Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks won and covered a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals in a nationally television spot versus Phoenix Sunday evening, 132–122.
Khris Middleton went for a season-high 44 points without sacrificing a bit of efficiency. Newly-acquired Serge Ibaka had 14 points and 10 rebounds off the bench.
DeAndre Ayton had 30 points for Phoenix. Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Cameron Johnson and Frank Kaminsky all missed the game.

The Bucks can get healthier for a title defense run. Wesley Matthews (hamstring) missed Sunday’s win and is day-to-day.
George Hill (neck) has been out since late January.
Pat Connaughton (hand) and Brook Lopez (back) both had surgery but are doing well in physical therapy.
Connaughton has missed three weeks but is expected back before the end of the regular season.
Lopez has been out since the second game of the season but has started scrimmaging 5-on-5 in practice.
Right now, the Bucks are thin in the rotation but making due. Jordan Nwora, a second round pick in the 2020 draft out of Louisville, played 26 minutes against the Suns and scored 12 points.
Bobby Portis has his first two 30-point games as a Buck in the last 12 games.
Grayson Allen has played at least 30 minutes in each of the last two games.
OKC Thunder
Oklahoma City lost but covered at home against Utah on Sunday, 116–103.
Utah’s Bojan Bogdanovic went 0-for-1 from inside the three-point arc and 11-for-18 from behind it. Two free throws gave him 35 points for the game.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander missed all four of his three-point attempts but still hit for 33 points to up his scoring average to 24 exactly.
SGA is under contract to make nearly $30 million next season, up from less than $6 million this season.
Three other guys played at least 30 minutes for Oklahoma City on Sunday: Darius Bazley, who won’t turn 22 until June, Aaron Wiggins — no relation to Andrew — and the 7-foot-tall Aleksej Pokusevski from Belgrade.

Free Milwaukee Bucks vs. OKC Thunder NBA Prediction:
Jrue Holiday makes his living on stopping guys like SGA. He’ll be up to the task with the support of his teammates. The Bucks will control this game on defense.
So don’t expect 50 from Giannis. He’s enjoyed a couple of relatively low-volume shooting games lately and should be keen on another here.
Look for Khris to stay hot and Portis to hit for another 20, at least. Bucks win, Thunder covers, total stays under.
