When there is no starter given it is often because the Rays are using an opener and often that is Ryne Stanek. Amazingly he has not given up a single run in a game where he is in that role. The hard part is being able to handicap what happens next and make a play though. Tampa is 5-2 when he is in this role.
Kansas City Royals
It seems like the only thing that Kansas City is good at is stealing bases – 1st. Other than that the lineup featured Hunter Dozier, who seems to have taken a step forward, and not much else. They do not have much power and do not hit for an especially high average.

He can be very good but it is probably best to let him warm up a little first. They are using Ian Kennedy in the bullpen and he has looked great so far.
