Sunday, October 23rd, finds the Sacramento Kings playing the Golden State Warriors for the first of four matches between the Pacific Division rivals. The other three games are scheduled for November 7th in San Francisco and the Kings will host on November 13th and April 7th.

Domantas Sabonis posted a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds adding seven assists for a near triple-double. Kevin Huerter continues to shine (scoring 18 points) since joining the Kings.
Golden State Warriors
Although it was expected the Nuggets would come out firing after losing to the Jazz on opening night – the Warriors made them work for their victory.
Denver scored 70 points in the half and took an 18-point lead into the break but the Dubs fought back and briefly, took the lead in clutch time but weren’t able to hang on falling to 1-1 on the season.
Stephen Curry led the scoring for the Warriors with 34 points while Andrew Wiggins offered 23 points, eight rebounds, three assists, three steals, and a block.
The trio of Klay Thompson (16 points, 4 of 10 from deep), Draymond Green (13 points and nine assists), and James Wiseman (11) were the other double-figure scorers
