1 Unit FREE PLAY on Minnesota Timberwolves +6.5
The Minnesota Timberwolves are 8-3 in their last 11 games overall and were competitive in all three losses. They crushed the Warriors 119-99 at home during this stretch. Now they are catching 6.5 points on the road against a Warriors team that has been struggling without Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala. The Warriors are just 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games overall. The Timberwolves are 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine games as road underdogs. Golden State is 0-7-1 ATS in its last eight games after scoring 100 points or more in its previous game. Give me the Timberwolves.

Brandon Lee
FREE PICK: Golden State Warriors -5.5
RATING: 30*
ROT#: 552
I just can't help myself with the Warriors only laying 5.5-points at home. This one means a little more than others, as there's only two games on the entire board Thursday and both are part of the TNT double-header. Knowing that all eyes will be on them, it's hard to not like Golden State at this price.
While this team is going to get much better once they get back Draymond Green, they got more than enough fire-power with Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and a deep bench. Thompson is getting close to 30 min/game now and looking more and more like his old self. You know he wants to have a big game with everyone watching.
I also think Minnesota is a bit overvalued right now. While the Timberwolves have been playing much better of late, going 8-3 in their last 11 games, the schedule has been pretty favorable.
There's also big time revenge on the table, as Minnesota won at home 119-99 over Golden State back on Jan. 16. You can bet that's fresh in the mind of the Warriors and they will want to get some payback. Give me the Warriors -5.5!

FRANK’S CUTTING ROOM FLOOR FOR THURSDAY, 1/27:
My “Cutting Room Floor” plays are the situations I considered the closest to being worthy of investment but did not make the “final cut” for my official plays today for subscribers. The last play I cut for Thursday is on the Minnesota Timberwolves plus the points versus the Golden State Warriors. Minnesota (24-23) has won four of their last five games after their 109-107 win at Portland as a 3-point favorite on Tuesday. The Timberwolves stay on the road where they are 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 road games as an underdog. Minnesota is also 6-2-1 ATS in their last 9 games against teams with a winning percentage of 60% or higher. Golden State (35-13) is on a three-game winning streak after their 130-92 win against Dallas as a 3-point favorite. But the Warriors have failed to cover the point spread in 6 of their last 7 games after a double-digit victory. Golden State is 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games when favored. Take Minnesota plus the points. Best of luck — Frank.
