Jokic delivered his 19th triple-double of the season with 20 points, 12 rebounds, and 16 assists. Denver punched the Wolves in the face right from the tip dropping an incredible 49 points first-quarter points on Minny while holding them to 19!
That 30-point differential essentially ended the match with four of the five starters registering double-figures and none playing over 29 minutes.
Stats
Denver possesses the best offense in the league highlighted by scoring 117.4 points per game ranking fifth. Denver is shooting the best field goal percentage of 51.1% as well as the top-ranked perimeter efficiency of 39.7%.
To be sure, defensively the Nuggets are improving. So far, they allow opponents to score 113.0 points per game which ranks 13th while limiting foes to 48.1% from the field and 35.1% from deep ranking 24th and eighth respectively.

Although the Magic is always lumped in with the handful of tanking teams it seems someone forgot to tell the youngsters on the club and coach Jamahl Mosley who have made a point of beating the elite teams.
Today’s trade deadline could provide a tip of the hand from Jeff Weltman if the Magic end up making a move to set themselves up for future success.
Keep an eye on the Raptors point guard Fred VanVleet and the Magic’s wealth of youngsters (although with the late-night Jakob Poeltl trade Toronto no longer needs a big man) plus Weltman and Masai Ujiri have a long-standing relationship.

Offensively the Magic average 111.1 points per game which rank 28th while they shoot 47.1% from the field and 34.9% from the perimeter with the latter two categories ranking 17th and 21st.
