right as they are No. 4 in the nation averaging 375 yards passing a game. The Cats are just 1-4 ATS in Starkville and the home team is 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE! |
10-30-21 | Purdue v. Nebraska -7.5 | 28-23 | Loss | -110 | 19 h 4 m | Show
Purdue at Nebraska 3:30 ET Cornhuskers (-) over Boilermakers- Purdue stop in the Top-25 this first since 2014 was short-lived as they were pounded by Wisconsin 30-13 at home last week and now the downtrodden Boilermakers travel to Lincoln to play the Cornhuskers who have dropped their last two and four of their last five. Nebraska is 6-1-1 ATS after a straight up loss and are coming off a bye week after their loss at Minnesota two weeks ago (part of 'our' 3-0 Build Your Bankroll SWEEP) and defeated Purdue 37-27 in Lafayette last season. The 'Makers' are 1-8 ATS in their last Big Ten games and 1-6 in their last seven after a loss. Take NEBRASKA! |
10-30-21 | Iowa v. Wisconsin -3 | 7-27 | Win | 100 | 24 h 45 m | Show
Iowa at Wisconsin 12:00 ET Badgers (-) over Hawkeyes- Last week there were five NCAAF games where the ranked team was an underdog to an unranked team, a formula that has been successful with the favorite winning over the years. But, the oddsmakers were wrong the the 'public' won four of five with the only unranked points spread winner being Wisconsin (-3) over Purdue (a Build Your Bankroll winner for us). This week it happens again in the Badgers game against No. 10 Iowa who is a 3-point underdog. Wisconsin was 1-3 and and now the No. 2 rushing Big Ten offense and No. 2 nationally ranked defense allowing just 223 total yards per game are favored again. The Hawkeyes have the 120th ranked offense averaging just 311 ypg and won early with great defense and mirrors and defeated a crippled Penn State after their QB Clifford left with an injury and a 17-3 lead. Hawkeyes No. 1 in takeaways but Whisky is No. 1 nationally in rushing defense allowing just 53.3 ypg. Iowa is 2-7 ATS in their last nine road games when underdogs and fall short here. Take WISCONSIN! |
10-30-21 | Michigan -4 v. Michigan State | 33-37 | Loss | -106 | 24 h 44 m | Show
Michigan at Michigan State 12:00 ET Wolverines (-) over Spartans- This game has always bought the 'bragging rights' for the state of Michigan football but this season with both clubs undefeated (7-0) and Big Ten title implications also carrying weight. Both clubs have great offenses with Michigan averaging 443 YPG and Michigan State averaging 453 YPG but when it comes to defense the Wolverines have a huge edge ranking No. 11 in the nation allowing just 298 YPG while the Spartans are No. 87 allowing 406 YPG. With Michigan a favorite at East Lansing it draws some thoughts as to why when under Jim Harbaugh they are 2-11 SU against Top-10 ranked teams and they are 2-11 ATS in the last 13 meetings against the Spartans but Michigan State is just 4-15-2 ATS in their last 21 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five as home underdogs. Take MICHIGAN! |
10-30-21 | Texas +2.5 v. Baylor | 24-31 | Loss | -102 | 24 h 44 m | Show
Texas at Baylor 12:00 ET Longhorns (+) over Bears- Texas has dominated this series since it started 110 years ago have a 79-27-4 series record over the Bears. The disappointing Longhorns have dropped their last two yo Oklahoma and Oklahoma State after having double-digit second half leads in both losses. They lead Oklahoma 28-3 in the first quarter before the Sooners posted one of the greatest comeback in the series history. The Texas offense averages 457 ypg and 41.6 points and will be ready to play their intrastate rival. No. 16 Baylor opened less than a FG favorite and that speaks volumes as to what the oddsmakers think. The Longhorns have had two weeks to prepare after their two losses to the Oklahoma schools and will be ready for 'bear'...get it 'Ready for Bear.' Take TEXAS! |
10-29-21 | Navy v. Tulsa -11 | 20-17 | Loss | -105 | 10 h 14 m | Show
Navy at Tulsa 7:30 ET Golden Hurricanes (-) over Midshipman- For those of you that took advantage of my Build Your Bankroll package on Saturday you went 2-1 (5-1 last two weeks) with Navy (+24) being one of my early winners over Cincinnati (24-30). After a home game against the No. 2 team in the nation the Navy sails into Tulsa a landlocked city and gets grounded. The Golden Hurricane (3-4) are double-digit favorites because despite their loss on Saturday the Midshipman (1-6) played their best and most inspired game of the season. Only the remaining game against Army will bring that much out emotion out of this branch of the service academies. Navy has been a 'take' as an underdog on the road especially at Tulsa where they are 4-0 ATS in their last four trips to this slippery oil city. But, the Golden Hurricane (oh how tempted I am to call them 'showers') is 5-0 ATS after a bye week. Tough spot for the Navy...take TULSA! |
10-28-21 | Packers v. Cardinals -6.5 | 24-21 | Loss | -102 | 10 h 3 m | Show
Green Bay at Arizona 8:15 ET Packers (+) over Cardinals- A pair of winning streaks are on the line tonight in Phoenix where the 7-0 Cardinals will host the ailing Packers winner of six straight. Arizona whose franchise hasn't been undefeated at this point in the season since Don Coryell was coaching in 1974 and the team was located in St. Louis. The 'Pack' of course have been a mainstay was formed in 1919 and joined the NFL in 1933 and occasionally played games in Milwaukee which ended in 1994. Green Bay still has Aaron Rodgers leading the way with 15 TD passes and only three int's but will be without All-Pro Davante Adams who is under COVID protocol although there is a slight chance he can return with two negative tests on Thursday. But their defensive coordinator Joe Barry is also out because of the virus. Arizona even with their perfect record is just 9-20 ATS in 29 games as home favorites and 2-5 ATS against teams with winning records. Take GREEN BAY! |
10-25-21 | Saints -4 v. Seahawks | 13-10 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 58 m | Show
New Orleans at Seattle 8:15 ET Saints (-) over Seahawks- I'm playing this side strictly of the 'number' as I think it is outrageous that New Orleans is this strong a favorite or even favored at all in Seattle. I understand that perennial backup Geno (Sucker Punch) Smith will be quarterbacking the Seahawks but his performances have not been all that bad except for fatal turnover ion final possessions which didn't help the cause. Maybe because of his inability to perform when it means the most has his teammates with a 'we can't win with him' attitude. Like so many other as one coach once said 'he does just enough to get you beat.' But maybe it's not Geno but Seattle's defense which is last even behind the Chiefs in yards allowed per game with 433. Take NEW ORLEANS! |
10-24-21 | Colts v. 49ers -4 | 30-18 | Loss | -103 | 26 h 29 m | Show
Indianapolis at San Francisco 8:20 ET 49ers (-) over Colts- Indianapolis has come to life winning two of their last three with the loss in OT against the Ravens in Baltimore as Carson Wentz has shown flashes of his former self. San Francisco has now dropped three straight after opening the season with a pair of victories and are 1-4 ATS and is off a bye week after a 17-10 loss at Arizona. Jimmy Garoppolo will be back under center returning from a calf injury that sidelined him and gave rookie Trey Lance a start and now he is on the injured list. The Colts who is 7-2 ATS in their last nine road games are also 4-0 SU in the last four meetings. The Niners have struggled as favorites going 5-22-1 ATS in that role as hosts and 10-27 ATS as favorites in their last 37 overall. Don't let those numbers hold you back as SF is off a bye week and get the win here. Rake SAN FRANCISCO! |
10-24-21 | Eagles +3 v. Raiders | 22-33 | Loss | -120 | 8 h 35 m | Show
Philadelphia at Las Vegas 4:05 ET Eagles (+) over Raiders- So, Las Vegas is back on track after a Jon Gruden-less victory at Denver last week as they return home conquering hero's to the gambling faithful in Sin City. With mirror records with the Raiders at 4-2s and Philadelphia at 2-4 this line looks suspiciously low to me and it is possible the home team is in an emotional low after all that has transpired. The road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings with the dog going 4-0 ATS. The Raiders are 8-19 ATS in their last 27 following a following a straight up win. Take PHILADELPHIA! |
10-24-21 | Chiefs -4 v. Titans | 3-27 | Loss | -110 | 5 h 42 m | Show
Kansas City at Tennessee 1:00 ET Chiefs (-) over Titans- Who can stop Derrick Henry, it couldn't possible be the Chiefs who surrender 6.7 yards per play. After three first-half turnovers and trailing 13-10 Kansas City settled down to shut out Washington 21-0 in the second half last week with two top defenders missing the game and they will be back against the one-dimensional Titans this week. Tennessee is off a short week and are dealing with a number of injuries themselves losing All-pro Tackle Taylor Lewan and first round cornerback Caleb Farley along wit Julio Jones who could not finish Monday's game. KC leads the NFL with 14 turnovers but will take advantage of the Titans weakened defense and an inconsistent Ryan Tannehill. Take KANSAS CITY! |
10-24-21 | Jets +7 v. Patriots | 13-54 | Loss | -106 | 5 h 35 m | Show
New York Jets at New England 1:00 ET Jets over Patriots- When these two AFC rivals met for the first time this season in New York a pair of rookie quarterbacks started and the results were like night and day. The jets Zach Wilson his first two passes intercepted and four in the game as the 5.5-point underdogs were never in it losing 25-6. Now, with the 31st ranked offense New York is at New England and just 7-point underdogs and by NFL standards for home field advantages they should be at least a 13-point dog. Oddsmakers don't make those kind of mistakes but I guess they believe that the Patriots heartbreaking loss to Dallas last week took a lot out of them. Take the J-E-T-S! |
10-24-21 | Falcons v. Dolphins +2.5 | 30-28 | Win | 100 | 4 h 25 m | Show
Atlanta at Miami 1:00 ET Dolphins (+) over Falcons- Woe, is Miami, not only are they off a loss in London to previous winless Jacksonville in London they are the first NFL to return from across the Atlantic and not receive a bye. Atlanta was in London for the win over the Jets two weeks ago and received their bye this past week and are well rested. The Dolphins also arrive a day late in Miami and didn't start practice until last Thursday amid rumors of trying to unload QB Tua Tagovalioa who had a career high of 327 yards passing in a losing cause last week. Atlanta is 0-4 ATS in their last four games played on grass (the field, not their heads) while Miami is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 home games. Take the DOLPHINS! |
10-24-21 | Panthers v. Giants +3 | Top | 3-25 | Win | 100 | 5 h 46 m | Show |
Carolina at New York Giants 1:00 ET Giants (+) over Panthers- The was 'Fade' when Sam Darnold played in New York with the Jets and this time he comes into the 'Big Apple' with Carolina and nothing has changes as the word once again is...FADE! After a quick 3-0 start against weak opponents the Panthers have lost three straight with Darnold's performances getting worse week by week. Now, on to the crippled Giants who after lack luster losses to Dallas and the Rams are hearing it more from the media than Ben Simmons is in Philadelphia. Surprisingly enough when checking the stats we find that New York is better on offense than the Panthers although their defense has fallen off last season's pace and Carolina is better on that side of the ball. A key clog for the Panthers is still missing as Christian McCaffrey is still out of action and that cripples their offense more than the Big Blue injuries. Take the GIANTS |
10-23-21 | USC +7.5 v. Notre Dame | 16-31 | Loss | -106 | 8 h 31 m | Show
USC at Notre Dame 7:30 ET Trojans (+) over Fighting Irish- This game has lost its luster over the years as these two once national powers haven't played in a number of years and over time USC has been dominate in this series although Notre Dame has won the last three meetings. The Fighting Irish are 5-1 and ranked but to me have not been impressive as they struggle against better competition. USC is in flux but like ND has had two weeks to get ready and at 3-3 this may be their biggest games of the season. Jack Coan the Irish QB has been a disappointment and I don't expect any improvement here. Take SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! |
10-23-21 | NC State v. Miami-FL +3.5 | Top | 30-31 | Win | 100 | 30 h 36 m | Show |
N.C. State at Miami-Fl 7:30 ET Hurricanes (+) over Wolfpack- My oh my...when I first saw this game on the Hurricanes schedule I was certain that I would be backing N.C. State especially after the way they started the season with the Wolfpack blowing out South Florida 45-0 and defeating Clemson 27-21 while Miami was crushed by Alabama and barely got by Appalachian State. But, the Canes although in a losing effort impressed me last week in their last at North Carolina and though they are just 2-4 on the season they are vastly improved from what I saw early in the year. Second year freshman Tyler Van Dyke has gotten better game by game and Miami is 6-2 Ats after allowing 40 or more points in their precious game. NC State is just 4-11 ATS in their last 15 road games, 1-6 ATS as road favorites and 7-15 ATS after a SU win. Take MIAMI-FL! |
10-23-21 | San Diego State v. Air Force -3 | 20-14 | Loss | -108 | 25 h 58 m | Show
San Diego State at Air Force 7:00 ET Falcons (-) over Aztecs- This Mountain West Conference battle will pit strength against strength as San Diego State brings their stout run defense up against the Air Force's nation leading triple-option run offense. The Aztecs run defense allows just 61.2 yards a game while the Falcons run offense averages 336.4 yards a game. The Fly-boys have lost eight straight in this series and yet they are favored over the No. 22 ranked team in the nation. SDS is 1-4 ATS in their last five road games against teams with winning home records and the Air Force is 11-4-1 ATS in their last 16 home games against teams with winning records and they are 4-1 ATS in their last five games as favorites. Take AIR FORCE! |
10-23-21 | Oregon v. UCLA -116 | 34-31 | Loss | -116 | 21 h 3 m | Show
Oregon at U.C.L.A. 3:30 ET Bruins over Ducks- This is a really tough one to call as No. 10 Oregon is looking to regain their early season momentum while UCLA is gaining more and more momentum every week. The Bruins are led by former Ducks head coach Chip Kelly and although Oregon has won seven of the past eight meetings they haven't won in Pasadena since 2014. With the Ducks ranked and the Bruins not this price pushes me toward the baby bears. Take UCLA! |
10-23-21 | Oklahoma State v. Iowa State -7 | Top | 21-24 | Loss | -106 | 22 h 37 m | Show |
Oklahoma State at Iowa State 3:30 ET Cyclones (-) over Cowboys- No. 8 Oklahoma State is undefeated (6-0) and just posted a huge (32-24) emotional win at Texas and this week the are a virtual touchdown underdog against unranked at Iowa State who has two losses. I may be getting sucked in here but the 'numbers' just don't add up and I trust the oddsmakers more than the pollsters. What bothers me more is that the Cowboys are 2907 ATS in their last 27 games as underdogs and 16-5 ATS against teams with winning records so it's obvious that they are the Rodney Dangerfield of college football getting 'no respect.' On the flip side the Cyclones are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games as favorites and because this line seems so out of whack I will lay it. A 'Don't make sense' winner. Take IOWA STATE! |
10-23-21 | Wisconsin -3.5 v. Purdue | 30-13 | Win | 100 | 21 h 2 m | Show
Wisconsin at Purdue 3:30 ET Badgers (-) over Boilermakers- So Purdue has broken into the Top-25 first the first time in 14 years after defeating Iowa in Ames and returns home to find themselves as underdog to a disappointing Wisconsin team that is just 3-3 on the season. The Badgers were hard pressed to beat Army at home and find themselves with one of the worst FBS quarterbacks in the nation with Graham Mertz who opened his career last season completing 21 of 22 attempts but hasn't shown anything close to that this season. Wisconsin is 7-0 ATS in their last seven trips to Lafayette are 15-6 ATS as road favorites while the Boilermakers are 1-5 ATS in their last six home games and 1-7 ATS in their last eight Big Ten encounters. Take WISCONSIN! |
10-23-21 | Kansas State -104 v. Texas Tech | 25-24 | Win | 100 | 24 h 45 m | Show
Kansas State at Texas Tech Wildcats (+) over Red Raiders- Kansas State has dropped their last three games outright and they opened a 1-point favorite on the road against a 5-2 Texas Tech club that is off a 4-14 crushing win at Kansas. But, winning over the Jayhawks (one of the weakest teams in the FBS) can provide false confidence. The Wildcats losses were against undefeated Oklahoma State, undefeated Oklahoma and Iowa State. K-State is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and is not only 9-4 ATS in their last 13 road games but 39-15-1 ATS after an ATS loss while the Red Raiders are 0-4 after an ATS win. Take KANSAS STATE! |
10-23-21 | Cincinnati v. Navy +28 | 27-20 | Win | 100 | 24 h 43 m | Show
Cincinnati at Navy 12:00 ET Midshipman (+) over Bearcats- This is a mismatch of giant proportions as No. 2 Cincinnati (6-0) sports a defense that only allows 294.5 ypg and the Midshipman offense is so inept that it ranked No. 126 and averages just 275.5 ypg. The Navy doesn't fly well averaging under 60 yards passing per game and were shutout 42-0 the last time these two met in 2018. Although the Bearcats have dominated most of the games they are just 1-4 ATS on the road against teams with losing records. It may look like the Navy's ship has sailed but they are 16-6 ATS in their last 22 conference games and 8-3 following an ATS loss. Somehow the Midshipman will stay afloat and cover this highest of numbers. Take NAVY! |
10-23-21 | Wake Forest v. Army +3 | Top | 70-56 | Loss | -105 | 24 h 44 m | Show |
Wake Forest at Army 12:00 ET Black Knights (+) over Demon Deacons- Undefeated (6-0) and ranked No. 15 Wake Forest travels to West Point and is only a 3-point favorite against a 4-2 Army squad that doesn't anything near the quality schedule of the Demon Deacons. Having played against the service academies while I was in college I know how tough they can be especially at home. The Army is 3-0 SU at home this season and is coming off a hard fought loss (20-14) at Wisconsin where they held their own against the bad boys in the Big Ten allowing the Badgers just 310 yards on offense. Wake Forest is off an OT win at Syracuse where they totaled just 338 yards on offense and were out-gained by the Orange by 88 yards. Look for the outright upset here. Take ARMY! |
10-22-21 | Memphis v. Central Florida +2.5 | 7-24 | Win | 100 | 4 h 4 m | Show
Memphis at Central Florida 7:00 ET Knights (+) over Tigers- Last week we posted Memphis over Navy and they won easily on Thursday night this time around they are on the road and will find the going more difficult. Central Florida had run off 13 straight wins in this series until the Tigers won last year's battle 50-49 although the Knights totaled 798 yards on offense. Memphis scored two TD's in the final 3:41 to overcome a 21-point CFU lead. This time around Knights coach Gus Malzahn will have the answer. Tigers are just 3-10 ATS after a win and 4-9 ATS as favorites. Take CENTRAL FLORIDA! |
10-21-21 | Broncos +2 v. Browns | 14-17 | Loss | -110 | 12 h 20 m | Show
Denver at Cleveland 8:15 ET Broncos (+) over Browns- The injuries mount to Cleveland's most important parts as they will now be without quarterback Baker Mayfield to go alone with running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. The Browns have dropped their last two while Denver after a 3-0 start has lost three straight. For the most part I usually don't mind playing on the 'hurting' party (Browns) as the oddsmaker makes adjustments and the injury clubs bans together, but this time around I believe that with these three offensive players down it will be too much for Cleveland to overcome. Denver's QB Teddy Bridgewater has been better than average throwing for 1,514 yards and 10 TD's with four interceptions. Broncos perform well on Thursday night's going 11-3 ATS in 14 appearances. Take DENVER! |
10-21-21 | Tulane +14 v. SMU | 26-55 | Loss | -106 | 11 h 52 m | Show
Tulane at S.M.U. 7:30 ET Green Wave (+) over Mustangs- At 6-0 SMU is one of three teams in the AAC undefeated in conference play along with Cincinnati and Houston. Tulane (1-5) has yet to win a conference game and have lost their last four including all three road games. The Mustangs will have to meet the other pair of undefeated AAC foes in the next weeks on the road starting with Houston next week and Cincinnati two weeks after that. Both clubs were off last week with the Green Wave not having played since October 7 a 40-22 loss to Houston. Tulane's offense is better than many might realize as they put up nearly 400 yards a game including 159 yards through the air led by QB Michael Pratt who has 13 TD passes and five interceptions. Tulane actually led the Cougars 22-17 in the second half before falling the Houston but will keep pace for the full 60 minutes tonight. Take TULANE! |

10-20-21 | Coastal Carolina v. Appalachian State +5.5 | 27-30 | Win | 100 | 11 h 25 m | Show
Coastal Carolina at Appalachian State 7:30 Mountaineers (+) over Chanticleers- Love the turn around here as a week ago we posted a Megabucks best bet winner with Lafayette over Appalachian State and won convincingly and this time around it will be the Mountaineers who gain the victory over highly regarded No. 14 Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers has had two week to pat themselves on the back after their 52-20 win over Arkansas State (1-5) who is winless in the Sun Belt. C. Carolina deserves it's high ranking as they are No. 3 in the nation in yards per game with 552.5 including 261.8 on the ground which ranks them 4th. But, the Mountaineers are 7-1 ATS in their last eight as underdogs and will be ready in Boone for this one...Take APPALACHIAN STATE! |
10-18-21 | Bills v. Titans +6 | Top | 31-34 | Win | 100 | 12 h 55 m | Show |
Buffalo at Tennessee 8:15 ET Titans (+) over Bills- There is one thing that Tennessee can do right and that is run the ball with Derrick Henry has 640 yards and is looking for his fifth straight 100-yard game rushing. What they don't do so well is protect their quarterback Ryan Tannehill who has been sacked a league high 20 times this season. This week they face a Buffalo defense that leads the NFL in fewest points allowed per game with 12.8 and yards per game with 252 and takeaways with 15. The Bills offense has a claim to fame as they lead the league in scoring at 34.4 ppg as they average 410 ypg. The underdog is 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings and the Titans are 7-2 ATS in their last nine Monday night games. Take TENNESSEE! |
10-17-21 | Seahawks +5.5 v. Steelers | 20-23 | Win | 100 | 26 h 31 m | Show
Seattle at Pittsburgh 8:20 ET Seahawks (+) over Steelers- So, the Geno Smith era continues with Seattle as the veteran backup (first start since 2017) replaces former iron-man Russell Wilson at quarterback for the struggling 2-3 Seahawks. Pittsburgh also 2-3 has its owns struggles at QB as Big Ten Roethlisberger is casting a smaller shadow this days although the Steelers ended a 3-game losing streak with a 27-19 win over Denver last week. Smith is just one of three NFL quarterback that has actually played a 'perfect' game acquiring the highest QB rated that can be posted just before he was released by the New York Jets. Seahawks are 10-3 ATS as road underdogs while Pittsburgh is 0-6 ATS in their last six games as favorites including 0-5 ATS at home. Take SEATTLE! |
10-17-21 | Cowboys v. Patriots +3.5 | Top | 35-29 | Loss | -110 | 22 h 42 m | Show |
Dallas at New England 4:25 ET Patriots (+) over Cowboys- Man of man have to Cowboys turned it around this season or what! The are 5-0 ATS (the only NFL that is) and have what seems like an unstoppable offense now that Dak Prescott is back leading the charge. They will need all of that and more against a Bill Belichick team that is young at quarterback but No. 5 in defense allowing just 317 yards per game and just 18.4 points. As good as Dallas has looked and played they are still just 1-4 ATS in their last five road games when favored while the Patriots are 10-2 ATS as home underdogs. Take NEW ENGLAND! |
10-17-21 | Packers v. Bears +6 | 24-14 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 16 m | Show
Green Bay at Chicago 1:00 ET Bears (+) over Packers- No caparison..future HOF quarterback Aaron Rodgers will lead Green Bay into Chicago who will be starting rookie QB Justin Fields and it just doesn't seem fair on the surface. But, there is also no comparison between the two defenses as the Bears are ferocious and can bite whereas the Packers are more passive. Since getting blown out and wasted in their opener against the L.A. Rams Chicago has won 3-of-4 and now face their biggest nemesis as Rodgers and the Packers are 20-5 during his career and he has 55 TD passes with only 10 interceptions and a passer rating of 107.2 which turns the Bears into cubs. But, the Bears are 14-6-1 ATS in their last 21 games as home underdogs. Take CHICAGO! |
10-17-21 | Chiefs v. Washington Football Team +7 | 31-13 | Loss | -112 | 18 h 13 m | Show
Kansas City at Washington 1:00 ET Former Skins (+) over Chiefs- E-mails...who needs to read E-mails, we can just look at what's happening on the field to know what's going on with these two clubs. Neither of these two teams is playing the kind of defense that is needed to move into the playoffs as the Chiefs rank 31th in yards allowed while the DC crew is No. 27. Add that their offenses often fall short committing turnovers that result in lost scoring opportunities and surrender points to their opposition. KC is tied with Jacksonville for the league high with 11 turnovers and Mahomes is throwing the ball as if he has a sore arm. Chiefs are 2-12 ATS in their last 14 games played on grass and 2-5 ATS as road favorites while the Foreskins are 9-3 ATS after a double-digit home loss. Take WASHINGTON! |
10-17-21 | Chargers v. Ravens -2.5 | Top | 6-34 | Win | 100 | 18 h 14 m | Show |
L.A. Chargers at Baltimore 1:00 ET Ravens (-) over Chargers- These two have common record of 4-1 and a pair play making quarterbacks that get it done with contrasting styles. Their offensive styles are drastically different as drop-back QB Justin Herbert exclusively uses his arm throwing for 1,576 yards and 13 TD passes while Lamar Jackson is probably the second best running back in the NFL behind Derrick Henry (the second coming of Jim Brown) and has an explosive style. Baltimore already has wins over a pair of AFC West opponents defeating Denver and Kansas City with their lone loss coming in OT against the raiders after blowing a 14-point fourth quarter lead. Chargers had a huge comeback win last week over the browns scoring 47 points but they are 8-20-1 ATS after scoring 30 points or more. Add they the Ravens are 5-1 as home favorites...take BALTIMORE! |
10-16-21 | Arizona State v. Utah +1 | 21-35 | Win | 100 | 27 h 2 m | Show
Arizona State at Utah 10:00 ET Sun Devils over Utes- This is a really tough call as I like both clubs and just love the Sun Devils overall speed at the skilled positions. Utah has had to overcome emotional trauma as safety Aaron Lowe was shot to death at a post game party on September 26th and it was the second Utes football to die by a gunshot in nine months. Utah has had the best of the series between the two and are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings and has won 15 of their last 16 home games. Starting the season 0-4 ATS the Utes posted their first ATS win over USC last Saturday and will repeat again this week. Take UTAH! |
10-16-21 | UCLA v. Washington -122 | Top | 24-17 | Loss | -122 | 27 h 56 m | Show |
UCLA at Washington 8:30 ET Huskies over Bruins- UCLA is averaging 434 yards per game on offense 225 of which they garner on the ground and 209 in the air. Washington doesn't run the ball as well in the past averaging only 117 ypg on the ground but put up 258 yards passing while ranking No. 3 against the pass allowing just 147 ypg. The Bruins defense is weak allowing 401 yards a game including 308 yards passing which plays into the Huskies strength. UCLA is 7-16-2 ATS in their last 25 games following a straight-up win and just 3-7 ATS on field turf. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and the Huskies are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games after a SU loss. Take WASHINGTON! |
10-16-21 | Purdue +12 v. Iowa | 24-7 | Win | 100 | 21 h 5 m | Show
Purdue at Iowa 3:30 ET Boilermakers (+) over Hawkeyes- For anyone that saw the Hawkeyes defeat Penn State last week they must realize who badly Iowa was out-played. The Nittany Lions were dominating play and leading 17-3 when their starting quarterback Sean Clifford left the field with a games ending injury as they netting -19 yards on their next three possessions and in the fourth quarter finished the game with a an interception and twice a turned the ball over on downs. Clifford's replacement Ta'Quan Robinson was helpless going 7-of-20 for just 34 yards and two picks. Purdue is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games as underdogs and 18-6-2 ATS in their last 25 games as road dogs. Take PURDUE! |
10-16-21 | Auburn +5.5 v. Arkansas | 38-23 | Win | 100 | 19 h 50 m | Show
Auburn at Arkansas 12:00 ET Tigers (+) over Razorbacks- Oh, here we go with Bo Nix once again the Auburn QB has been the single most overrated QB in college football for three years as the Tigers are still waiting for him to show why he was the High school player of the year as a scholastic senior. But, Arkansas is coming off one of the more heartbreaking losses of the year for any NCAA club failing on a two-point attempt at Mississippi with no time left in the game. The Razorbacks left it all on the field as they had 676 yards of offense including 39 first down but failed when in meant the most. I stated the last time I had Auburn (in a loss)I said that two people should be put in front of a firing squad, one is Bo Nix for his inept play and the other is the guy who 'played on' him (that being ME). But, teams win games and the Tigers are in position to win this one. Take AUBURN! |
10-16-21 | Nebraska v. Minnesota +4.5 | 23-30 | Win | 100 | 19 h 49 m | Show
Nebraska at Minnesota 12:00 ET Golden Gophers (+) over Cornhuskers- Nebraska will remain inconsistent as long as Adrian Martinez is their quarterback. The Cornhuskers who are 0-3 on the road and their four losses overall have come by a combined 21 points. Minnesota has had two weeks to savor their win over Purdue and are 8-3 ATS after a bye week. Minny lost running back Trey Potts for the season who had replaced All-Big Ten runner Mohamed Ibrahim who went down in their opener against Ohio State. But. It is Minnesota's defense that has shown their best stuff allowing just 308 ypg. Nebraska is 1-3-1 ATS in the last five meetings and is 0-3 on the road. Take MINNESOTA! |
10-16-21 | Florida v. LSU +12.5 | 42-49 | Win | 100 | 19 h 49 m | Show
Florida at L.S.U. 12:00 ET Tigers (+) over Gators- Oh how the mighty have fallen. Two years ago LSU was the 2019 National Champion behind Heisman winner Joe Burrow and now they about to go under .500 as a double-digit home underdog to Florida. The Tigers are off an embarrassing loss to Kentucky surrendering 330 yards rushing and have out-gained on the ground in their last three games against Auburn, Miss State and the Wildcats by 365 yards. The Gators are No. 3 in the nation rushing and average 274 ypg on the ground. So, illogically I'll take the Tigers... somehow it's LSU! |
10-16-21 | Texas A&M v. Missouri +11.5 | 35-14 | Loss | -109 | 18 h 53 m | Show
Texas A&M at Missouri 12:00 ET Tigers (+) over Aggies- Having posted the Aggies last week as one of my top releases in their convincing win over Alabama I only wish this game started later in the day so we could load up on Missouri. Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher states that his club 'won't be pounding their chests' this week after beating the No. 1 team in the nation but I doubt he can prevent them from walking on air this week. Not only did they take down the No.1 team but they took down ALABAMA! Missouri who is 0-6 ATS this season hasn't 'covered' a game since last November and are actually 0-9 ATS in their last nine games overall but are averaging 467 yards a game compared to the Aggies 377 ypg. Also, the Tigers are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings are are in a perfect spot to pull off an outright upset...take MISSOURI! |
10-16-21 | Michigan State v. Indiana +4.5 | Top | 20-15 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 5 m | Show |
Michigan State at Indiana 12:00 ET Hoosiers (+) over Spartans- These two have switched positions this season as compared to last. Indiana was 6-2 last year and showed so much promise behind quarterback Michael Penix, Jr but have yet to score touchdown in a pair of Big Ten games against Penn State and Iowa while Michigan State after a horror show last year are 6-0 this time around and looking stronger every week. So, I ask you with Penix sidelined with a shoulder injury why is this line so inviting. The Spartans have won 10 of the last 12 meetings but were upended 24-0 at home last season by the Spartans. Jack Tuttle was 1-1 as a starter at QB last season for the Hoosiers and will be an improvement over the inaccurate throwing Penix. Take INDIANA! |
10-15-21 | Clemson -13.5 v. Syracuse | 17-14 | Loss | -103 | 10 h 43 m | Show
Clemson at Syracuse 7:00 ET Tigers (-) over Orange- Clemson's non-cover streak is now at six games going 0-5 ATS this season and I'll throw in their final game last year when as 7-point favorites they were blowout by Ohio State 49-28 and it wasn't even that close. So, the Tigers who are dead last in passing efficiency in the ACC are a double-digit favorite on the road at Syracuse (5-1 ATS) where the Orange have won and covered their last three games as hosts. Although the dog is 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings (Tigers favored in all seven) the Tigers are 13-4 ATS in their last 17 as road favorites and 14-5 ATS in their last 19 road games overall. 'We' will be bucking some positive trends on the Syracuse side as they are 6-1 ATS in their last seven as underdogs and 5-1 ATS at home in their last six. Still, it's time for the tigers to roar! Tigers have the best scoring defense in the ACC allowing just 11.5 points a game. Take CLEMSON! |
10-14-21 | Bucs v. Eagles +7.5 | 28-22 | Win | 100 | 12 h 48 m | Show
Tampa Bay at Philadelphia 8:20 ET Eagles (+) over Buccaneers- We should all understand the greatness of Tom Brady by now winning a record seven Super Bowls and still playing at 44 years old, but at this point to be the leading passer in the NFL with other greats like Rodgers and Mahomes among his peers is boggling. Tom-Tom has 1,767 passing yards to lead the league and 15 TD passes which ranked him No. 2 behind Mahomes and no interceptions in his last 2-3 attempts. By comparison his QB opponent tonight Jalen Hurts has seven TD passes with three Int's. But, Tampa Bay will be short-handed in many areas and will be without Brady's favorite target Rob Gronkowski and their defense will be depleted as well. The Eagles have the leagues No. 3 passing defense and will surprise the Bucs with their underrated defense. Take PHILADELPHIA! |
10-14-21 | Navy v. Memphis -10.5 | 17-35 | Win | 100 | 26 h 41 m | Show
Navy at Memphis 7:30 ET Tigers (-) over Midshipman- After a 3-0 start Memphis has dropped their last three while an undermanned Navy team has managed just one win in five starts. The Tigers three losses are by a combined 12 points but still, they average 499.3 yards per game including 323 in the air while the Middies average just 62.6 passing yards a game. As a matter of fact the Navy offense is offensive averaging just 282.6 yards ranking 126 in NCAA rankings. Navy scores just 17.6 a game (No. 121) while Memphis puts up 36 points a game ranking No. 24. Take MEMPHIS! |
10-12-21 | Appalachian State v. UL-Lafayette +5 | Top | 13-41 | Win | 100 | 25 h 10 m | Show |
Appalachian State at UL Lafayette 7:30 ET Ragin' Cajuns (+) over Mountaineers- Great matchup between a pair of 4-1 clubs from the underrated Sun Belt Conference. App. State of course has more notoriety and their loss came at Miami-Fl 25-23 a game they could have won when the Hurricanes had a healthy D'Eriq King. A questionable pass interference gave Miami field position to the win otherwise they could be undefeated. Lafayette's lone loss came in their opener at Texas 38-18 and we have seen how good the Longhorns are. The Mountaineers are 5-11 ATS in their last b165n games as favorites and the underdogs in 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings while the Cajuns are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games as underdogs. Take UL LAFAYETTE! |
10-11-21 | Colts +7.5 v. Ravens | 25-31 | Win | 100 | 12 h 47 m | Show
Indianapolis at Baltimore 8:15 ET Colts (+) over Ravens- Baltimore is looking to set rushing records (43 straight games with at least 100 yards on the ground) while Indianapolis is just trying to post a victory. They got their first win of the season last week defeating Miami 27-17 on the road and now they travel once again where the Ravens are looking to build on their home win over Kansas City three weeks ago. The Colts will have Carson Wentz looking to stay turnover free and improve on their 6-2 ATS roads record. The Ravens are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 overall but struggle against Indy going 2-10 ATS in the last 12 meetings including 1-6 ATS as hosts. The numbers say to take the dog. Take INDIANAPOLIS! |
10-10-21 | Bills v. Chiefs -3 | Top | 38-20 | Loss | -100 | 13 h 1 m | Show |
Buffalo at Kansas City 8:20 ET Chiefs (-) over Bills- I believe there has been an over-reaction to Buffalo and the 'public' will be loading up on the Bills in this one. Granted they have been far more impressive than Kansas City as Patrick Mahomes has thrown four interceptions with the Chiefs committing seven turnovers while the Bills lead the NFL with 11 takeaways and have the NFL's No. 1 defense allowing just 216.8 YPG. Of course they have played four of the worst offensive team in the league in Pittsburgh, Washington, Houston and Miami. Things will look different to them this week. Take KANSAS CITY! |
10-10-21 | Giants +7 v. Cowboys | 20-44 | Loss | -107 | 8 h 26 m | Show
New York Giants at Dallas 4:25 ET Giants (+) over Cowboys- So, Troy Aikman made headlines in the New York newspapers saying that the 'Giants aren't even in Dallas' class.' And maybe he is right but to give a division foe that kind of incentive won't help the Cowboys here. These two split last year with the Giants getting the cash both games including when a 7-point dog in Dallas getting the money 34-37. Daniel Jones is coming off his best game as a pro throwing for a career high 402 yards and Saquon Barkley showed signs of his old self since returning from last years injury. NY is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 against the NFL and 22-6 ATS in their last 28 as road underdogs and Dallas is 4-10 ATS in their last 14 as favorites.Take NEW YORK! |
10-10-21 | Browns +2.5 v. Chargers | 42-47 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 25 m | Show
Cleveland at L.A. Chargers 4:05 ET Browns (+) over Chargers- Having had the Chargers in their impressive win Monday night against the Raiders don't see how the oddsmakers opened Cleveland the favorite (the number has since moved). Both these clubs are 3-1 both SU and ATS and are ranked in the Top-10 on defense with the Browns allowing just 250 YPG and L.A. 332. Jim Brown is long gone but Cleveland leads the NFL in rushing averaging 177 YPG on the ground while the Charger defense allows 139.5 rushing yards ranking No. 29 in the NFL. Cleveland is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings with the dog going 7-0. Take CLEVELAND! |
10-10-21 | Packers v. Bengals +3 | 25-22 | Push | 0 | 6 h 33 m | Show
Green Bay at Cincinnati 1:00 ET Bengals (+) over Packers- Okay, so Green Bay won again last week taking my A-Play Megabucks Steelers (5-1) down and now the 'bookies' have made them an inviting play after winning three straight against the upstart Bengals. Cincinnati can also boost of their No. 1 draft pick quarterback Joe Burrow who is establishing himself as a premiere QB leading the his club to a 3-1 record. Cincy is allowing just 323 YPG while the Packers offense in ranked 25th with just 318 YPG. Green bay is just 3-7 ATS on the road against teams with a winning home record and the Bengals are 5-2 ATS as home as underdogs and the dog is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take CINCINNATI! |
10-10-21 | Titans v. Jaguars +4.5 | 37-19 | Loss | -109 | 5 h 12 m | Show
Tennessee at Jacksonville 1:00 ET Jaguars (+) over Titans- What else can go wrong with the Jaguars this season? They haven't won a game (0-4) yet, their No. 1 draft pick quarterback leads the NFL in interceptions, their coach who was a coaching whore in college has shown he is the same in private life has supposedly lost the players in the locker room. So, with all that being it's a good thing the players have to go out on the field and play the game. Tennessee meanwhile lost last week to the Jets and many expect them to bounce back this week but losing to that New York team can tell more about the Titans than most realize. It's so illogical taking the Jaguars I have to have them. Take JACKSONVILLE! |
10-10-21 | Saints v. Washington Football Team +2.5 | 33-22 | Loss | -100 | 5 h 35 m | Show
New Orleans at Washington 1:00 ET Swampers (+) over Saints- Both these clubs are 2-2 but enter this contest with contrasting results last time out. New Orleans blew a 11-point fourth quarter lead to the Giants and lost in OT while the Swampers overcame a 9-point deficit in the final two minutes and defeated Atlanta scoring a pair of touchdowns. Both clubs struggle on offense with the Saints ranked 28 averaging just 267 YPG while the former 'Skins' are No. 20 averaging 342 YPG. Washington is last in takeaways and that will change this week as long as Winston plays for the Saints. Take WASHINGTON! |
10-09-21 | Alabama v. Texas A&M +18 | 38-41 | Win | 100 | 25 h 21 m | Show
Alabama at Texas A&M 8:00 ET Aggies (+) over Crimson Tide- how can anyone take the Aggies after what we have seen this season? They will need more than a '12th man' for this one and should get it fro the men in stripes. The fact that this game has been moved into prime time something the Tide is used to will spur Texas A&M to avoid embarrassment. Looking for any thing to support 'my' position here I note that Alabama is just 1-5 ATS against teams with winning home records and that A&M is 4-1 ATS in games following an ATS loss and last week they were looking ahead to this encounter. Take TEXAS A&M! |
10-09-21 | LSU +2.5 v. Kentucky | 21-42 | Loss | -105 | 22 h 53 m | Show
L.S.U. at Kentucky 7:30 ET Tigers (+) over Wildcats- No. 16 Kentucky posted their biggest upset win in over a decade last week downing No. 10 Florida 20-13 and remained unbeaten (5-0, 3-0 SEC). Defense has been the key for the Wildcats allowing just 284.4 YPG while their offense still has issues as their passing game was 7-of-17 for just 87 yards. LSU was upset by Auburn and are having their own issues on offense as they average just 70.8 YPG rushing which used to be their strong point. But, with Georgia up next for the Wildcats they could get caught peeking. Take LSU! |
10-09-21 | Michigan v. Nebraska +3 | Top | 32-29 | Push | 0 | 25 h 12 m | Show |
Michigan at Nebraska 7:30 ET Cornhuskers (+) over Wolverines- Both of these head coaches are under the gun this season as Michigan's Jim Harbaugh and Nebraska's Scott Frost have been disappointments are being pressured by alumni who are not happy with current state their programs. The Wolverines look much improved this season (5-0, 4-1 ATS) while then Cornhuskers (3-3, 4-1-1 ATS) have made positive strides although they have just split their first six games but are a positive 4-0-1 ATS in their last five games as underdogs. Michigan meanwhile is just 1-6 ATS in their last seven Big Ten matchups while the Huskers are 3-0-1 ATS against teams with winning records. Take NEBRASKA! |
10-09-21 | Oregon State v. Washington State +4 | 24-31 | Win | 100 | 18 h 16 m | Show
Oregon State at Washington State 4:00 ET Cougars (+) over Beavers- Does this seem right to you...it doesn't to me. Here is Oregon State 4-1 SU and ATS who have impressive victories over USC and Washington a small favorite against a Cougars team that is 2-3 with a loss against lowly Utah State. Upon further review we can see that the Beavers defeated the Huskies with only 48 yards passing while Washington State defeated California 21-6 allowing just 273 total yards on defense. The Cougars have won the last seven meetings and the 'beat goes on here.' Take WASHINGTON STATE! |
10-09-21 | Boise State +6 v. BYU | 26-17 | Win | 100 | 18 h 3 m | Show
Boise State at BYU 3:30 ET Broncos (+) over Cougars- BYU is 5-0 and most likely will find themselves dueling with Cincinnati for the first Non-Big-5 FBS championship berth. The Cougars have won seven straight and 16 of 17 dating back to last season as they have yet to trail in a game this season. Boise State is struggling against the run allowing 191 YPG but are 7-1 ATS as road underdogs and the roads team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. BYU seems to play to the level of their competition as they are 1-5-1 ATS against teams with losing records and 1-3-1 ATS as home favorites. Take BOISE STATE! |
10-09-21 | Georgia v. Auburn +15.5 | 34-10 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 33 m | Show
Georgia at Auburn 3:30 ET Tigers (+) over Bulldogs- My oh my, how can I even consider playing against the Bulldogs who have as much bite as any team in the country. With the No.1 defense allowing just 180.6 YPG and having posted two consecutive shutout wins they will be up against an Auburn offense that averages 478.4 YPG and a defense that allows only 303 YPG. Although the Bulldogs are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings the home team is 11-4 ATS in the last 15 meetings and the Tigers are 10-4 ATS as home underdogs and 14-6 ATS in their last 20 home games overall. Take AUBURN! |
10-09-21 | Oklahoma -3 v. Texas | 55-48 | Win | 100 | 18 h 12 m | Show
Big-12 NCAAF Power Play Oklahoma vs Texas 12:00 ET Sooners (-) over Longhorns- Oh, how I love this rivalry having witnessed a matchup in Oklahoma year ago when I was in the US Army when I was stationed at Fort Sill, OK. (Yep I fought for 'our' side). But, no matter where this games is played (Dallas nowadays) the intensity is hard to vision as this is the BIGGEST scheduled game for both these schools. The Sooners are 5-0 but an unimpressive 1-4 ATS but have won 17 straight games over the past three seasons although they are 2-7 ATS in the last nine meetings winning last year 53-45 in OT making it three straight against the Longhorns. Since replacing Tom Herman this will be Steve Sarkisian's first taste of playing Oklahoma in the rivalry's 117 with the 'Horns winning 62 and Oklahoma 49 with five ties but he won't like this meeting. Take the SOONERS! |
