San Francisco has found a hot spot in Texas as they have taken their first two in the series vs. the Rangers. As a result, the Giants are staying relevant in the red hot NL West, just 2 GB from 1st.
The Rangers look to be a middle-of-the-pack team at least for the first half of this 60 game season until they go into a free fall. Texas has started off the year 2-5.

There’s nothing that really sticks out about the Rangers and it’s hard to find angles in this unique Interleague matchup. Texas has hit only 5 HR on the year and is 2nd to last in runs scored with 15.
