Free Brooklyn Nets vs. Indiana Pacers NBA Prediction:
Monday, February 10th, the Brooklyn Nets face the Indiana Pacers as the clubs play for the third time this season. Indiana won both prior matches on October 30th 118-108) and November 18th (115-86).
Last season, the teams played three times with Indiana taking two of the three matches. The Pacers hold the all-time record having bested the Nets in 108 of their 181 matches
Brooklyn Nets
Despite three full days rest the Nets couldn’t capitalize versus Toronto who played a physical match the night prior versus the Pacers.

The worst part is it wasted an otherwise brilliant effort from guard Caris LeVert who scored a career-high 37 points and hit 6 of 7 triples. In fact, the only shot he struggled with was his last to try and win the match.
Spencer Dinwiddie was equally successful in the loss netting 21 points and 11 assists. DeAndre Jordan joined him with his own double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds.
Joe Harris (11) and Taurean Prince (17) were the other double-figure scorers.
Team leaders are Dinwiddie in scoring (21.0) and assists (6.5), Prince for steals (0.9) and Jarrett Allen tops three categories including rebounds (9.6) field goal percentage (64.3%) and blocks (1.5).
Nicolas Caxton missed the last two games due to a sore left shoulder, but it is expected to play Monday versus the Pacers.
Kyrie Irving suffered a sprained medial ligament in his right knee which the team is saying will keep him out until after the All-Star Break.
Kevin Durant remains out rehabbing for his ruptured Achilles and is expected to miss the entirety of the season.
Indiana Pacers
It’s the roughest stretch of games for the Pacers this season and the five-game losing streak is, unfortunately, coinciding with the return of Victor Oladipo.
The more practical reason would be the quality of opponent Indy has faced in this segment with two games against the reigning champs, the much improved Mavericks and a healthier, improving Pelicans crew.
Still, this losing streak is the longest this season by the Pacers who had only lost three games in a row once prior this campaign.
In the most recent loss to the Pelicans it’s likely the Pacers were still feeling the effects of two tightly contested tough losses to the Raptors as they entered on the second game of a back-to-back set.
Helping ease some of the fatigue was TJ Warren who returned to the lineup after missing three games in the concussion protocol program. Warren put up 22 points in his return. Jeremy Lamb led the Pacers scoring with 26 points.
Malcolm Brogdon (17), Domantas Sabonis (16), and Myles Turner (10) were the other double-digit contributors.
On the season Domantas Sabonis leads the team in scoring (18.2), rebounding (12.6) and field goal percent (54.2%). The other three category leaders are Malcolm Brogdon for assists (7.3), TJ Warren for steals (1.1) and Myles Turner for blocks (2.0).
T.J. Leaf hasn’t played in the last three games and Victor Oladipo was held out of the Pelicans game for load management. Both are expected to make a return to the lineup Monday.
NBA Betting Trends:
- The Pacers are 9-1 in last 10 head to head
- The Pacers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10
- Over Under is 5-5 in team’s last 10 head to head matchups
Free Brooklyn Nets vs. Indiana Pacers NBA Prediction:
Indy is desperate for a victory and the Nets don’t exactly feast on the road (8-16). Expect the Pacers to end the losing streak on Monday.
