Atlanta Braves
Atlanta continues to be a very nice story. They are only a couple of games behind Philadelphia but the question remains as to what they are willing to do to make a push. When he was with the Jays GM Alex Anthopoulos definitely went all in but that might not be the right strategy here.

Julio Teheran has been given ample opportunity to prove he is an ace and never done much with it. This season he has essentially been reduced to third starter status. I like that his hit rate is down but his walks are up and homers too. He is competitive but they could use another arm for sure.
Miami Marlins
The Marlins are not going to go on a run but they have jumped into fourth and have a little cushion on the Mets. Scoring continues to be a challenge and it will become even more so if they make any moves like trading JT Realmuto, their starting catcher and best hitter.

It is hard to make much sense of the season Wei-Yin Chen is having. In his last 5 starts he has three times held opponents to one or no runs…but in the other two he has yielded 7ER. This will be his first appearance in more than a week and his road/home splits are ridiculous – 10.47/1.83.
