Final game of the regular season for these teams. Atlanta has nothing at stake and there is not much for Indiana either so the Pacers will look to just get in and get out to tune up for the playoffs.
No reason for the Hawks not to put on a show for their fans. That seems like the way to play this one.

Indiana has been sluggish the last couple of games, losing at home to Boston and Brooklyn. This one looks easy if they apply a real effort.

Indiana is a good team but I think they have a narrow band for their play. They are never going to be elite but they can beat you if you are not willing to work.
They got Darren Collison back from a brief injury respite but now I think they are going to manage his and the rest of the team’s minutes in this one.

The Pacers have a couple of reliable options off the bench but overall this is not a very deep team. I love Domantas Sobonis though. He is awesome for them.
This is a tough spot to make a play though because there is a very real chance that Indiana has no interest in anything other than working up a sweat.
Atlanta Hawks
Atlanta has nothing to lose for this one. Their season has been bad but probably a but better than expected because they are nowhere near the worst team in the league right now. Their young guys have shown they can win a little.
I am not a Trae Young guy but he has his moments. I just worry that he is not going to be any better than he is right now. I do not see him evolving into Steph Curry light and he takes too many shots as if he is already there. I am not sure what happens to him as the team around him gets better.

Even though it is a meaningless game for the Hawks it is hard to know how and who they are going to play. It is probably best to take a pass overall and focus on the playoffs.
