He kept the Dodgers off the board in his most recent start, which turned into a 4–0 St. Louis win. He still failed to get through the fifth inning, walking four and giving up six hits but pitching out of trouble more than once.
Milwaukee Brewers
After taking a three-game sweep in Anaheim, the Brewers are working on returning the favor to the Dodgers this weekend. The Crew won on Friday and Saturday, and will go for the sweep on Sunday. Freddy Peralta is actually more than a year younger than Hudson but he’s no rookie. This will be his fourth start of 2019. He’s thrown one absolute gem in between two games he failed to get any more than ten outs.
The Brewers lost both of those lackluster starts but Peralta didn’t get hit with the L so he’s 1–0 with some iffy overall numbers. One of those bad starts came against the Birds. He went just three innings and gave up six hits and four runs, walking three.
