Charlotte will have to be careful that they don’t underestimate the Pelicans and turn this into a trap game. New Orleans is capable, if not lacking in depth.
Keep an eye on the fast-approaching trade deadline as the Pelicans could be shedding some contracts to reposition themselves for rebuilding. Zion could be in the mix if we’re to judge his demeanor (looks annoyed) on the court.
