The way the Houston Rockets played in Game 4 it sure looked like their minds were on vacation spots instead of trying to even up the series.
Instead, the Lakers took a 3-1 stranglehold on the series, and barring some major shift in mindset LA should cement their spot in the Western Conference Finals today.

It’s hard to know if the Rockets are just worn out recognizing this small-ball experiment took far too great of a toll on them trying to outplay rosters with much taller players or they just gave up.
What is certain is the Rockets didn’t look like a team who was fighting for their lives and that makes it hard to imagine Game 5 will bring a different mindset.

The final score of 110-100 was not indicative of the match that the Lakers had well in hand from the onset and put away with a 31-19 second frame.
Danuel House left the bubble for violating campus protocol and that fact should reinforce the Rockets don’t expect to win this series.
Los Angeles Lakers
Three Lakers produced double-doubles in the Game 4 rout of the Rockets. Anthony Davis played center for most of the match and led the way with 29 points and 12 rebounds.
Superstar LeBron James delivered 16 points, 10 rebounds, and came one assist shy of the triple-double with nine.
Rajon Rondo continues to bolster the playmaking and gave his “playoff Rondo” handle substance by coming up just short of a triple-double with 11 points eight assists, 10 rebounds.
Alex Caruso posted a career playoff-high of 16 points while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Danny Green each chipped in with 10 points as the other double-figure contributors.
The Lakers are dealing with injuries as Davis has sore ribs, James a sore groin, and JaVale McGee a sprained ankle but all three are expected to play in this potential close-out match.
Dion Waiters continues to deal with a sore groan and isn’t expected to play.
