In the loss, De’Aaaron Fox led the way by registering 24 points, five assists, and six rebounds. Buddy Hield who is seemingly reveling in his role as sixth man came off the bench to collect 22 points.
Harry Giles chipped in with 16 points and Kent Bazemore added 10 points.
On the season the team leaders are Buddy Hield for scoring (20.3) and Cory Joseph for assists (3.6). Nemanja Bjelica tops rebounds (6.5), steals (0.9) and blocks (0.6) while Richaun Holmes leads the way field goal percentage (66.0%).
Dewayne Dedmon missed the last game due to flu-like symptoms and is questionable for this match.
Marvin Bagley III will be out until lat February after re-aggravating a left mid-foot sprain. Richaun Holmes is expected to be out until mid-February nursing a shoulder strain.
