Colorado has found their offense and are inching up the standings in the NL West. They have their ace on the hill for this one and should be in great position to get a win. Getting Daniel Murphy lengthens the lineup and he might be finding his stroke, he homered twice over the weekend. Colorado can be one of the most dangerous lineups in the league.

German Marquez is showing that last year was no fluke. When he is on he dominates and the Rox have won five of his six starts this season. Even though he has had success at home in the past he has been really sharp on the road this season – 0.41 ERA. That bodes well for this spot.
Milwaukee Brewers
Milwaukee has really good power but is less balanced than they were a year ago..maybe. I say maybe because you can’t fault Christian Yelich for roaring out of the gate. They definitely need more from Ryan Braun and Travis Shaw who are hitting under .200 as this is being written. Yelich walks as much as he strikes out and is a perfect 6-0 in steals this season. He is better than he was last year as an MVP.

The Brewers’ pitching is not what is was a year ago and part of that is because of Jhoulys Chacin. He won 15 games last year with an ERA of 3.50 and solid peripherals. This season he is giving up way too many hits and homers and given that he never dominates it can be hard to get him back on track. Their bullpen looks warn down at times even though Josh Hader is still awesome most of the time.
