Tuesday, November 12, 2019, finds the Cleveland Cavaliers and Philadelphia 76ers tipping off versus each other for the first time in the 2019-20 season.
Last season, the squads played three times with the 76ers taking two of the three matches. The 76ers hold the all-time record having bested the Cavaliers in 106 of their 209 contests.

Philadelphia 76ers
The 76ers began the season red hot and were the last team in the Association to lose a game. Things changed quickly following the wrestling match between Joel Embiid and Wolves Karl-Anthony Towns.

Both were suspended two games for their part in the fracas. With their big man out the 76ers needed an unlikely hero in Furkan Korkmaz to complete the comeback in Portland.
Philly followed this up with three consecutive losses in Phoenix, Utah, and Denver. However, the greater loss occurred in Utah when Ben Simmons suffered a right shoulder AC joint sprain and hasn’t played since.
Returning home the 76ers got back on track with a win over the Hornets. Embiid led his team with 18 points and nine rebounds.
Furkan Korkmaz (17), Al Horford (15), Tobias Harris (14), Trey Burke (12), and Josh Richardson (11) were the other double-digit scorers.
Simmons remains out Tuesday with no specific timetable for a return joining Shake Milton (eft knee contusion) who is out until month end.
