The Cardinals only played twice between last weekend’s series vs. the Cubs and this weekend’s series at Wrigley.

Strop pitched the ninth, which he probably won’t do for much longer with Craig Kimbrel now on board in Chicago. The Cardinals may or may not have to deal with the Cubs and Braves directly on their way to a potential World Series this season.
