Free Toronto Raptors vs. Brooklyn Nets NBA Prediction:
Wednesday, February 12th, the Toronto Raptors face the Brooklyn Nets for the fourth and final time in the regular season. The Raptors have won all three previous meetings.
Last season, the teams played four times with the Raptors winning three of the contests. The Raptors hold the all-time record having bested the Nets in 56 of their 96 matches
Toronto Raptors
The second-longest win streak in the Association this season belongs to Toronto who’ll arrive in Brooklyn looking to defeat them twice in the last five days and extend the streak to 16.

The amazing part of the streak is Toronto has accomplished it often missing players from their core unit. Case in point the latest victory occurred without either of their main centers Serge Ibaka or Marc Gasol available.
This meant 6’5″ Rondae Hollis-Jefferson started at center to face 7’0 Karl-Anthony Towns. He responded with a season-high 21 points. In fact four starters scored 20 or more points with Fred VanVleet scoring 16.
OG Anunoby scarf game was on point as he delivered a career-high 25 points along with 12 rebounds and Kyle Lowry also collected a double-double of 27 points and 11 rebounds. Pascal Siakam led the way with 34 points.
Serge Ibaka missed the match versus the Timberwolves due to the flu but was on the plane to Brooklyn and will likely be a game-time decision.
Norm Powell (finger), Marc Gasol (hamstring) remain out.
Brooklyn Nets
These teams met just a few four days ago as Toronto hung on to get the 119-118 win. The Nets almost came back to steal the win but with Caris LeVert posting a career-high 37 points the lone shot he couldn’t hit was the last one to win the game.
The concerning part for the Nets will be the fact they hadn’t played since Wednesday but Toronto was on the second game of a back to back set and without Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol or Norman Powell.
Whereas the Nets lost to Toronto by a single point they were able to shift the outcome versus Indiana by pulling out a one-point victory.
In the win, eight different Nets scored in double-figures. Spencer Dinwiddie led the way with 21 points and 11 assists while DeAndre Jordan also produced a double-double of 11 points and 19 rebounds.
Joe Harris (15), Taurean Prince (14), Jarrett Allen (13), Garrett Temple (11), Caris LeVert (11), and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (10) were the other double-figure scorers.
Spencer Dinwiddie leads the team in scoring (21.0) and assists (6.5). Jarrett Allen tops rebounds (9.6), field goal percentage (64.4%) and blocks (1.5) while Taurean Prince leads steals (0.9).
A shoulder injury has kept Nicolas Claxton out of the lineup for the last three games and he remains questionable for Wednesday.
Kyrie Irving suffered a sprained medial ligament in his right knee which will keep him off the court until late February. David Nwaba (Achilles) and Kevin Durant (Achilles) out for the season.
NBA Betting Trends:
- The Raptors are 9-1 in last 10 head to head
- The Raptors are 5-5 ATS in their last 10
- Over Under is 6-4 in team’s last 10 head to head matchups
Free Toronto Raptors vs. Brooklyn Nets NBA Prediction:
The Nets missed their best shot considering they had three days rest when they played Toronto Saturday whereas the Raptors were playing a back-to-back and third game in four nights.
4* Free NBA Betting Pick: Raptors -2.5
Brooklyn could get an advantage again if Serge Ibaka still can’t go, but the Raptors confidence is high and will be focused on keeping their win streak alive entering the All-Star Break.
