Washington Wizards
Continuing to put up points and fail to defend the Wizards reached the halfway mark of the season sporting a 13-27 record. The Wizards are currently on a stretch of six out of seven games on the road with this game versus Toronto being the second.

Washington was hanging close with the Bulls through the first half but coughed up a 20-30 third quarter and never recovered.
Bradley Beal continues to lead the way posting 23 points in the team’s loss to the Bulls. His status entering the game was up in the air given two separate injuries; one to his shoulder and a sore lower right leg.
Jordan McRae (16), Isaiah Thomas (12) and Davis Bertans (12), Anzejs Pasecniks and Gary Payton II (10) were the other double-figure contributors.
On the season Beal leads the team in scoring (27.6) and assists (6.5). Rui Hachimura posts 48.2% field goal percentage, Troy Brown Jr. tops rebounds (6.0) and steals (1.4) while Davis Bertans tops the blocks (0.6) category.
As for the rookie Hachimura, he’s been out nursing a groin since December 16 and although he traveled with the team to Chicago and will be with them in Toronto his return to the lineup isn’t expected until month-end.
Garrison Matthews has a right ankle injury which will keep him off the hardcourt indefinitely. Moritz Wagner (ankle) is out until month-end and John Wall (Achilles) although getting up shots isn’t expected to play this season.
Toronto Raptors
Although Fred VanVleet wasn’t able to play the Raptors got back Marc Gasol for the game in Oklahoma City which was the first time in well over a month that the Raptors had close to fully healthy roster.
Gasol’s presence along with Pascal Siakam and Norman Powell who also returned recently made a big impact particularly on offense as the Raptors put up a season-high 130 points on the road.
Powell came off the bench to lead the scoring with 23 points. Coach Nick Nurse elected to start a huge lineup with OG Anunoby (21), Pascal Siakam (21), Serge Ibaka (15) and Marc Gasol (15) and Kyle Lowry (17) running the point.
The choice paid off as they all scored in double figures and rookie Terence Davis (12) joined Powell and the starters with his own double-figure effort.
Toronto posted 73 first-half points and the crew was extremely hot from the perimeter where they shot 55.6 percent on 15 of 27.
Team leaders feature Pascal Siakam (24.6 points), Kyle Lowry (7.8 assists) and Fred VanVleet (1.9 steals). OG Anunoby leads in rebounding (5.9), Norman Powell tops field goal percentage (50.8%) while Chris Boucher leads blocks (0.9).
Fred VanVleet (hamstring) missed the last four games but is probable for Friday.
