Timberwolves Pistons Free Pick: Wolves +3.5
Here is my Timberwolves Pistons free pick.
Injuries will play a factor in this contest, with both teams dealing with core contributors out or questionable.
Minnesota won’t have Jaden McDaniels whereas Anthony Edwards is a game time decision while the Pistons will still be missing Cade Cunningham.
Per John Schuhmann: The Pistons are now 10-3 without Cunningham, with six of the 10 wins coming against the bottom 10 teams in the league, but the Lakers had all three of their stars last Monday, when the Pistons ended their nine-game winning streak. With that, the Pistons continue to have the best record (15-6) in games played between the top 10 teams in the league.
Like most games at this time of the season this match should take on a playoff intensity as the Pistons look to cement their top berth in the East while the Wolves are anxious to move up the ladder.
If Anthony Edwards returns it will give the Wolves the best player on the court. To that end, I’m betting on him playing and I’ll take the points because of it.
