The Raptors might have played their last meaningful game in their most recent win over Brooklyn. From here on out it is all about health and practice.
For a while it looked like Charlotte might be in the hunt for the playoffs but now I think they need to win out and get some help. Not looking likely.

This team is 7th in scoring and 9th in points allowed and if they stay healthy seems to have as good a chance to take the Eastern Conference as anybody else.
That is pretty good for a team that has a rookie coach and traded its best player in the offseason. Sure they got a better one in Kawhi Leonard who is having a career year averaging 27ppg.

Pascal Siakam has to be the most improved player in the league this season. He just led the Raptors with 28 points against the Nets and has seasonal averages of 17 and 7. A jump of 10ppg.
Those two are taking lots of pressure off of Kyle Lowry. That could make a big difference when the playoffs start and their bulldog takes on more.
Charlotte Hornets
Well we are coming to a close on another wasted season of the Kemba Walker era in Charlotte. Walker is one of the more fun players to watch in the game and a good scorer but they have not been able to find the right pieces to fit around him.
Mile Bridges was their top recruit this year and the small forward from Michigan State has underwhelmed. If he had stayed in school he might be cutting down the Nets on Monday night but as a pro I think he is destined to be about average.

The same goes for the big men they bring in. Frank Kaminsky is another Big Ten product and he can shoot but overall his play is just OK. Even though their might not be a lot of intensity for this one it does not change the fact that Toronto has strength in the middle.
