For the first time since their Eastern Conference semi-finals the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks will meet. Indy arrives on the heels of an opening night victory over the Pistons while the Knicks are still seeking their first win after getting anhilated by the Celtics.

He’ll need to be more aggressive in this matchup but in fairness, we should give him a few months to build chemistry with his new squad. Per usual Jalen Brunson led the way offensively while Miles McBride equalled his 22 point effort.

New York ranked tied for seventh offensively (117.3) and ninth defensively (112.4) while their net differential was plus +4.9 which ranked fifth overall last season.
With injuries to the core, the Knicks’ performance against the spread dipped but remained above .500 with a 50-43-1 record through 94 contests.

Not to mention Knickerbocker fans will be stoked about the season given the upgrades the team made.
