CP Is More Than Just Sports Picks!
“ Anybody can post a prediction. CappersPicks backs up its sports picks with opinionated matchup analysis, experienced handicappers & documented betting performance. Pad that bankroll one day at a time! ”
Jones faces a Tennessee defense that has been more effective limiting points than preventing yardage. Indianapolis needs to establish manageable passing situations rather than repeatedly asking its QB to rescue drives.
Ward faces a Colts defense that has allowed substantial production through the air. He needs quicker decisions and more help from the ground game.
Neither quarterback has consistently protected the football.
Jones has the stronger supporting cast, particularly with Taylor available in the backfield. Ward has shown flashes of arm talent but needs better early-down execution. This matchup puts pressure on both quarterbacks to avoid negative plays.
Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts bottom line: Indianapolis brings the stronger scoring offense and recent series advantage, while Tennessee needs its defense to keep the game competitive long enough for Ward to contribute.

Titans Colts Free Pick: Titans +7
Here is my Titans Colts free pick: I’m taking the Titans +7.
The Titans have been dreadful offensively, but the Colts are being asked to cover a full touchdown with a defense that has serious problems of its own. That’s a different assignment from simply beating a winless opponent.
Indianapolis ranks 27th in defensive efficiency per play and 26th in defensive success rate. Even Tennessee should find opportunities against a unit allowing opponents to sustain drives.
The Colts haven’t been particularly efficient finishing their own possessions, either.
I’m taking the full seven because Indianapolis has done little to justify this much separation.
The Titans have covered seven of their last 12 regular-season games following a loss, and Indianapolis is 3-3 straight up in its last six as a favorite. Those trends aren’t carrying my bet, but they fit the situation.
Tennessee’s biggest danger is another offensive collapse that hands Indy easy possessions. Ward has to avoid those mistakes and give his defense a chance.
I’m not paying a premium for the Colts because their opponent is 0-5.
My bet is Titans +7, with a full touchdown required. Indianapolis can control most of this game and still leave the back door open.
At 6 or fewer points, I’m passing; at 7, Tennessee gets my money.
