Here is a look at MyBookie betting odds to win both this week’s race and the 2018 Monster Energy Cup title.
Martin Truex Jr: NASCAR 2019 Consumers Energy 400 Race Odds: +500
Martin Truex Jr is starting in the front row on Sunday (barring anything late happening that would put him in the back) and that could mean good news for him.
He was fast at the spring race, finishing in third place, and it’s almost hard to not bet him based on the season he has had.

He isn’t my favorite of the three co-favorites, but I still think he could be worth a look.
Kevin Harvick: NASCAR 2019 Consumers Energy 400 Race Odds: +500
Kevin Harvick has also had a lot of success this season but the only place he has been better has been at this race in the past.
This is a guy who has three top-ten finishes at Michigan and won the race back in 2018. It sucks with how dominant he has been his odds are only +500, but it’s also hard to ignore him.
Erik Jones: NASCAR 2019 Consumers Energy 400 Race Odds: +1800
Erik Jones seems like a trendy pick for this weekend’s race, and I could see it if his odds were +3000 or more. At this type of price, I don’t see any value though.
Stay far away from this one.
Daniel Suarez: NASCAR 2019 Consumers Energy 400 Race Odds: +4000
Daniel Suarez drives a Ford and that is the brand that has had all the success at Michigan. He was strong in the spring race and he finished fourth.
This is my pick to win the race, especially at this price, and you need to make sure, he is in your bet slip.
Ryan Newman: NASCAR 2019 Consumers Energy 400 Race Odds: +10000
The one long shot I really like this weekend that could result in a huge payout is Ryan Newman. This weekend means a lot to him as he battles for a playoff spot and he needs all the points that he can get, unless he can pick up a win.
He also finished eighth in the spring race, and he looked strong with a fast car. If they can reproduce that speed you could be in line for a big payday.
Make sure he is on your bet slip.
