Baltimore just dropped another series against the Chicago White Sos. No big surprise there for a team that is considered the worst in the Majors. Jonathan Villar, acquired last year has been an early bright spot. He has already matched his extra base hit total from a year ago. He also leads the team with seven steals. Overall the offense is just slightly below average. It is the pitching that just stinks.

It appears Dan Straily is working his way out of the league. A guy who used to eat innings and put up a decent K rate can no longer do either. More than half the time he is not even making it to the fifth inning and he has just 9 punchouts in 18 innings. Expecting those numbers to trend up does not seem likely either.
