Despite being just 7–5, Cole has pitched Houston to an 11–6 team record in his 17 outings. He beat Seattle in April, striking out 11 in six innings without walking a batter.
Just 3–9 in their last dozen games, Houston is really only waiting for Carlos Correa to return from injury. He’s been out for over four weeks now and was expected to miss somewhere from four to six weeks, when he went down.
